Furthermore, other [tantras] are also famous. In the Gur Tantra, it says: "The bliss of the Dakini, the bliss of the ocean, the bliss of the sky, the rain of gold, and the enjoyment of great joy, the coquetry of great bliss, and the secret delight of the mind, the Vajra Dakini who benefits those tantras, the Vajra Mandala that pleases all Buddhas, the secret treasury and that which arises from Vajra nectar, the wheel, the supreme bliss, the Guru, and all perfections, the tantra of the Yogini is known as the sixth." And so on, there are endless distinctions, and in particular, the extent of the Anuttarayoga Tantra is said to be immeasurable. Second, explaining the places or objects of the tantra, there are two: the five places and the eleven objects. The first is: The five places of the tantra are the sequence, the accomplishment, the samaya, the samadhi, and the union of the tantra. The five places of the tantras are said to be: the sequence of actions with the ten suchnesses of outer and secret as the main, the place of common and supreme accomplishments, the boundaries of protection of samaya and vows, the samadhi of the two sequences, and the union of the tantra for accomplishing actions and accomplishments. The second is: Or, the ground ritual, the sadhana, the offering, the fire offering, the empowerment, the consecration, the implements, the mandala, the characteristics, the tsokhor, the recitation, and the collection of activities are the eleven. The implements are the vajra bell, the hand gestures, the ornaments, and so on. The mandala is the drawing and correcting, the tsokhor is the place and time, the actions of the person, the recitation is for oneself and others, the activities of body and meditation, and so on, should be known. Or, it is also considered that there are eleven places or objects of the tantra: the ground ritual such as examination, request, and purification, the method of sadhana such as self, front, and vase, the distinctions of common and uncommon offerings, the actions of outer, inner, and secret fire offerings, the method of taking disciples and bestowing empowerment, the ritual of establishing the wisdom being in the samaya being, the characteristics of the implements needed by the yogi, the characteristics of the mandala, the tsokhor wheel, the method of performing recitation, and the collection of activities is vast, and it is considered that it is summarized by eleven aspects. From these, regarding the meaning of consecration, Rongzom Pandita said: Giving empowerment to people and consecrating to deities.

Thus, it is said that the two have the same meaning. That is, at the time of empowerment, the object to be purified is the innate body and mind, what is to be purified is the adventitious defilements, and what purifies is the four empowerments with their limbs. Through purification, the wisdom being is infused, just like planting the seeds of the four kayas of the fruit. Similarly, at the time of consecration, the object to be purified is the appearance of matter, what is to be purified is the defilements of the craftsman and the patron, and what purifies is the unerring sequence of rituals. By this, the samaya being is infused and stabilized. The result of purification is the nature of vajra of body, speech, and mind, spontaneously accomplishing the benefit of others. This classification is mainly related to the terminology of the final wheel. Some, such as the Sakyas, classify these into three: what is to be purified, what purifies, and the result of purification. In reality, relative to what is to be purified, what purifies can be established; relative to the base, there is action, so they are considered interdependent and not explained separately. The implements are vajra, bell, khatvanga, cymbals, and other implements, as well as the ornaments of the six mudras, etc. The activities of the mandala are drawing with lines and colors, erecting in the palace, and at the tsokhor, the place, time, agent, person, and action each have differences. The practice is for the two purposes of self-benefit and accomplishment, and for the benefit of others, empowering disciples. In terms of activity practices, there are two types: physical activity practices and meditative activity practices, etc. It should be known that there are many classifications. Second, explaining the essential instructions for the method of explaining the tantras, divided into three: the method of explaining the three lower tantra classes, the method of explaining the unsurpassable, and the tradition of explaining according to the special essential instruction school. First, the method of explaining, the four conducts such as entering the action tantra, the three doors and two perfections of explaining the conduct tantra, the four compilations of yoga, all of which include, the summary of essentials, the combination of words and meanings, debates, etc. The introduction is explained by classifying the preceding and following. If the tantras of words do not have the essential instructions for the method of explaining, then the profound and vast places will be confusing and incomprehensible, so the essential instructions for explaining also come from the three lower tantra classes. First is the action tantra, as explained in the commentary on the Good Arm Tantra, the action tantras are to be explained by the four conducts of entering, combining, practicing, and accomplishing.
