Thus, the Second Buddha made aspirations with great compassion. The second part is: 'Garland of Views' - the oral instructions of the root tantra of the Magical Net, the common bond of all secret mantras, the essential points of all teachings, the manifester of all vehicles, the general summary of all teachings, the great secret treasury of heroes and yoginis, is complete, meaning it has been completed. Therefore, the vajra speech of the Second Buddha Padmasambhava, without the defilement of error and confusion, is the earliest of the Indian texts that appeared in the Land of Snows (Tibet), and is the source of the complete and perfect lineage of the Great Chariot of the Practice Lineage. Therefore, do not let the demon of acceptance and rejection caused by partiality disturb your own mindstream, and those with vast wisdom who desire liberation should explain and widely propagate it well to fortunate beings, thereby carrying out the activities that please the Buddhas without bias. I, Although lacking the biography of a saint, I am embraced by the infallible saintly protector, and have found the treasure of impartial and profound Dharma, with the unfeigned altruistic intention to benefit the teachings and beings. This is also to promote the good tradition of the excellent teachings of Buddha Nyagyab Lingpa, and to gather the essential instructions into the great treasury as an inner treasure. May I hold the treasure of the profound and vast Sutra and Tantra teachings in all lifetimes, accomplish the activities of Padmasambhava that pervade the sky, and deliver infinite beings from the original supreme state to the end of Dharmadhatu. This is also because the venerable Lama Padma Osel Do-ngak Lingpa, who is inseparable from the primordial protector, the Great Bliss, bestowed the root teachings and the oral explanations, empowerments, and instructions to be recorded in the treasury of instructions, which descended upon my head. The impartial yogic practitioners, an assembly of boundless wisdom, have briefly recorded the oral instructions of the Lama. May virtue and excellence increase!
