Wind regulation should be done. Also, according to the "Wish-Fulfilling Jewel," visualize that from the haṃ (藏文:ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) of the Great Bliss Wheel, a white, cool drop descends, and illnesses are eliminated. Exhale the air with a "sang sang" sound, and then hold it. For coldness, visualize that in the navel wheel, raṃ (藏文:རཾ,梵文天城体:रं,梵文罗马拟音:raṃ,汉语字面意思:让) transforms into fire and burns, then close the mouth and inhale the air. For phlegm, it is the same, but especially, visualize that from the traṃ (藏文:ཏྲཱཾ,梵文天城体:त्रां,梵文罗马拟音:trāṃ,汉语字面意思:创) of the Enjoyment Wheel, nectar descends, and illnesses are eliminated. Exhale the air three times, and then inhale once each time. If the mind is wild and restless, then from the haṃ (藏文:ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) of the Bliss-Protecting Wheel, visualize the warmth of bliss burning, and control the mind and air with this. If, during practice, no matter how you try, samadhi does not arise, then visualize that from the hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) of the Dharma Wheel, essence descends from the crown of the head, and then inhale the air, so that all illnesses will be pacified, and samadhi will arise naturally. These are important key points. During this time, also verbally recite these letters, and recite ha (藏文:ཧ,梵文天城体:ह,梵文罗马拟音:ha,汉语字面意思:哈), hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), and a (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿) a lot, which is a method." So it is said. Second, the main part, establishing the mind and awareness, explaining the essential instructions on the meaning of the Luminous Essence, is divided into two: the key instructions for establishing the mind, the Ground of Cutting Through; the key instructions for establishing awareness, the guidance on the Path of Direct Crossing. The first is from the Hidden Key that Opens the Door to View and Meditation, the Eye Opener: "With the key instruction of conduct without attachment, overwhelm appearances; with the key instruction of meditation without focus, overwhelm the mind that remembers; with the key instruction of viewing without grasping, overwhelm the root of attachment, afflictions; with the key instruction of the result without abandonment or attainment, show that awareness does not regress." So it is said. For these, there are also the general characteristics of phenomena, i.e., the general characteristics of Dzogchen, and the specific differences of the nature of phenomena, i.e., the two-two that are combined with the system of this very secret Bindu key instruction. For each of these, with what, what, how, and what is attained, they are shown through four-four ways, which must be gradually realized from the Four Lamps, such as the Lamp that Summarizes Conduct. Here, only a general explanation is given, divided into four: conduct, meditation, viewing, and result. First, for the key instruction of conduct without attachment, there are three: the conduct of a beginner is to abandon all non-virtue, along with its parts, and

That is to develop. The yogi should also understand what to accept and reject, go to the venerable guru, and through hearing, know what is Dharma and what is not. Listen to the complete and profound instructions, cut off the embellishments of words, and through thought, grasp the essence without error, without fail. Learn the methods to turn the mind away from samsara. The practice of wholeheartedly embracing the essence is: Then, go to an unfamiliar place, and like a beggar or a wild animal, practice the guru's instructions alone, being content with meager food and clothing. Do not regard the instructions of others as marvelous, but trust in your own instructions. Abandon all actions, efforts of practice, and all attachments of this life completely, and be steadfast. First, through the practice of distinguishing samsara and nirvana, transform the attachment of body, speech, and mind. Then, without any interaction with anyone, seal off speech with the practice of being like a mute, and without making any gestures, release the six senses freely with the practice of being like a young child, and meditate on the meaning of Dharmata. The practice of opening the path through asceticism is: Then, impose upon oneself what one is unwilling to endure, forcibly cutting off the attachments of the mind. Abandon the attachment of acceptance and rejection with the practice of being like a dog or pig, without distinguishing between clean and unclean. With the practice of being like a madman, without restraining awareness, practice with complete abandon, so that all appearances arise as aids. Then, at the time when one is able to transform the disbelief of others, able to revive the dead, and able to control the four elements and the wind-mind, in order to cut off latent attachments and habits, one should also do the practice of perfecting awareness, asceticism, etc., so that the cutting off of inner afflictions and the control of outer appearances occur simultaneously. This is called the practice of controlling appearances. In short, one should learn the practices related to timing. Second, the instructions on meditating without an object have two parts: guiding the mind, the preliminary practices of the three doors, and settling the mind. The first part has three: the preliminaries of body, speech, and mind. First, learning the vajra posture of the body: The practitioner should completely abandon all worldly affairs and dwell alone in a secluded place,
