The yogi, through the six chakras, causes the burning of tummo by dissolving the central channel's prana, which has previously mixed the left and right life forces, into emptiness in the form of bindu. Regarding this, the tantric commentaries, when explaining the holding, mostly do not elaborate on the classification of the four chakras. In the case of the ten divisions, it is said that it also includes the crown chakra. Therefore, it is necessary to practice holding in the crown chakra as well. Thus, for the five chakras—navel, heart, throat, crown of the head, and crown—there are methods for obtaining what was not previously obtained, and methods for stabilizing and continuously increasing what was previously obtained, making a total of two each. Therefore, it should be understood that the so-called forehead bindu is also a branch of the central channel, a place that curves from the crown to the space between the eyebrows. Regarding the secret vase breathing, although it is not explicitly stated in the tantric commentaries, it is actually present in meaning, and it can eliminate and enhance previous obstacles, so it must be practiced. It is not counted separately because it is incorporated as a component of the crown vase breathing. Fourth, regarding signs and measures: In general, it is similar to the previous methods. In particular, the tantra says, "Until a black line, stainless light, and moving rays are seen in the channel of time." This means that a black line appears in the central channel, and it is greatly enhanced by the burning of tummo and the sound of indestructibility. The measure is the same as life force. Fifth, if divided according to what is to be purified, the aggregates of feeling, etc., the five aggregates and the elements of earth, water, fire, wind, and space, are one set of six. If divided according to the path of holding that purifies, as it is said in "Stainless Light," "The holding of life in the navel chakra, heart chakra, throat chakra, forehead, and crown lotus, through the distinction of going and coming, there are ten types." Therefore, holding has ten distinctions of high and low realization. Sixth, regarding the temporary result, the tantra says, "Demons and afflictions, etc., diminish, and one enters the ten powers, through the power of holding." Like this, it eliminates the suffering of the aggregates such as aging and disease, and because one understands the nature of afflictions, one is able to transform them into the path. One gains slight control over life, and because one is not bound by attachment to desirable qualities, the four demons are slightly subdued, and one is not controlled by afflictions.

Furthermore, through the power of dissolving the ten winds, the extraordinary strength of body, speech, and mind is also accomplished. As the Kalachakra Tantra states: "Without eating, there is no hunger; even eating is digested. The downward-clearing does not leak; bliss increases. The illusory Vajra with a large belly, lightness of body, and non-conceptual bliss." It also says: "Longevity, freedom from illness, and balanced elements." The ultimate result is the manifestation of the six families of deities, such as Ratnasambhava. Fifth, the branch of intensely remembering the empty form is: Through the distinction of the three stages of the senses and the bindus, the bliss-emptiness form of Karma Mudra, Jnana Mudra, and Maha Mudra is the true remembrance. After the preliminary wind training, the Jnana Mudra, the blazing of Tummo, and so on, are the corresponding practices. Moreover, the tantra states: "When Tummo appears, one will surely remember the body and the sky." Also, the later tantra states: "Through remembrance, like a rabbit in the sky, great rays of light will surely flow through one's body." The true remembrance, as stated, does not depend on physical actions or the efforts of the winds. It is the time when the knots of the six chakras are released, one gains control over the blissful winds, and one can freely use the blazing light of Tummo. Therefore, it is sufficient to practice only what is explicitly taught in the tantra. Also, through the distinction of the coarseness and subtlety of the three stages of the senses and the bindus, the practice of the various forms of increasing bliss and emptiness through the remembrance of Karma Mudra, Jnana Mudra, and Maha Mudra is the true remembrance. For beginners, first learn the sitting posture to stabilize the union of Prana and Apana, and its branches, such as holding and reversing the winds. Then, learn the physical exercises of tying and binding. In the main practice, combine the Jnana Mudra, the self-body Mudra, and the other-body Karma Mudra with the empty-form Maha Mudra. As a branch, meditate on the blazing and dripping based on Tummo, which is the corresponding remembrance. Here, the first of the six aspects, such as the name and meaning, is: Anu (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), which is translated as "following," and Smriti (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), which is translated as "remembrance." The sound of Anu has two meanings: inferior and superior. In this context, it means superior. Anu Smriti (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思) means "following remembrance," the meaning of intensely remembering, which is remembering what was previously meditated upon.
