Non-existent. Not only does it not withstand rational examination, but from a rational perspective, there is not even a moment of establishment. Therefore, because deceptive phenomena pervade falsity, it is asserted that there is no common ground between conditioned phenomena and what is truly established. If thoroughly examined, even Nirvana and phenomena superior to it are not inherently established. What is not deceptive upon slight examination, is: Nirvana alone is truth, The Dharma spoken by all Buddhas. Accordingly, it is asserted that only Nirvana is (real). The root of cyclic existence is grasping at true existence. This, and all afflictions such as attachment generated by it, along with their retinue, are merely defilement obscurations, and not: What discriminative thoughts of the three spheres are, That is asserted as the obscuration to omniscience. Thus it is said. Thus, 'the obscuration to omniscience is a hundred-plus types of grasping at apprehended and apprehending,' etc., therefore, they absolutely do not assert a common ground between grasping at true existence and the obscuration to omniscience, because: As long as there is grasping at aggregates, And so forth. Because grasping at true existence is definitively the root of cyclic existence. Thus they assert. By this, it is also established that Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas must necessarily realize the selflessness of phenomena. There are not multiple (assertions) such as sixteen, fifteen, twelve, or four moments for the path of seeing of the three vehicles, because: From the 'Madhyamakavatara': 'This wisdom perceiving reality is also not different.' Thus, they assert that the three vehicles' view of reality is one and the same, and: The Buddha's Rupakaya and inconceivable, inexpressible activities are not merely without conceptualization, just like a wish-fulfilling jewel (276a) and a stupa of offerings manifested in the sky. It does not even require the generation of a thought, but is merely the manifestation of his (the Buddha's) other-appearance (as seen by sentient beings), due to former aspirations and the positive karma of those to be tamed, because: Regarding the Buddha's own nature, Aryadeva says: 'When the sleep of ignorance and delusion awakens, These cyclic existences are not perceived.' Thus, because all knowledge and appearances of knowables cease, they assert that the Buddha is merely an 'other-appearance' (as seen by sentient beings). Later Tibetan (scholars) state that in this system, there are four negating tenets and four asserting tenets, making a total of eight uncommon great tenets, explained as follows: The first is: even conventionally, not asserting establishment by self-characteristics; even conventionally, not asserting independent inference.

In conventional truth, one does not acknowledge self-awareness, nor does one acknowledge the alaya-consciousness. Secondly, the four (points) are: acknowledging external objects, the pervasive nature of defilements on the apprehension of truth, acknowledging cessation as a real entity, and the realization of the non-self of phenomena by noble Sravakas and Pratyekabuddhas. Regarding this, the father and son of Gser-mdog Panchen (Gser-mdog Pan-chen yab-sras) stated that, apart from the mere name 'noble Sravakas and Pratyekabuddhas realize the non-self of phenomena,' the other seven (points) constitute a philosophical tenet that the Madhyamaka Prasangika school would not even dream of. The Eighth (Jey Tsongkhapa) also mostly held a similar view. M2 Secondly, explaining the system of other-emptiness (Gzhan-stong) Madhyamaka consists of three parts: Z1 General presentation of the tradition; Z2 Detailed explanation of the tenets; Z3 Concluding essential advice. Z1 The first (part): The intent of Maitreya was elucidated by the Asanga brothers. Though the essence of the two views, those of Yogacara and Paramartha Viniscaya, Are not different, the three vehicles and so forth are the initial system of Maitreya's teachings. The ultimate one vehicle, the ground of ignorance's latent tendencies, The endless continuum born from karma, is the ultimate master's intention. The common and uncommon ways of ultimate reality, cutting off elaborations. The philosophical tenet expounded by the Venerable Maitreya's (Maitreya) dharma lineage, the Asanga brothers, was widely explained by many excellent disciples such as Dignaga and Dharmakirti in general. The uncommon philosophical tenet persisted through an ear-to-ear transmission among the supreme disciples. In Tibet, it was transmitted through the two translators Gzu and Btsan. Great adepts such as Yu-mo initially established the literary tradition. In the works of the Victorious Rang-byung rdo-rje, the Omniscient Dri-med 'od-zer, etc., this uncommon vital point of view was made exceptionally clear. They also explicitly affirmed it as the ultimate definitive meaning. In particular, the one who proclaimed the lion's roar of 'other-emptiness Madhyamaka' was the Dharma Lord, the Omniscient Dol-po-pa Chen-po. Subsequently, Gser-mdog Panchen and the Venerable Drol-ba'i mgon-po (Rje-btsun sgrol-ba'i mgon-po) also appear to have established the great chariot tradition that made the uncommon crucial points of this philosophical system exceedingly clear.
