As it is said, "What is constant and without obstruction?" The first of the seven is: perfect enjoyment, which is the complete perfection of marks and signs. The second is: union, which is to unite with the self-appearing wisdom consort. The third is: great bliss, which is to abide in the essence of innate bliss. The fourth is: no self-nature, which is emptiness free from all elaboration. The fifth is: always possessing compassion without attachment to sentient beings. The sixth is: never ceasing, which is that both body and wisdom are constantly permanent. The seventh is: without obstruction, which is to enter into the obstruction of non-manifestation of mind, and without the obstruction of the temporary cessation of the form body. Also, at the time of empowerment, the wisdom of empowerment is also endowed with seven branches; and in the stages of the path, the generation stage and the completion stage are also cultivated in this way, so that the Buddha's body with seven branches is attained. This is the intention of all the tantric scriptures in general, and in particular, it is emphasized by the great teacher Yeshe Zhap and his followers. The second is: the eight qualities of the purification of the six elements, sun, and moon. The six elements, sun, and moon are all purified, so there are eight qualities: the earth element is purified in its own place, so it becomes infinite power; the water element is purified, so there are no faults such as diseases; the fire element is purified, so all Buddha fields are filled with light; the wind element is purified, so it travels with miraculous speed according to one's wish; the space element is purified, so it goes anywhere; the sun, that is, the red aspect, is purified, so it shows various emanations; the moon, that is, the semen, is purified, so the mind stream is filled with great bliss; the consciousness element is purified, so it never moves from the wisdom of bliss and emptiness at all times, and the wisdom of unobstructedness arises in the three times. This is the quality of union, such as the power of the son of Sredmed (Thirsty One), and the enjoyment of bliss, great majesty, not being harmed by cliffs, etc., invisibility, showing various emanations, having no shadow, and obtaining various five kinds of clairvoyance, etc., these are said to be the qualities of earth, etc., and should be regarded as the qualities of common accomplishments. The third is: constant, not suffering, cool, and solitary bliss. Immaculate joy, mind and eight tastes are experienced. That is, Manjushri...

In the "Oral Instructions," it is said: "From then until the end of endless samsara, constant and without suffering, cool and one, blissful and stainless, joyful and pleasing. This is experiencing the eight tastes of great bliss." Therefore, being constant because it exists as long as samsara exists. Being without suffering because it is not tainted by the grasping and other conceptualizations. For the non-learning union, there is no heat of the obscuration of knowledge. For the learning union, it is cool because the coarse appearance of duality has ceased. Being one because the two truths are inseparable and samsara and nirvana are equal. The bliss of unchanging mind. Being stainless because it is free from inverted delusions. Being joyful because it does not stray from the activity of benefiting beings inseparable from profundity and clarity. Being pleasing or delightful because, knowing what is and how it is, it always equally abides in the nature of reality and sentient beings. The fourth is: "Secret three, miraculous powers, all-pervading place and desire, generating the powerful one." This is an abbreviated explanation of the secret three, etc. In the "Lamp Illuminating," it is quoted: "The power of body and the power of speech, likewise the power of mind, the power of miraculous powers, all-pervading place, generating whatever is desired, and the eight qualities." Showing countless bodies simultaneously is the power of body. Teaching the Dharma simultaneously in the languages of all sentient beings is the power of speech. Knowing all knowable things without conceptualization is the power of mind. Showing the limitless miraculous powers that are spontaneously accomplished is the power of miraculous powers. Pervading all places, times, and situations is the power of all-pervading. Becoming the place of qualities such as strength is the power of place. Accomplishing all things merely by wishing is the power of desire. Causing the three enlightenments to arise in the minds of limitless beings to be tamed is the power of generation. Because one has power over these, it is power. The fifth is: "Subtle, yet superior to the previous." This means that the nature of the subtle and so on is the same as what was said above. However, the difference is that because it is increasingly superior to the previous, here it should be understood as having an inconceivable nature. The sixth is explaining its characteristics.
