One should abandon all secret verbal expressions and abide. Third, the three of mind are: outwardly, abandoning all worldly illusions and delusions; inwardly, abandoning various attachments to the generation and completion stages; secretly, abandoning all distractions and gatherings of conceptual thoughts, and abiding in a state of non-thought. By doing this, the three doors will be able to abide, be stable, and be liberated. At these times, one should practice the uncommon guru yoga's outer, inner, secret, and most secret practices as much as possible, according to the nectar tree of clear light key instructions. Second, there are two aspects to relying on the five key points to directly bring realization into one's own mind: relying on the uncontaminated wisdom continuum; and recognizing the meaning of bringing realization into the key point of one's own mind. Moreover, this instruction is superior to previous ones in seven special ways. What are the seven? The specialness of the appearance of light, the specialness of the increase of experience, the specialness of the manifestation of one's own mind's key point, the specialness of the body's key point channels, the specialness of the seeing faculties, the specialness of the self-awareness object, and the specialness of the increase of experience. The instruction that possesses these special qualities should be practiced by relying on the five key points, which are: body, speech, mind, door, and object. The first is: three postures. First, the Dharmakaya lion posture: The soles of the feet are joined together, the knees are spread outwards, the thumbs of the hands press the roots of the index fingers, holding the vajra fists, placed on the ground at the heels, the arms are straightened, the upper body is straightened, the shoulders are pulled upwards, the neck is slightly raised upwards, the eyes do not move the eyeballs, the eyelids do not blink, relax the gaze, and look at the space between the eyebrows. The tongue is slightly curled upwards. Second, the Sambhogakaya elephant posture: lying face down, knees and chest touching the ground, elbows propped on the ground, palms supporting the chin, fingers touching the cheeks. The spine is straightened, and the head is tilted slightly upwards, looking at the sky directly ahead with a sidelong glance. Third, the Nirmanakaya hermit posture: the ankles of the feet are aligned, squatting. The hands are placed on the knees. The spine is straightened. The eyes are fixed on the space in front, without focusing. By doing this, the first posture can bring the elements back to their place, and the second can bring the moving

Control the breath. Third, generate warmth and harmonize the elements. Ultimately, liberate from the three bodies and pass into nirvana. However, although the wisdom of awareness abides in the body, if it is not pressed with the key points of the means-body, it cannot appear in the manifestation of the senses, just as a snake has limbs but does not appear unless it is coiled. Second is the key point of speech: without uttering any words, slowly use the breath, with the lips slightly not touching, practice releasing the breath from the mouth and slightly drawing it back in. Third is the key point of mind: based on the view of trekchö, in the empty and clear sky without clouds or mist, do not look at the eyes, the sky, and awareness separately, but look without differentiation. Fourth, the key point of the door has three points. First is the way of looking at the Dharmakaya: turning the eyeballs upwards, looking in the manner of looking at the crown of the head, thereby increasing the expanse of awareness. Second is the way of looking at the Sambhogakaya: looking upwards at white, like an archer straightening an arrow shaft, thereby seeing the appearance of wisdom. Third is the way of looking at the Nirmanakaya: lowering the gaze slightly, like a sage meditating in samadhi, thereby seeing the lamp of the aura. In general, by pointing the senses like a spear at the outer sky and meditating, one sees the outer realm. Looking to the left and right with peripheral vision, or looking at the sun with squinted eyes, one sees the inner realm of awareness. Then, by leading the senses into space and looking, illusory appearances will arise as pure lands. In this way, by practicing looking with any of the three ways of looking, no matter where the eyes look, one will be able to remain stable. In any way of looking, if one strains and constricts too much with effort, obstacles will arise because of forcibly controlling the breath, therefore it is essential to do it easily. Fifth is the key point of the object: in a clear sky without clouds, look to the west in the morning and to the east in the afternoon. Or, in order to easily manifest luminosity, combine it with sunlight, looking in the east in the morning and in the west in the afternoon, about a cubit below the sun, so that there is a need to easily manifest luminosity. Moreover, it is key to practice leading from far away to closer and closer. Among these, first establish the basis of the posture of the Sambhogakaya. Press the key points and restrain the body with the posture of the Nirmanakaya. Then is the posture of the Dharmakaya.
