Sarva Pancha Amrita kharam khahi! By offering nectar in this way, may their body, speech, and mind be pleased, and from within the skull cup, may the siddhi Om Ah Hum arise. Taking it with one's thumb and forefinger and placing it on the tongue, contemplate receiving the siddhi of body, speech, and mind. Hum! In the supreme vessel of the illusory skull cup, as the nature of the three heroic syllables, this siddhi of body, speech, and mind, I beseech you to grant to me, the supreme practitioner. Offer mixed with blood, Hūṃ! In order to accomplish the will of the Lord of Yoga, and to serve all the oceans of the world, in order to fulfill the vow of the Great Glorious Mother, with lotus nectar mixed with fragrance, this blood filled in a large red conch shell, please, great lord, accept and bless. With this, offer the torma. Then, Hūṃ! With the nature of compassion arising, focused on the purpose of benefiting beings, this offering of red blood, I offer to the Guru, Sugata, Ḍākinīs, and all Dharma protectors and guardians, with a loving heart, please consider with compassion and partake. Mahā Rakta Khara Khāhi! Thus offer. Then, the offering of the Indian mudrā: contemplate the bodies of the Great Glorious Father and Mother as extremely clear, Hūṃ! Unabiding Great Glorious Manifestly Perfect Heruka, in this mandala surrounded by eight goddesses, may you be pleased by offering a great ocean of nectar. Also offer to the worldly ones. Although not moving from the state of pure Dharmakāya, appearing clearly in the illusory mudrā, I prostrate and praise. Recite the hundred-syllable mantra once. Then, in order to complete it, do confession: Hūṃ! Lord of Wisdom Ḍākinīs, Wrathful King foremost, Great Glorious Heruka is equal to the limit, although not moving from the Dharmakāya of the six times, if there is anything that goes against your mind, please forgive. Although the Wisdom Deity has no conceptual thought, if there is any offense or transgression by the gods and demons belonging to its retinue, I confess. The Vidyādhara practitioner understands the meaning of Dharma, although not understanding it in this way due to the power of ignorance, whatever non-virtuous and wrong actions have been done, please forgive those who protect the teachings. Having neglected the vows and commitments, if there is anything that goes against the mind of Vajrasattva, please forgive, great compassionate one. Not having arranged the offering of union and liberation and samādhi, if there is anything that goes against the mind of Krodhīśvarī, please forgive, great compassionate one. Material and mudrā not having manifested, if there is anything that goes against the mind of the eight Gaurī mothers, please forgive, great compassionate one. Not having arranged the offering of flesh and blood according to the scriptures, if there is anything that goes against the mind of the eight Siṃha mothers, please forgive, great compassionate one. The four doors of east, south, west, and north not being clear
