ར་དགེ་བ་སྤངས་པ་རྣམས་ལ་ནི། །གཅིག་ལ་གཅིག་ཟ་ཤིན་ཏུ་མི་བཟད་པ། །ཁ་ཅིག་མུ་ཏིག་བལ་དང་རུས་པ་དང༌། །ཤ་དང་པགས་པའི་ཆེད་དུ་འཆི་བར་འགྱུར། །དབང་མེད་གཞན་གྱི་རྡོག་པ་ལག་པ་དང༌། །ལྕགས་དང་ལྕགས་ཀྱུས་བཏབ་པས་བཏབ་སྟེ་བཀོལ། ཅེས་གསུངས། །མི་རྣམས་ལའང་སྐྱེ་རྒ་ན་འཆི་དང༌། །མེད་པ་བཙལ་དུ་མ་རྙེད་པ་དང༌། །ཡོད་པ་བསྲུང་གིས་མ་ཐུབ་པ་དང༌། །དགྲ་སྡང་བ་དང་འཕྲད་པ་དང༌། གཉེན་བྱམས་པ་དང་བྲལ་བ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་མང་པོ་འདུག་པ་དེ་རང་རེས་མཐོང་བ་འདི་ཡིན། ལྷ་མ་ཡིན་རྣམས་ལ་ལྷའི་དཔལ་འབྱོར་ལ་ཕྲག་དོག་བྱེད་པས་ལུས་བཤག་པ་ལ་སོགས་པའི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་མང་པོ་ཡོད་དོ། ལྷ་མིན་གནས་ནའང་རང་བཞིན་གྱིས་ལྷ་ཡི། །དཔལ་ལ་སྡང་ཕྱིར་ཡིད་ཀྱི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཆེ། །དེ་དག་བློ་དང་ལྡན་ནའང་འགྲོ་བ་ཡི། །སྒྲིབ་པས་བདེན་པ་མཐོང་བ་མ་མཆིས་སོ། །ཞེས་གསུངས། འདོད་ཁམས་ཀྱི་ལྷ་རྣམས་ལའང་འཆི་ལྟས་བྱུང་བའི་དུས་སུ་ལྷའི་དཔལ་འབྱོར་ལ་ཆགས་ཤིང༌། དེ་ནས་འཆི་བར་ཤེས་ནས་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཆེན་པོ་འབྱུང་སྟེ། །མཐོ་རིས་ན་ཡང་བདེ་ཆེན་དེ་དག་གི། །འཆི་འཕོའི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཉིད་ནི་དེ་བས་ཆེ། ཞེས་གསུངས་སོ། །གཟུགས་དང་གཟུགས་མེད་ཀྱི་ཁམས་ཀྱི་ལྷ་རྣམས་ལ་རེ་ཞིག་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཀྱི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་མེད་ཀྱང༌། དེ་ནས་ཤི་འཕོས་ནས་ངན་སོང་རྣམས་སུའང་སྐྱེ་བར་འགྱུར་བ་ཡོད་དེ། །ལྷ་ཡུལ་འདོད་པ་དེ་ཤིན་ཏུ་ཆེན་པོ་དང༌། ཚངས་ཉིད་ཆགས་བྲལ་བདེ་བ་ཐོབ་ནས་སླར། །མནར་མེད་མེ་ཡི་བུད་ཤིང་གྱུར་པ་ཡི། །སྡུག་བསྔལ་རྒྱུན་མི་འཆད་པ་བསྟན་འཚལ་ལོ། །ཞེས་གསུངས། དེས་ན་འཁོར་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་སྡུག་བསྔལ་གྱི་རང་བཞིན་ཡིན། མདོ་དྲན་པ་ཉེར་བཞག་ལས། །སེམས་ཅན་དམྱལ་བ་དམྱལ་མེས་ཉམས། །ཡི་དྭགས་བཀྲེས་ཤིང་སྐོམ་པས་ཉམས། །དུད་འགྲོ་གཅིག་ལ་གཅིག་ཟས་ཉམས། །མི་རྣམས་འཚོ་བ་ཐུང་བས་ཉམས། །ལྷ་རྣམས་བག་མེད་པ་ཡི་ཉམས། །འཁོར་བ་ཁབ་ཀྱི་རྩེ་རྩམ་ཡང༌། །བདེ་བ་ནམ་ཡང་ཡོད་མ་ཡིན། ཞེས་གསུངས་ཤིང༌། མགོན་པོ་བྱམས་པས་ཀྱང་མི་གཙང་བ་ལ་དྲི་ཞིམ་མེད་བཞིན་འགྲོ་ལྔ་དག་ན་བདེ་བ་མེད། ཅེས་གསུངས། དེས་ན་འཁོར་བ་མཐའ་དག་ལས་སྐྱོ་བ་སྐྱེད་ཅིང་དེ་ལས་ཐར་བར་བྱ་བའི་ཕྱིར་འབད་པར་བྱ་བ་དེ་ལས་དགོས་པ་ཆེ་བ་གཞན་ནི་འགའ་ཡང་མེད། བཤེས་སྤྲིང་ལས། མགོ་བོའམ་གོས་ལ་བློ་བུར་མེ་ཤོར་ན། དེ་དག་བཟློག་ཕྱིར་བགྱི་བ་བཏང་ནས་ཀྱང༌། ཡང་སྲིད་མེད་པར་བགྱི་སླད་འབད་འཚལ་ཏེ། འདི་བས་ཆེས་མཆོག་དགོས་པ་གཞན་མ་མཆིས། ཞེས་གསུང

至于断绝善业者，互相吞食，极其难忍。 有些为了珍珠、羊毛、骨头，以及血肉和皮毛而死去。 不由自主地被他人用脚踢、用手打， 用铁和铁钩击打后役使。如是说。 对于人们来说，也有生老病死， 没有的寻找也找不到， 拥有的守护也守不住， 与仇敌相遇， 与亲友分离等等诸多痛苦，这是我们自己所见。 对于非天来说，由于嫉妒天人的财富，有剖开身体等等诸多痛苦。 虽处非天之境，然因本性嫉妒天之荣华，故内心痛苦至极。 彼等虽具智慧，然为轮回之障所蔽，未能得见真谛。如是说。 对于欲界诸天来说，在出现死亡预兆之时，贪恋天人的财富。 从那之后，得知将要死亡，便会产生巨大的痛苦。 即使在天界，那些大乐的， 死亡和迁变的痛苦也更加巨大。如是说。 对于色界和无色界的诸天来说，暂时没有痛苦的痛苦， 但从那之后，死亡和迁变后，也会生于恶趣之中。 希求天界之心极其强烈， 获得梵天之离欲乐后， 复又成为无间地狱之火的薪柴， 显示了痛苦永不间断。如是说。因此，轮回的一切本质都是痛苦。于《念住经》中说： 地狱众生为地狱之火所损， 饿鬼为饥渴所损， 旁生为互相吞食所损， 人类为寿命短促所损， 天人为放逸所损。 轮回即使如针尖般微小， 也绝无安乐之时。如是说。慈氏怙主（弥勒菩萨）也说：犹如不净之物无有香味，五趣之中亦无安乐。如是说。因此，应当对一切轮回生起厌离之心，为了从中解脱而努力，再没有比这更重要的事了。《亲友书》中说：头或衣服上突然着火时，为了阻止它，可以放下一切事务，为了不再受生而努力，没有比这更殊胜更重要的事了。如是说。

As for those who have abandoned virtue, they devour each other, which is extremely unbearable. Some die for the sake of pearls, wool, bones, as well as flesh and skin. Involuntarily kicked by the feet and struck by the hands of others, they are struck with iron and iron hooks and then used. So it is said. For humans, there are also birth, old age, sickness, and death, seeking what is not there and not finding it, being unable to protect what is possessed, meeting with enemies, separation from beloved relatives, and so on, many sufferings, which we ourselves see. For the Asuras, due to jealousy of the wealth of the gods, there are many sufferings such as splitting the body. Even in the realm of the Asuras, due to their nature of envying the glory of the gods, the suffering of their minds is great. Although they possess intelligence, they are obscured by the obscurations of samsara, and have not seen the truth. So it is said. For the gods of the desire realm, when the signs of death appear, they are attached to the wealth of the gods. From then on, knowing that they will die, great suffering arises. Even in the heavens, the suffering of death and transmigration of those great pleasures is even greater. So it is said. For the gods of the form and formless realms, there is temporarily no suffering of suffering, but from then on, after death and transmigration, they will also be born in the lower realms. The desire for the heavenly realm is extremely strong, after obtaining the pleasure of detachment from desire as Brahma, they again become firewood for the fire of Avici hell, showing that suffering never ceases. So it is said. Therefore, the entire nature of samsara is suffering. In the Sutra on the Establishment of Mindfulness, it says: Beings in hell are consumed by the fire of hell, hungry ghosts are consumed by hunger and thirst, animals are consumed by eating each other, humans are consumed by short lives, gods are consumed by carelessness. Even the tip of a needle in samsara never has happiness. So it is said. Lord Maitreya also said: Just as there is no fragrance in impure things, there is no happiness in the five realms. So it is said. Therefore, one should generate disgust for all of samsara and strive to be liberated from it, there is nothing more important than that. In the Letter to a Friend, it says: If a fire suddenly breaks out on your head or clothes, in order to stop it, you should abandon all activities and strive to be free from rebirth, there is nothing more supreme or important than this. So it is said.
