to experience. When the thigle of the crown chakra gradually dissolves and becomes stable, think of experiencing the innate wisdom born together, and maintain that state as much as possible. Finally, let the thigle become smaller and smaller, and stay in the state of no object of focus and free from elaboration as much as possible. During breaks between sessions, also practice the state of bliss-emptiness union, self-knowing and self-illuminating as much as possible. Here, not meditating on the short "A" (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:无) at the navel chakra is the essence of the oral instructions. When practicing the self as a cloud of bliss-emptiness nectar, it is also said to meditate on the short "A" at the navel chakra, so it is also good for those who have difficulty generating bliss-warmth. By striving in this way, the body and mind will enter the state of bliss-emptiness, and the winds and thigles can be used freely, and there will be no obstacles to the five elements. Liberate from the attachment to food and drink, and gain freedom of mind. You will also obtain immeasurable and limitless qualities in the stages of meditation of the Great Perfection of Naturalness. In this way, the yoga of wind without attachment and the yoga of thigle with attachment, even if not explained to those who are proficient in wind in other paths, will not have the fault of deficiency. It is not mentioned in the pith instructions of the Omniscient Great One, so it is permissible not to explain it even to those whose channels and winds are not in harmony. Fifth, the key to making the five elements return to their original state by the oral instruction of cutting off memory is shown in two parts: practicing the meaning of the five "A"s in quiescence; eliminating the obstacles of the confusion and agitation of the elements. First, as it says in the scripture: "In the great space where the four elements are exhausted, in the scattered awareness where the basis of confusion is exhausted, in the palace of various vastness, with the iron hook of exhausted grasping memory, in the heart within the clear without top or bottom, hold with the manner of exhausted unscattered thought." Therefore, thinking of practicing the meaning of the five "A"s without birth, then set up the seven-point posture of Vairochana. Draw in the breath from the mouth and exhale slowly. Inhale slowly and hold the breath slightly in a relaxed state. Visualize a blue "A" (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:无) filling the space, completely pure, in the heart, and focus awareness on it, dissolving all the activities of wind and mind into it, and abiding in the state of non-discrimination and freedom from elaboration, thus purifying the space. Similarly, at the crown chakra or in front of the tip of the nose,

In front, focus awareness on the essence of perfectly purified wind—a two-layered green, and by merging all moving winds and discursive thoughts, purify the wind through previous meditation. Also, at the heart or tip of the nose, focus awareness on the essence of perfectly purified water—a three-layered white, and by sending all thoughts and winds back to the self-place of thoughts, slightly hold the exhalation, stop the flow of breath and abide, thereby purifying the water. Also, at the throat or front, focus awareness on the essence of perfectly purified fire—a four-layered red, and by holding the mind on the self-purified eye consciousness, the essence of gathering objects of grasping, feelings, etc., thereby purifying the fire. Also, at the navel or appearance, focus awareness on the essence of perfectly purified earth, the seed syllable—a five-layered yellow, and by merging all the realms of grasping, make the five sense doors without grasping, thereby purifying the earth. In the oral instructions of the Self-Arisen Foot, perform the vase-like wind practice, along with removing stale air. Clearly visualize the three channels and four chakras. At the center of each chakra, meditate on five-layered Ah (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A) that match the color of each place. Sequentially merge wind and mind, and hold the breath as appropriate. Finally, it is said to place the mind in the state of self-dissolving non-conceptuality. Secondly, when such meditation occurs, if confusion and lethargy or agitation become excessive, then the oral instructions for eliminating these are: According to the Great Perfection Heart Essence, when the body becomes heavy and the mind becomes dull and sluggish due to the fault of earth, meditate on Yaṃ (Tibetan: ཡཾ, Devanagari: यं, Romanized Sanskrit: yaṃ, Literal meaning: Yaṃ) green-black in the crown chakra, infuse wind and mind, and hold the breath. When exhaling, think that the sky has turned turquoise, thereby eliminating it. Also, when feeling cold and shivering due to the fault of water, meditate on Raṃ (Tibetan: རཾ, Devanagari: रं, Romanized Sanskrit: raṃ, Literal meaning: Raṃ) red blazing in the throat chakra, and by forcefully controlling the breath, think that fire is also blazing from the red Ha syllable (Tibetan: ཧ, Devanagari: ह, Romanized Sanskrit: ha, Literal meaning: Ha) at the junction of the three channels below the navel, filling the inside of the body, thereby eliminating it. Also, when feeling hot and the body burning, etc., due to the fault of fire, meditate on Khaṃ (Tibetan: ཁཾ, Devanagari: खं, Romanized Sanskrit: khaṃ, Literal meaning: Khaṃ) white, cool, and icy like in the heart chakra or stomach, and exhale with a "hissing" sound from between the teeth, thereby eliminating it. Also, when the consciousness is scattered and the upper body feels constricted, etc., due to the fault of wind, meditate on Laṃ (Tibetan: ལཾ, Devanagari: लं, Romanized Sanskrit: laṃ, Literal meaning: Laṃ) yellow, heavy, and dense in the navel, and tightly bind the wind and mind, thereby eliminating it. For all of these, perform the vase-like breath.
