The Teachings: Furthermore, all appearances and mind are primordially pure, being the King of Equality, the very nature of Suchness. Without fabrication or hope and fear, relax into the state of vast self-abiding. For this un fabricated King of Equality, this itself is the intention of the non-conceptual Dharmakaya. From the chapter on Definitive Words: "O great Bodhisattva, in this way, through reasoning of meaning, however it appears, it is one with Suchness. Let no one fabricate it. For this un fabricated King of Equality, abide in the intention of the non-conceptual Dharmakaya." Thus it is said. Now, let the very nature of mind, like the sky, in its primordially pure state, rest in equality, free from effort, spontaneously, through the three doors. Whatever appears as the object of appearance, without clinging to it, gaze directly upon it and relax. The state of non-apprehension of appearances and the arising free from elaboration is the mind itself, Primordial Liberation, the intention of all. From the chapter on Spontaneous Fulfillment Cutting Off Hope and Fear: "O Bodhisattva Vajra, now meditate well! By meditating on the meaning of unborn, perfectly pure, appearances arise self-luminous without arising. Without meditating on emptiness, liberation comes through realizing as it is." Thus it is. That itself is the intention of self-arisen luminosity. From the chapter on Being As It Is, Free from Effort: "O, in the great bliss of being as it is, free from elaboration, do not engage the three doors, do not fabricate or fixate on targets. Do not conceptualize, do not follow after signs. Rest in the meaning of self-arisen wisdom bliss. This is the intention of self-arisen luminosity. It is the effortless activity of the All-Creating King." Thus, remain equally in the self-luminous, un fabricated state for as long as possible. Whatever thoughts arise in that state, gaze directly at them and rest upon them. The thoughts themselves are not abandoned but are liberated in their own place, and when the previous state remains in a single samadhi, the way things arise is liberated in its own place like ripples in water. From the chapter on Being As It Is, Free from Effort: "Likewise, in the intention of the un fabricated King, whatever thoughts, mental events, or concepts arise, if you know that they abide in the unborn state, then you are free from all effort and clinging to signs." Thus it is said. From the chapter on Showing Whether There Is Meditation or Not: "All memories, thoughts, and movements of the mind, without exception, without straying from the unborn state, however you think, if you know that it is meditation,
