The meaning of the sixteen vowels, the expression of speech, mainly explains the study of superior wisdom. Gathering the Abhidhamma Pitaka into the Lamp of the Heart, the fifty vowels of Ali and Kali, and the four neuter letters, A encompassing all, and the meaning of the fifty-five letters, the focus of the mind, mainly explains the study of superior Samadhi. These are also summarized into the practice of the lower, middle, and upper faculties, like the beginning of the secret words of the holy ones. Later, all the instructions that came to Tibet were also named "Pacifying" because of this. Although there are infinite realizations related to the key points of the practice of the instructions of each lineage of this profound Dharma, in general, if we divide it into the three aspects of ground, path, and result, as it is said in the Lamp of the Yoga Path: "I and all sentient beings, are inherently unborn and luminous, but are deluded by the wind of ignorance, and experience the suffering of Samsara." As it is said, where do the three sufferings come from? They come from karma and afflictions. Now, connecting with the mind or wind of co-emergent ignorance, pacifying it from the root in the great unborn luminosity, is the basis for purifying defilements. The root of suffering—the three poisons—can also be eliminated by superior realization, intermediate meditation, and inferior faith and prayer, thereby enabling infinite beings to attain the three liberations of Shravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, and Bodhisattvas, or the infallible means to attain the three Kayas of the Buddhas, which is the path of purification. Being liberated from the bonds of the two obscurations of affliction and knowledge, and abiding in the equality of Dharmadhatu like the sky, is the result of purification. As it is said in the Secret Lamp of the Heart: "When the nature of mind is workable, the non-conceptual true meaning, is neither two nor not two, non-dual and free from elaboration, liberated from existence and Nirvana, etc." So it is. Secondly, to pacify suffering, the general name became a specific name. Most of the guiding methods that came to Tibet mainly involve first turning disciples from non-virtue to virtue, and then primarily subduing the afflictions in their mindstream. This, however, is for the purpose of immediately pacifying sufferings such as physical disabilities and chronic diseases caused by past karma. Therefore, it thoroughly pacifies all suffering.

It is named based on mantras such as "Pacifying, Increasing, Subjugating, and Destroying." As stated in the 'Lamp for the Path of Conduct': "For the suffering and torment of beings, it teaches the peaceful, cool, and stainless Dharma." In general, all the sacred Dharmas are in accordance with pacifying suffering, but with this special method, it immediately pacifies the suffering of suffering, etc., so the general name becomes a specific name. Its essence is in accordance with the Prajnaparamita mantra, and it is a special instruction that condenses all the key points of the sutras and tantras into one. The third part has three sections: the first transmission, the intermediate transmission, and the later transmission instructions. The first part has two sections: a brief explanation and a detailed explanation. The first is: The first transmission is five instructions symbolized by examples. The first transmission, the Kashmiri tradition, is that the venerable master condensed all the instructions of the fifty-four accomplished men and women into five key points of instruction symbolized by five examples and taught them. The second part has five sections: instructions like space, vajra, lotus, nectar, and wheel, along with the general subsequent activities. The first is: The characteristic transmission is like space: conventional truth, ultimate truth, union, non-abiding. The characteristic, the twelve transmissions of sound and logic, transmitted from Nagarjuna, are gathered into the instruction like space. With the illusion-like samadhi, attachment to external appearances is reversed, and thus the conventional truth is practiced. With the unborn, free-from-elaboration samadhi, attachment to the inner mind is reversed, and thus the ultimate truth is practiced. With the inseparable appearance-emptiness samadhi, awareness is trained, and thus union is practiced. With the samadhi beyond thought and expression, all commitments are abandoned, and thus non-abiding is practiced. The second is: The father tantra is like a vajra, with tumbles, recitations, holding the mind's breath, and clear light. The eleven transmissions of the father tantra's blessing wind, transmitted from Buddha Jnana, are gathered into the instruction like a vajra. The body practices tumbles, the speech practices vajra recitation, and the mind is placed in the unborn, thus holding the breath, and sending it into the stainless clear light. The third is: The mother tantra is like a lotus, with blazing and dripping, and not being defiled by faults in posture, reversing, and scattering. The eleven transmissions of the mother tantra's bliss experience, transmitted from Padmasambhava, are gathered into the instruction like a lotus. The bliss of the lower
