Within, great wisdom abides. The essence, emptiness, and the inseparable compassion-awareness are the self-arisen lamp of wisdom. The self-luminous rainbow light palace is the lamp of the utterly pure realm. In its center, the fivefold light cluster, the five families with aspects of the body, is the lamp of empty bindu, like the feathers of a peacock. When the inner radiance dawns outward, the radiance of the eye's pupil, the appearance of red and yellow, is labeled as the lamp of empty bindu, which is the empty lamp of radiant bindu. The light appearing in the sky is labeled as the lamp of utterly pure sound, which is also the lamp of the utterly pure realm of radiance. Similarly, awareness is labeled as the Vajra Chain, which is also the radiant Vajra Chain of awareness. Thus, focusing on the Vajra Chain abiding within the light, without distraction, and meditating outward, the wisdom of emptiness and clarity, free from elaboration, arises within, which is called the self-arisen lamp of wisdom. This labeling is also because, with that key point, it is labeled as arriving at that time upon what is already present from the beginning, not as a newly arisen self-arisen lamp of wisdom that did not exist before. Second, the three abidings: By doing so, the outer appearances abide, and adverse conditions arise as helpers. The inner illusory body abides, free from the activities of delusion. The secret wind-mind abides, and it is impossible for conceptual thoughts to arise. In this case, there are two measures: grasping with dreams and signs appearing in body and speech. First, the best of diligence completely ceases dreams. The middling knows dreams as dreams in dreams. The worst transforms bad dreams into only good ones. Second, there are four: At the time of the manifestation of dharmata, the body is like a frog placed in a wooden trough, unable to leave the posture. Speech is like a mute, unable to speak. The mind is like a dakini being anesthetized, and although conceptual thoughts seem to scatter, they do not move from the base. At the time of the increase of experience, the body is like a person afflicted with illness, without adornment or cleansing. Speech is like a madman, rambling without trace. The mind is like a person poisoned, and the scattering of thoughts ceases. At the time when awareness reaches its measure, the body is like an elephant sinking in mud, instantly traveling unhindered through mountains and rocks. Speech is as pleasant as the sound of a clay pot.

A delightful realm. Like an arrow piercing the heart, all thoughts and ideas cease. When the nature of reality is exhausted, the body is like a corpse in a charnel ground, without the delusion of affirmation or negation. Speech is like an echo in the mountains, repeating the words of others. The mind is like a person who has recovered from illness, thoughts purified in the expanse of reality, and awareness abides in self-illumination. Third, the three attainments are: outwardly, gaining mastery over appearances, thereby liberating appearances and conditions into pure lands; inwardly, gaining mastery over the aggregates, thereby liberating the illusory body into clear light; secretly, gaining mastery over the expanse of awareness, thereby causing deluded thoughts to cease naturally. Fourth, the four assurances are: upwardly, there is no expectation of attaining Buddhahood, nor is there any doubt of not attaining it; downwardly, there is no expectation of not being reborn in samsara, nor is there any doubt of being reborn. Through these, the final determination of awareness is the instruction that makes the meaning of Tögal (Leap Over) Heart Essence manifest on the path. Third, the subsequent four key points, the way to practice the continuous flow of yoga with the wheel of reality, are divided into two: the main practice and supplementary explanations. The first part is divided into two: increasing appearances during the day and applying wisdom to the key points at night. The first part is: like the wheel of profound wisdom, for the base, path, and result, one needs to receive the practice in a way that protects them with the thirteen great samayas. In short: outer appearances, inner awareness. In short, for all phenomena that encompass samsara and nirvana, do not be defiled by the stains of clinging mind, do not be bound by the clinging of experience, and no matter how things appear, purify them with the mind that thinks, "It is like a dream or illusion." Even that mind of emptiness that arises like a dream or illusion transcends existence and non-existence, right and wrong, bias, good and bad, acceptance and rejection, and rests in a state like the sky, without elimination or placement. In the post-meditation phases as well, do not let awareness run wild, but with mindfulness and retention, be certain that all phenomena that appear in this way are like illusions, mirages, reflections of the moon in water, emanations, or cities of gandharvas. Do not have even for a moment the thought that they truly exist. Similarly, for all dualistic grasping such as attachment and aversion, acceptance and rejection, hope and fear, one should learn to cultivate the view of exhausting dualistic grasping and primordial liberation nakedly. The second part is divided into three: in the morning, gather the senses into their natural state; at midnight, bring awareness into the vase; at dawn,
