Just as there are numerous new and old tantras spoken of in the four regions. The object of that mind consciousness, the dharmadhatu, conditioned phenomena, feeling, perception, formation, and the four non-cognitive forms, and the two unconditioned cessations, and space, these seven are dharma, the nature of Samantabhadrī. There doesn't seem to be much investigation into this in the precepts either. Such aggregates, elements, and sources are also the nature of being primordially, perfectly enlightened Buddhas. It does not depend on newly accomplishing it through the path. The meaning of Dzogchen being spoken of as unconditioned is also the meaning of being naturally abiding, and being free from death and change. Do not cling to a single nothingness like space. The Buddhist doctrine is: Saraha said: When scholars explain the scriptures, they do not realize that there is wisdom in the body. The nature of the mind of clear light, which is very difficult to realize, is such that it has never arisen with the appearance of defilement. Just as sesame oil pervades sesame seeds, it is impossible for it to be separated even for a moment in the minds of all sentient beings. The Union of Sun and Moon Tantra says: In the precious palace of the mind, the union of emptiness and clarity is the sound of the body. And so on. The Drop of Liberation says: There, the form of the clear, indestructible drop, is the size of a mustard seed. The appearance of five-colored rays blazing and dripping, always abides in the heart. So it is said. Such an ultimate contact of the mind is merely the magic of it. All of the six elements within sentient beings, and the external places, enjoyments, and so on, are completely arranged. The aggregates of previous lives dissolve into clear light, and again, due to the power of karma, the aggregates of the intermediate state of the next world arise as the self-resonance of that mind. In this way, in the beginningless cycle of samsara, birth and death appear like a game of fire and water. On the level of the ultimate ground of appearance, there is not even a speck of dust. When the movement of the karmic winds, together with all the habitual tendencies, subsides and becomes pacified in such a way that they do not arise again, then the natural, indestructible nature of the mind becomes Ka-rang (Tibetan: ཀ་རང་, Sanskrit Devanagari: क रङ्ग, Sanskrit Romanization: ka raṅga, Chinese literal meaning: originally) the wisdom of all aspects of omniscience. For the reason that it does not depend on seeking other qualities to be obtained, it becomes the Dharmakaya of the ground.

That which is named as the basic Buddha and so forth, is ultimately determined as the way in which the three appearances arise from the power of that mind, and the way in which the cause of conceptual proliferation increases from that, and the way in which the five consciousnesses gradually expand from that, and the way in which karma is accumulated by relying on conceptualization and afflictions, and the way in which all the birthplaces of individual beings and all high and low places are completely accomplished by the power of that karma, and the way in which the original mind does not change in all those states, and the way in which the container and its contents appear as an illusion, like the magical display of dreams in sleep, and the way in which there is no impurity that has entered into the nature anywhere in the container and its contents when purified by the illusory samadhi, just because of that reason, and so forth, should be consulted in the great tantra commentaries. Although Secret Lord's Oral Instructions and Rongzompa's practice of appearance as deities also explain other reasonings that combine with the object of observation of common appearance, I think this itself is very important for giving certainty to the Vajra path. If it is not said that all phenomena, both conditioned and unconditioned, such as the ten directions, the three times, and the many realms, are not separate from the play of one's own mind's clear light wisdom, then some may mistakenly think that the teaching of this statement is to recognize appearance as mind. However, if Devadatta's vase is stolen by Tseta in the world, Devadatta would say to him, "My vase is not separate from you." This is not to say that you are a thief, but to think that you are the one who stole the vase. That statement does not necessarily have to be wrong, because that meaning can be shown to the other person by just the symbolic term. Otherwise, it would be unreasonable for the protector Nagarjuna to say, "The entity of form is only a name," because if it is not meant that form is merely established by name, then there is no way for form to be a name, because that which has a name is not a conditioned phenomenon. In the source of all phenomena appearing as the play of mind itself, it is said, in the Conqueror of the Three Worlds: "The individual thoughts of one's own mind are the very appearance of the Buddha. The three worlds themselves are the great elements."
