In the sky in front of me, in the center of a blue sphere, visualize the incomparably kind and precious root guru in the form of his actual body, naked and wearing an Angaraksha (ཨཱངྒ་རག་, Devanagari: अङ्गरक्ष, Romanized: Angaraksha, meaning: body armor). Meditate in the vajra posture and pray to him with intense devotion. Prepare well by laying down a large soft cushion to prevent the body from falling and being injured. Naked, wearing an Angaraksha (ཨང་རག་, Devanagari: अङ्गरक्ष, Romanized: Angaraksha, meaning: body armor), straighten the body, bring the soles of the feet together, extend the knees outwards, straighten the elbows of the hands, and join the palms together without touching the head, making the vajra three-pointed mudra, and stare into space. Visualize your own body as a blazing blue vajra. The guru in front transforms into a dark blue Hum (ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized: Hūṃ, meaning: Hum). Focus slightly on the complete state residing within the navel chakra of your own vajra body. Believe that it dissolves and becomes inseparable from the essence of the indestructible bindu in the heart. Recite the six-syllable Dzogchen mantra "Ah A Sha Sa Ma Ha (འ་ཨ་ཤ་ས་མ་ཧ།, Devanagari: आ अह श ष म ह, Romanized: Ā Aha Sha Sa Ma Ha, meaning: Ah A Sha Sa Ma Ha)". Then, cut off the mind's elaborations on the three times, and without touching even the slightest movement other than non-conceptual non-attachment, rest in non-thought, and meditate until the body naturally loosens and does not fall. After falling, do not move or adjust the body in the position in which it has fallen. Also, rest the mind in non-thought for a while. Starting again from the visualization of the guru, do as before, dividing it into sessions as much as possible, and strive to meditate for three days. By doing so,

In the center of the blue bindu, pray with intense devotion to the one who abides in the vajra posture. From your own body, in the posture of the seven aspects of Vairocana, direct your gaze to the tip of your nose. Visualize a single blue Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) residing at the core of your heart. Finally, visualize the guru in front of you transforming into Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽). Visualize merging into the Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) at your heart, relax for a moment, then with your lips slightly parted, recite the song of Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) in a moderate tone, neither too loud nor too soft. From the Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) at your heart, many Hūṃs (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) emerge from your right nostril. Gradually fill the house and other places where you are. Finally, visualize all external appearances being filled with individual flames of Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), each one filled, and everything resounding with the droning sound of Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), swaying and shimmering, and rest your awareness on this, relaxing slightly. Secondly: Those Hūṃs (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) re-enter from the left nostril. Visualize your body from the crown of your head to the soles of your feet being filled with sparks, and meditate on this. The great vidyādhara said that these two should be done separately, and that in the latter case, when many spontaneously arising Hūṃs (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) enter through the nostrils from the outside, it is not at all necessary to gather them back as before. Secondly, there are also two ways to train strength. First, training strength on external appearances is: Visualize the guru in front of you and make supplications as before. Visualize a single burning dark blue Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) residing at the core of your heart, and finally, the guru also transforms into such a Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) and merges into it, this is the difference. Then, by verbally uttering a short and forceful Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), Hūṃs (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) emerge from the Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) at your heart, as hot as fire, as swift as lightning, as sharp as a razor, and as forceful as hail, bursting forth suddenly. First, any object in front of you is pierced back and forth as if a spark struck paper, causing it to shatter. Then, gradually pierce and train on the objects, and finally, visualize that all things composed of objects, even as small as a sesame seed, are completely gone, and everything is filled with the nature of Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), shimmering, and rest in equanimity for a moment. Secondly, training strength on the internal body is: Guru yoga as before. From the Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) at your heart, many Hūṃs (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) endowed with four special qualities emerge. Your own body, from the crown of your head to the soles of your feet, even as small a part as splitting a horse's tail, is completely reduced to ashes, pierced back and forth, and Hūṃs (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) also arise spontaneously from the outside.
