Etc., all are like an illusory person. One pervades everywhere like the moon in water. Not established as substantial like an optical illusion. Moving in an instant like a mirage. Made only of mind like a dream. Born from causes and conditions like an echo. Appearing but uncertain like a city of gandharvas. One appearing as many like clouds or magic. Clear and unobstructed like a rainbow. Impermanent and swift like lightning. Rising in an instant like a water bubble. Appearing but without inherent existence like a reflection in a mirror. The third is: Born from distinction. The clear light of the four emptinesses, wind and mind arise as the body of a deity. It is the essence of the hidden meaning, represented by rainbow, image, and moon in water. By meditating on the common meaning, one experiences it, and by generating uncommon and special realizations in the continuum, one combines it with the hidden meaning. That is, by the wind dissolving into the central channel, three or four emptinesses are drawn forth. At the end of its proximate cause or clear light, merely from wind and mind, in an instant, arising as the body of a deity is called the illusory body of hidden meaning, which is the essence of the illusory body. In the Five Stages, it says: "It is perfectly united with wind, the three consciousnesses again, arise in the body of the yogi, that is called the illusory body." And, in the Union of the Five Stages, it says: "The illusory body that arises merely from wind and mind, is endowed with appearance." Regarding this, some lamas believe that the wind dissolving into the heart, from the special emptiness, merely from wind and mind arising as a deity, is the actual illusory body; and that the wind dissolving naturally, merely from emptiness, merely from wind and mind arising as a deity, is the conforming illusory body. The way to represent this illusory body with the twelve similes of illusion is the same as before. Nagarjuna said: "By the image in a mirror, one should know the illusory body. Colors are like a rainbow, pervasive like the moon in water." Meaning, the instantaneous completion of form is like an image in a mirror, colors clear and unmixed like a rainbow, one pervading everywhere like the moon in water, these three similes are used to represent it. The fourth is: Combining the learned union with illusion, ultimately accomplishing the completely pure illusory deity body. When the practice of the illusory body of hidden meaning reaches its culmination, the channels, winds, and bindus

Having connected through the causal method of the rainbow body illusory body of the dual union of learning through immaculate purification, the primordial wisdom of co-emergence purifies karmic obscurations from the root, and ultimately the pure illusory deity body, the complete enjoyment body, becomes the non-learning dual union fruit, which is the ultimate illusory body. In this context of the hidden meaning illusory body, there are many different explanations by scholars, and it seems to be the unique lifeblood of Anuttarayoga Tantra. According to the view of the father and son of Akshobhya, in general, in the supreme central channel, the basis of co-emergent bliss, the extremely subtle, uncontaminated body's causal essence, has existed from the beginning, and that itself is the means to accomplish the illusory body. To accomplish that, it is necessary to have previously experienced the four joys arising from the absorption of the winds into the dhuti channel. In particular, it is necessary to gradually gather such wind-mind into the heart, cultivate the three emptinesses, and ultimately accomplish the wind-mind as an illusory body. How to accomplish it? After having previously cultivated the three solitudes, the outer mudra is the condition, and the inner mind's solitude wisdom is fully generated, entering into accordance with the method, and then entering into accordance with the reverse method, from the essence of the wind-mind, one actually accomplishes the Vajrasattva body adorned with marks and signs. There are many names for this, such as self-blessing and conventional truth. As it is said in the Five Stages: "Self-blessing is explained as that. By the characteristic of being shown as illusion, this is definitely symbolized. Conventional truth is illusion itself. The enjoyment body is also that. That itself becomes a gandharva being. The vajra body is also that. Vajrasattva is of great self-nature." Like that. The gandharva being mentioned here refers to the intermediate state body and the wind-mind being indistinguishable. In short, in the state of samsara, although the coarse body of maturation is repeatedly abandoned, the essence body of the wind-mind indistinguishable, which is the basis for the practice of the illusory body, continues uninterrupted from beginningless samsara until enlightenment, and is therefore also called the innate body. At the time of death, after the four emptinesses, the intermediate state mind-body is accomplished.
