Nga. The wisdom body, which is the ultimate union, is differentiated by being one in essence but different in aspects. Secondly, the illusory body arises from the state of clear light, like a fish emerging from water, in accordance with reality and subsequent events. The method of meditating on union is to gradually gather all phenomena and beings, and from the state of clear light induced by the four emptinesses, the illusory body arises. That is, from the state of clear light, the order of self-initiation arises from mere wind and mind, like a fish emerging from water. Among the five stages, it says: "That very light with its own nature, Possessing the nature of consciousness and wind in union, The order of self-initiation also, Changes many times for the benefit of sentient beings." "Just as from a clear river, Fish quickly leap out, Likewise, from the emptiness of all things, The net of illusion is said to arise." This is the wisdom of all emptinesses gradually dissolving into one clear light, arising in conjunction with the subtle wind element that is its mount. Like a shadow, it is inseparable, and the indestructible vajra body, which is the essence of the Great Vajradhara, is taught in the Compendium of Practices. Now, if you ask, what is the difference between arising and entering into the illusory body of mere wind and mind from the emptiness in which the wind has dissolved, and this? The difference is very great. Arising into the body of mere wind and mind from the emptiness in which the wind has dissolved is merely an illusory body, and abiding equally in the clear light, which is the collection of the outer and inner contents of the illusory body, is also merely clear light, so the two are alternating. Here, arising as an illusory body from the state of clear light requires that the mind remain in the essence of clear light and the body appear as an illusory body simultaneously. Regarding this, some lamas consider arising as an illusory body from the clear light of meaning to be actual union, and arising as an illusory body from the clear light of example to be subsequent union. In general, the stages of meditation in the Secret Mantra Vajrayana, which primarily rely on the tantras, are a general explanation, which is the commentary on the third chapter. Chapter Four: The Establishment of Secret Mantra Vajrayana.
