\t\t\t乙

The close engagement with the objects of desired qualities (which are not sentient beings themselves) by gods, humans, and so forth. \t\t\tThe category of Dharma refers to the cause of the three higher realms (manifest elevation) and the three enlightenments of definite goodness (liberation), which are limitless virtuous Dharmas. \t\t\tThe category of Liberation refers to the enlightenment of the three vehicles, which is the reversal from suffering along with its causes. \t\t\tThe first two, considered in the context of cyclic existence, are for those who seek desirable things to accumulate the causes for wealth; the latter two, considered in the context of nirvana (153b), are for those who seek liberation to strive in accomplishing Dharma, hence they exist in the manner of two sets of cause and effect. \t\t\tFrom within such (categories), all varieties of knowable things, however many there are, are gathered as mental constructs. \t\t\tThe Omniscient Drimé Özer (Kunkhyen Drimé Özer) said: \t\t\tThe six realms of transmigratory beings and the four modes of birth, \t\t\tThe four, the six, the ten times, and seventeen entities, \t\t\tThe fourteen implements and eight subsequent conducts, \t\t\tThe ten worldly conducts and three kinds of speech, \t\t\tThe twenty-two wrong compositions, and similarly the types of sentient beings, \t\t\tThe sixty-three, the eight times, and four engagements, \t\t\tThe six livelihoods and six perfect protections, \t\t\tThe seven prides and seven kinds of arrogance, \t\t\tThe four conventional truths and the basis of many conventional expressions, \t\t\tThe six wise ones and nine entities of the teachings, \t\t\tThe eight entities of the retinue and so forth, are renowned. Thus spoke these and so forth. \t\t\tT4: The fourth, the explanation of the science of healing, has two parts: 1. Identifying what is to be explained in relation to its purpose. 2. Explaining the actual method of the science of healing. \t\t\tTh1: The first is: \t\t\tThe essence of all sciences that heal body and life, \t\t\tThe body of the glorious great tantra, the Essence of Nectar. \t\t\tAlthough there are countless treatises that expound the science of healing the body (support) and life (supported), which are afflicted and not in their natural state, the essence of all of them is the glorious great tantra called "Essence of Nectar, the Eight Branches, Secret Oral Instructions." This (tantra) is easy to understand, profound in meaning, completely expounds the meaning of the eight branches, and is greatly beneficial to all, high and low. Among the Kangyur and Tengyur texts translated into Tibetan, this (text) is wondrous and extraordinary. If one merely understands the general presentation of its body (structure), one will easily perceive the meaning of all medical treatments; therefore, a brief explanation will be given. \t\t\tTh
