The term "body image" roughly means appearing like a body. Therefore, when initially practicing deity yoga, the appearance of the bodies of the three families, etc., seems to be just a general appearance. Kamalaśīla said in the final part of the Stages of Meditation, as explained through non-discriminating images, etc. Secondly, the meaning of "both tantras" is to practice both external actions and internal yoga equally. The view of those who enter the vehicle of conduct tantras, which have such names, is that in the ultimate truth, there is no birth and death, but in the relative truth, one should contemplate the deity's body of Vairochana transformed from the letter Aṃ(藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) residing in the moon, as stated in the tantras. One's own suchness, the deity's suchness, the suchness of recitation, and the suchness of meditation, or the samādhis beyond recitation, are indicated by the above words. Here, it is the samādhi of contemplating with four aspects: sound, mind, and the two aspects of focusing on the base. Furthermore, it is not independent of implements and conduct. Therefore, from external resources and internal causes, such as yoga, what needs to be extracted is cleanliness, etc. If this is done in conduct, it will be comfortable. "Both" means to pursue both external and internal aspects. By relying on these, the results of actions can be achieved. For example, when blue is exhausted, even white objects of enjoyment can be actually transformed into blue through the power of yoga. When the appearance of the deity yoga itself becomes powerful, a pure body is actually achieved. Moreover, regarding the deity body yoga of each direction, in the case of action tantra, there are statements about whether or not to contemplate oneself as the deity. Regarding the emptiness aspect, the yoga of mere emptiness, there are many statements about whether or not there is a completion stage in the outer tantras. However, in the characteristic of action tantra, it is necessary to contemplate oneself as the deity, because the teacher Buddha-guhya derived it from the Vajra Peak. Although Buddha-guhya did not explicitly state that one does not contemplate oneself as the deity in the mere practice of action tantra, the omniscient lama father and son hold this view. However, the omniscient one distinguishes between mere and special in action tantra, understanding it in terms of real and imputed.

It should not be distinguished like distinguishing the first dhyana. According to their view, the Medicine Buddha Sutra ritual of Khenpo Zhiwa Tso should also be classified as an abbreviated form within the Kriya Tantra. Practicing it does not require preliminary practices such as water crown initiation, so it is not a true Kriya Tantra. Furthermore, what they say, such as "the body like the color of gold," seems like the Mong people saying that this is the dividing line between Sutra and Tantra. The Completion Stage is established on the basis of the yoga of binding the life force in the central channel, so there is no reason for it to belong to the outer tantras. Here, the practice of yoga with signs and without signs is used as a substitute, which is the tradition of the great Indian siddhas. Thirdly, regarding the two aspects of teaching and reasoning. The first aspect is: the views of those who follow the Yoga Tantra and enter its vehicle are of two types. Rongton's commentary refers to "outer yoga practitioners" as "enduring tantras," equating them with ascetics who have attained asceticism, and explains it as meaning to perform purification and other actions. Qingjing Shi's commentary says: "In order to endure impure appearances and attachments by mainly practicing inner yoga." In contrast to this is the upright inner yoga, which is the Upaya Tantra, the vehicle that is increased through two stages. There are many ways to distinguish between outer and inner in Qingjing Shi's writings, but some parts seem unreasonable. Distinguishing based on whether or not to use the desire of union as the path seems reasonable. In Rongton's commentary, although it is established from the two aspects of view and conduct, it is not very clear. In reality, the difference lies in whether or not there is a method to achieve the Dharmakaya and Rupakaya through the path of two stages. It is said that without relying on the common path taught in the Anuttara Tantra, no other path can achieve unsurpassed wisdom. The key is that the luminosity existing in the base becomes omniscient, and that using its nature body—the Rupakaya with seven-branch union—as the path is the unique view of the Anuttara Tantra. Because there is no other ultimate attainment other than such two bodies. The deity yoga that possesses the three qualities of purification, completion, and maturation.
