Now, the actual meaning is explained. Firstly, in the Abhidhana (Nomenclature), it says: "The Utmost Joy is stainless, Illuminating and radiating light, Difficult to tame and manifest, Gone afar and immovable, Excellent wisdom and cloud of Dharma, Incomparable and possessing wisdom, The Vajra Ground is the thirteenth." Except for the last three, the rest are in accordance with what is said in the Paramita Vehicle, and the name and meaning are consistent. In the Vajra Heart Ornament, the twelve, such as the nectar light mentioned above, are spoken of. In the Kalachakra, twelve are added by adding the uninterrupted ground and the completely liberated ground on top of the ten grounds of the noble ones. In the Vajra Garland, fourteen are spoken of, and in the Mahamudra Liberation Path, fifteen are spoken of, etc. There are many classifications and summaries. The grounds of ordinary beings and the tenth or eleventh ground of Bodhisattvas are classified and summarized due to the difference in qualities, so there is no contradiction. In short, the Utmost Joy, etc., spoken of in the Tantras, are named after the result, and the cause is named. The All-Illuminating, etc., are metaphors and Dharma that are consistent, showing their own nature. Places, etc., are named from the aspect of the cause that generates qualities. These three are the main ones. The meaning of the first two has been mentioned above. The latter is, in the Sambuta Tantra, it says: "The place is the Utmost Joy Ground, Similarly, the nearby place is the Stainless Ground, The field is the Illuminating, know that, The near field is the Radiating One, Samadhi is definitely Manifest, Near Samadhi is Difficult to Tame, The gathering is Gone Afar, Near the gathering is Immovable, The charnel ground is Excellent Wisdom itself, Near the charnel ground is the Cloud of Dharma, For the grounds of the ten perfections, The barbarian language of the Yogini, Whatever is said such as Pula, Should be contemplated externally and internally." Here, using the barbarian language of the Yogini, the uncommon name is combined with the common name and spoken. That is to say, the first ground, the Utmost Joy Ground, is spoken of in terms of the name of the place, the place is the basis. Because one can directly see the Suchness that has not been seen in the transmissions from beginningless samsara, there is a lot of Utmost Joy here. The self-benefiting qualities of the first ground's samadhi and clairvoyance, etc., are complete, and by relying on the perfection of generosity, the minds of immeasurable beings are satisfied, which is the other-benefiting quality.

Because it is the support for increase, it is a place. The second ground is the near place, and "near" does not refer to the proximity of place or time, but is established as near through the relationship of cause and effect, or mutual benefit and action. The external place and near place are called near because the yoginis who dwell there benefit each other, and it also refers to a location. The internal place is called place and near place because the cause also benefits the effect, and the effect is also referred to as the object of benefit of the cause. Similarly, field and near field, etc., should be understood in the same way. Therefore, relying on the perfection of discipline, the ten virtues are completely purified, and it is the support for freely obtaining samadhi and clairvoyance, etc., so it is a near place. The third ground is the field, just as abundant crops grow from a field, because the perfection of patience reaches its ultimate limit, and relying on stainless samadhi, a great manifestation of Dharma arises, so it is a field. The fourth ground is the near field, because relying on the perfection of diligence, more qualities than before arise. The fifth ground is Chandoha, where Chanda is aspiration or desire, that is, wishing oneself and others to obtain perfect benefit. Uha means that one will do as one wishes, it means to put on armor. Therefore, relying on the perfection of meditation, beings are completely ripened, and one strives and perfects the search for the Buddha's Dharma, so it is Chandoha. The sixth ground is the near Chandoha, because relying on the manifested perfection of wisdom, one strives even more for the qualities mentioned before. The seventh ground is accumulation, because it accumulates, it is accumulation, and it also means to obtain. Therefore, relying on the perfection of skillful means, the qualities of meditation and liberation, etc., are accumulated without characteristics and effortlessly, so it is accumulation. The eighth ground is the near accumulation, because relying on the perfection of aspiration, one effortlessly obtains the pure vessel and essence world. The ninth ground is the charnel ground, called charnel ground because of the meaning of selflessness. That is, relying on the perfection of strength, one realizes for oneself that all dharmas are without self, and teaches it to others.
