The components of a moment of bliss exist. These limbs, as the former ones are completed and the latter ones arise, initially reside in a sequential stage of arising. Among them, the meaning of the initial term 'withdrawal' is: From the sound of the Sanskrit term (བྲ་ཏྱཱ་ཧ་ར,Pratyāhāra,withdrawal), it means severing the connection between the ordinary five senses and the five objects, and withdrawing consciousness into the objects; the five senses of the nature of wisdom enjoy the five objects of the nature of luminosity, which is the meaning of enjoying and accepting. In short, it means withdrawing the mind from ordinary appearances and entering into the appearances of wisdom. Its essence is a power that possesses non-discrimination and non-movement, and gathers the winds into the central channel. The two yogas of day and night are: the outer world has formation and destruction; sentient beings have birth and death; the year has two movements; the month has waxing and waning; the day has day and night; the channels have left and right; the seasons and the movement of winds also have equality and inequality, etc. Through purification by means of skillful wisdom, the two yogas of day and night are necessary. The object is the four signs such as smoke seen by the senses, and the six signs of the yoga of daytime such as blazing, which are the main ten definite signs. The basis for purifying all defilements with the sixth limb is the Dharmata Tathagatagarbha alone, so there is no difference. If we differentiate by what is to be purified, there are generally thirty-six aggregates and elements. Among them, the object to be purified in the share of individual withdrawal is the aggregates of wisdom, etc., which is the single group of six wisdom elements. The result of its stage is the accomplishment of truthful speech and mantra results, and the ultimate result is Vajrasattva, etc., which is the arising of the infinite mandala of the single group of six deity wisdom elements. Second, the meaning of the name of meditation. Dhyana (དྷྱཱ་ན,dhyāna) means that the mind does not waver from the object of focus. Just as when a door is well bolted, the door leaf does not shake and one has freedom to open and close the door, it means to have power over the object of focus. Its essence is: single-pointed concentration on the appearance of light, which is a samadhi possessing five branches of wisdom, investigation, joy, and bliss, and possessing five qualities such as various subtle images.

第四是执持:Dharaṇa(藏文:དྷཱ་ར་ཎ་,梵文天城体:धारणा,梵文罗马拟音:dhāraṇa,汉语字面意思:执持)是指执持,因为能应用于所执持和能执持两者,所以有多种翻译,但这里是指执持风使其不来不去的意思。

Purification antidote: such as the aggregate of consciousness, the aggregates and realms, the six elements of the sky element are one group, the temporary result is the five kinds of direct perception such as the eye. The ultimate result is Akshobhya Buddha and others, the six elements of the deity sky element become manifest as one group. Third is Prāṇāyāma: From the sound of "Prāṇāyāma" (Tibetan: པྲ་ཎཱ་ཡ་མ་, Devanagari: प्राणायाम, Romanized Sanskrit: prāṇāyāma, literal Chinese meaning: life exertion), it is called Prāṇāyāma or life restraint. Among them, life is the name of wind, and restraint or exertion means to make it enter. The place where Prāṇāyāma is performed is: generally speaking, all the channels, winds, and bindus of the Vajra body are included, and the main ones are the three channels of Ro, Rkyang, and Uma below the navel. Below the navel are the three channels of excretion, urine, and semen, which are the six channels, and the winds are the life wind and the downward-clearing wind. The necessity of meditation is: one aspect of the accumulation of causes for unchanging bliss is the great seal of emptiness and form, so it has been practiced since the time of contemplation. The other aspect is to gain victory over the wind, and being bound to the Avadhūti, the Vajra body becomes completely pure and immortality is attained, and one gains mastery over the bindu. Its essence is that the winds of Ro and Rkyang are blocked in the central channel, and the wind flowing in the channels of excretion and urine below is also blocked in the tubular channel. Similarly, the life wind flowing in the central channel and the downward-clearing wind flowing in the tubular channel are also gathered into one Samadhi. Purification antidote: compositional factors, etc., the aggregates and realms, the six elements of the wind element are one group. The temporary result is the benefit of stopping the inferior wind flowing in the Ro and Rkyang channels, which is prophesied and blessed by the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, enjoying the desirable qualities of the six objects such as form that have been transformed into the appearance of wisdom, giving rise to the direct perception of the six senses, and being able to subdue humans and non-humans. The ultimate result is: obtaining the six elements of the deity wind element such as Don Yö Döpa as one group. Fourth is Holding: Dhāraṇa (Tibetan: དྷཱ་ར་ཎ་, Devanagari: धारणा, Romanized Sanskrit: dhāraṇa, literal Chinese meaning: holding) refers to holding, because it can be applied to both what is held and what can hold, so there are various translations, but here it refers to holding the wind so that it does not come and go. The place where holding is performed is: the wind of bliss, that is, the wind mixed with the indestructible bindu. Second, the necessity of meditation is: to firmly bind the Bodhicitta so that it does not
