Offerings. Confess the damages of the root and branches. Grant the empowerment of maturation and liberation, and blessings. Please guide us through lifetimes. Recite this three times. From the parts of the body, a stream of nectar descends. Filling the body. Diseases, evil spirits, and sins are purified. Contemplate the arising of the realization of the great bliss of Dharma nature, and remain in equanimity for a moment. If you know the name of the Lama, translate it into Chinese and recite it within the framework of Om Ah Hum. For example: Om Guru Ku Mara Ra Tsa Siddhi Ah Hum. Then, from the body of the Lama, Yidam, and Dakini, a stream of light and nectar descends, purifying the obscurations of the body. Obtain the vase empowerment. Bless the body as Vajra. From the speech, a stream of light and nectar descends. Purifying the impurities of speech. Obtain the secret empowerment. Bless the speech as Vajra. From the heart center, light and nectar purify the obscurations of the mind. Obtain the empowerment of wisdom and primordial awareness. Bless the mind as Vajra. From everything, light and nectar purify the impurities of holding the three doors of body, speech, and mind as separate. Obtain the precious word empowerment. Bless the primordial awareness as Vajra. My three doors of body, speech, and mind dissolve into the Lama's body, speech, and mind, remaining in a state of not thinking of anything, and then dedicate the merit. This is the thirty-third instruction. Then, the order of the activities is as follows: In pacifying, contemplate everything as white, and contemplate that the white rays of light pacify diseases, evil spirits, and sins, and recite the mantra ending with: Kuru Ye Svaha. In increasing, contemplate everything as yellow, and contemplate that the rays of light increase life, merit, and wealth, and recite: पुष्टिं कुरु ये स्वाहा (puṣṭiṃ kuru ye svāhā, Increase Kuru Ye Svaha). In subjugating, contemplate everything radiating red light, and contemplate that the object to be subjugated is subjugated, and recite: Che Ge Mo Wa Sham Kuru Ye Svaha. In wrathful, contemplate everything as dark blue, with flames of fire and intense heat radiating, and contemplate that enemies and obstacles are destroyed, and recite: Other visualizations are the same as before. This is the thirty-fourth instruction. Then, in times of sickness, evil spirits, and death threats, after taking refuge and generating Bodhicitta, from emptiness, in the space in front, on top of a lotus tree, a lion, a precious throne supported by legs, on top of a pile of sun, moon, and silk cushions, contemplate the root Lama as inseparable from the lineage Lamas and Buddhas, and finally,

Visualize the assembly of deities of the mother mandala, the gathering of the ocean of oath-bound dakinis, and the harm-doers of the six realms below. Then, from the heart, the consciousness in the form of the syllable Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城體:हुं,梵文羅馬擬音:hūṃ,漢語字面意思:吽) emerges from the aperture of Brahma and transforms into a hero, a dakini of the five families, holding a curved knife. With this, cut off your own skull from the treasure chest at the eyebrow. Place the skull tripod on top of three mountains as large as Mount Meru, and fill it with the flesh and blood of the body. As it boils with the fire burning below, the nectar of all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions arises and fills it. This transforms into all desired food and drink and excellent nectar. Countless heroes holding skulls, manifesting in a skillful manner, simultaneously offer it to each guest before them. The guests who have transcended the world are pleased, and having perfected the two accumulations, attain supreme and common siddhis. The guests of samsara are pleased, taking away beginningless karmic debts and purifying debts. In particular, the obstructing classes of harm-doers are pleased, pacifying malice and obstacles. The rays of light from the pleasure of all strike oneself, pacifying disease, pacifying demons, deceiving death, and thinking of attaining siddhis. Dedicate all of that in a state of non-attachment, like clouds clearing in the sky. This perfects the two accumulations, deceives death, has no cutting of the life force, and grasps the clear light of the bardo. This is the fifth instruction step. The sixth meaning is refuge, divided into: distinguishing differences, contemplating benefits, and the manner of taking refuge. First: Thus, if one takes refuge in the Three Jewels out of fear of the suffering of the three lower realms and for the sake of seeking the happiness of the higher realms of good rebirth, it is called a small person, because the result they seek is only temporary happiness. If one takes refuge in the Three Jewels out of fear of the suffering of samsara and for the sake of seeking peace and happiness for oneself alone, it is called a medium person, because their aim is only the result of liberating oneself from samsara. If, seeing the suffering of other sentient beings endlessly wandering in samsara, one takes refuge in the Three Jewels in order to liberate them from samsara, it is called a great person, because their mind
