May it descend upon the earth! Through this virtue, may all sentient beings, be completely liberated from existence, attain the two supreme wisdoms, and may the two aims be spontaneously accomplished. Thus, after praying intensely, from the toe of the foot, a stream of nectar descends. From the crown of the head to the entire body, inside and out, of myself and all sentient beings, it pervades, purifying the obscurations of the body, and attaining the accomplishment of the body. It descends to the throat, purifying the obscurations of speech, and attaining the accomplishment of speech. It descends to the heart, purifying the obscurations of mind, and attaining the accomplishment of mind. It descends to the navel, purifying all impurities, and attaining the accomplishment of qualities. It descends to the secret place, attaining the accomplishment of activity. Becoming inseparable from bliss and emptiness. Finally, with intense devotion, the lama dissolves into light and merges into oneself, contemplating that one is inseparable, and maintaining the essence of unfabricated self-awareness as much as possible. When rising from the session, with this virtue of naturally pure nature, may the cycle of suffering and the lower realms be emptied, may there be no one remaining in existence, and may all beings quickly attain Buddhahood. Thus, concluding with dedication and aspiration, one engages in conduct. In all intervals between sessions, one should also take the three appearances, sounds, and awareness as the wisdom of the three secrets of the lama, and diligently engage in the yoga of the union of the two accumulations. Here, if one wishes to elaborate on the classifications, meanings, benefits, etc., one should explain them as commonly stated. When diligently practicing these stages of accumulating merit, dividing each into hundreds of thousands of sessions, one should make extensive dedications and aspirations after each, and in the intervals between sessions, one should also understand the key points of the path related to that particular time, as is commonly known. The general preliminary practices previously explained are those that appear in the ordinary lineage of instructions of Mindrolling. These also appear to emphasize the recitation and meditation that are in accordance with the common method of instruction, mainly focusing on simplicity. However, the specifically taught ones appear to be the uncommon points that are explicitly clarified in the Yangtik Yizhin Norbu (Yangtik Wish-Fulfilling Jewel). Therefore, the lama also praised this as good and actually granted permission, and it also appears in the lineage of instructions of the great vidyadharas, etc. Therefore, if the recitation and meditation are not interrupted, it is felt that there is a great need, so without being concerned about the complexity of the text, it has been extensively recorded. Fourth, the common tantric path, training the body and mind with winds and bindus, has two aspects: detachment from attachment...

And to train in the bindu of those with attachment. The first has five parts: training in the color of the wind, training in the shape, training in the number, training in the coming and going, and training in the loving one. The first is: straighten the body in the seven-point posture, and look with the eyes in accordance with high and low, sinking and rising. The key to speech is to eliminate three slow and long breaths from the two nostrils. The key to the mind is to visualize at the eyebrow center the essence of the winds gathered together, a white bindu the size of a mustard seed, clear and blazing, and abandon all thoughts of the three times, such as hope, fear, faults, virtues, negation, affirmation, etc., and meditate with single-pointed attention on the form of the bindu. No matter how subtle the thoughts become, cut them off immediately and focus intently on the bindu. If the awareness wanders and the distractions become strong, let the form of the bindu appear clearly in the mind, and without being too tight, maintain a moderate mindfulness and rest relaxed. Do not view self-awareness and the bindu as separate, but cultivate in a state of non-duality, self-clarity, and non-attachment. When the mind is completely focused on the form of the bindu and becomes stable, the radiance of the bindu will pervade one's head, then the body, then the external world and all places. Finally, focus the awareness on all appearances becoming the nature of wind, appearing as a white flame. Then gradually gather it back in, focusing the awareness on the root bindu at the eyebrow center. By practicing expansion and contraction in this way, the body will become light, the speech will become clear, the mind will abide, etc. Meditate until these signs appear, which also applies to the subsequent practices. The second is: visualize at the tip of the nose a wind bindu, white and slightly blue, about the size of a Tibetan barleycorn. When it appears clearly, relying on the slow coming and going of the wind in the nostrils, when the wind exhales, visualize the bindu going out with the wind, becoming grayish. When the wind inhales, visualize the bindu coming in with the wind, feeling cool at the tip of the nose. If the body feels very cold, visualize the bindu as red in color, with a warm touch. Alternatively, it is said that one can also meditate on the vase belly below the navel. The third is: make the wind and awareness one, synchronizing their coming and going. Focus single-mindedly on counting the three states of the usual breathing in, breathing out, and holding, counting each breath as one without distraction. Gradually, the flow of breath becomes slower and longer.
