Because this is the uninterrupted path of actual application. The aspect of being without outflows but having regression is: the noble Arhat who has previously practiced the lower path abides in the accumulation path of mantra, because he may regress due to the thought of self-interest. The absence of both is as will be explained. Here, among the main and subsidiary of outflows, the main one is that karma associated with all defilements leaks and transmigrates in the three realms, while the subsidiary ones are: taking the body involuntarily is the outflow of the place of birth, experiencing the realm of pleasure and pain involuntarily is the outflow of the realm, and abandoning the body involuntarily is said to be the outflow of the body, these three. The second is: the accumulation path of practice and result, which is with outflows and without regression. The absence of both is the three of seeing, meditation, and exhaustion, and the four vidyadharas. Having outflows and without regression, the basis is established by the five perfections of the accumulation practice of the group. By straightening the text with the four branches of approach and accomplishment, and practicing with the supplementary rituals for six months, one progresses on the uninterrupted path of actual application to the outflowless, and the result of vidyadhara is accomplished. From the common accomplishments of the generation stage, depending on the difference between great and small, it is applied to either the desired vidyadhara or the vidyadhara of the form body. The four yogas of the great emptiness of the completion stage, etc., whichever of the three—with accumulation practice, with elaboration, without elaboration, or extremely without elaboration—are practiced. Six months, or one year and two months, or one year and four months, these fruits of the path combined with the superior, intermediate, and inferior faculties, are combined with the four vidyadharas encompassed by the three paths of seeing, meditation, and exhaustion, which are without both outflows and regression. Third, there are two aspects to the path of seeing: Vipāka (Tibetan: rnam smin), and Life Empowerment (Tibetan: tshe dbang). The first is: Although the path of seeing realizes the truth, the impure body of the degenerate age has three characteristics of the unpurified Vipāka. Accumulating resources, wielding power over the four activities, eyes, etc., benefiting beings in the four continents because of possessing qualities. Although those on the path of seeing are the same in realizing the truth of Dharma nature, the arising from the greatness or smallness of the power of intelligence is the Vipāka vidyadhara, whose impure body of the degenerate age has not been able to be purified by wisdom, and the Life Empowerment vidyadhara, who has been able to purify it. In the Lesser Path it says: The path of seeing is divided into two: those who have obtained ability and those who have not.

So it is. Among them, the Vidyadhara of Maturation is: Having gained stability in the Samadhi of the One Mudra without elaboration, accumulating merit by combining with the times of superior, intermediate, and inferior, the body is not separated from the aggregate of flesh and blood, the mind matures into a deity body of clear light, and as desired, as soon as the body is freed from bondage, it is certain to be joined with the Mahamudra Vidyadhara, possessing these three dharmas. As stated in the Lamrim: "The mind holds the form of a deity, when the knots of the body are untied, the body of the Mudra becomes clear, that is called maturation." So it is. The activity is: For one's own benefit, perfecting the two accumulations by arranging mandalas and other activities, and perfecting the benefit of others by freely transforming the four activities, and possessing the qualities of immaculate divine eyes, etc., benefiting beings in the world of the four continents with the true body, and the manner of showing emanations is similar to that of Tshewang (long life empowerment). The second is: Accomplished through the intake of essence, the descent and retention, and the wind. The supreme, stainless, fearless Vajra body, perfecting the path, the Tshewang (long life empowerment), purifying the defilements of all migrations, with four miracles and six superknowledges, with twenty-five empowering wisdoms, accomplishing the benefit of beings in the three thousand worlds. Generally, there are four types of Tshewang (long life empowerment): relying on the intake of medicine essence, relying on the descent and retention of bindus, relying on the wheel of lamp and wind, and the supreme Tshewang (long life empowerment) that completely perfects the path. And this (referring to the second type) is more supreme than the previous three accomplishments, through the view and Samadhi of the supreme three wisdoms, through the mastery of realization, accumulating merit with wisdom, thereby perfecting the realization of the first Bhumi, exhausting all outflows. Both body and mind mature into a deity body of clear light, and possessing the extraordinary qualities of the rainbow body such as lightness, it is the Vidyadhara of Tshewang (long life empowerment) of the complete path with an indestructible Vajra body that is free from birth and death. As stated in the Lamrim: "The meaning is seen to reach completion, through the accomplishment of accumulating merit and practice, the body's elements, place of birth, and outflows are exhausted, transformed into a Vajra body, it is the lineage of long life." So it is. The activity is: For one's own benefit, purifying the defilements of all migrations, for the benefit of others, benefiting beings through four miracles and four activities, etc. The attire is also as stated in the Guhyagarbha Tantra: A person
