There are very many types such as verbs. In Sanskrit, there are two types of nominal cases/declensions: Tin (verbal conjugations) and Sub (nominal declensions), whereas in Tibetan there is only one, the situation of which is as mentioned above. \t\t\t2. [Nature of Nouns]: \t\t\tThe nature of nouns involves three pure and mixed genders; \t\t\tPervading, proximate, universal, and indeterminate, totaling six. \t\t\tThe 'nature' that is indirectly established based on the application object of Subanta declensions, that is, the nature of nouns is: Generally, it refers to masculine, feminine, and neuter, meaning the word ending abides in any of the three genders. By its internal subdivision, it also becomes six genders: Among these, for example, (བྲྀཀྵཿ, वृक्षः, bṛkṣaḥ, tree) is masculine. For example, (ཁ་ཊྭཱ།, खट्वा, khaṭvā, bed) is feminine. For example, (ཀུཎྜཾ་, कुण्डं, kuṇḍaṃ, fire-pit) is neuter. When the characteristics of other genders are not applied to their respective gender endings, that is the pure gender. For example, (པུ་རུ་ཥཿ, पुरुषः, puruṣaḥ, man) and (པུ་རུ་ཥི།, पुरुषी, puruṣī, woman), words expressing masculine and feminine, to which the rules of both masculine and feminine genders apply. For example, (གྷྲྀ་ཏཿ, घृतः, ghṛtaḥ, ghee) and (གྷྲྀ་ཏཾ།, घृतं, ghṛtaṃ, ghee), to which the rules of both masculine and neuter genders apply. Those with mixed rules of two genders are the mixed gender. For example, (པཱ་ཏྲཿ, पात्रः, pātraḥ, alms-bowl), (པ་ཏྲཱི།, पत्री, patrī, leaf), (པ་ཏྲཾ།, पत्रं, patraṃ, alms-bowl/leaf), where a single word can apply to all three genders, that is the pervading gender. That which distinguishes characteristics from the substratum of distinguishing features such as color and quality, for example, (ཤུཀླཿ, शुक्लः, śuklaḥ, white), (ཤུཀླཱ།, शुक्ला, śuklā, white), (ཤུཀླཾ།, शुक्लं, śuklaṃ, white), such as (པ་ཊུཿ, पटुः, paṭuḥ, clever), (པ་ཊཱིཿ, पट्वी, paṭvī, clever), (པ་ཊུ།, पटु, paṭu, clever) are the proximate gender. \t\t\tFrom 'Wish-Fulfilling' (འདོད་འཇོ་): \t\t\t“City, minister, etc., and gender; \t\t\tNature (བྷ་ག་པྲ་ཀྲྀ་ཏིཿ, भग प्रकृतिः, bhaga prakṛtiḥ, fortunate nature), \t\t\tSattva, Rajas, and Tamas (three qualities), \t\t\tAlso refers to the state of equilibrium.” \t\t\t—Thus said Byāḍi (བྱཱ་ཌི). \t\t\t“The path of cyclic existence and the joy's \t\t\tOpening (པྲ་ཀྲྀ་ཏིཿ, प्रकृतिः, prakṛtiḥ, nature/origin).” \t\t\t—Also from 'Remainder of the Three Sections' it says '(112 verso)', therefore the single word 'Prakṛti' applies to so many of those meanings. In composition, where that word applies, it must be judged based on the certainty of its gender: If established as the gender of (པྲ་ཀྲྀ་ཏིཿ, प्रकृतिः, prakṛtiḥ, nature), it applies to nature, townsmen (i.e., wine sellers, potters, etc.); if established as the feminine gender of (པྲ་ཀྲྀ་ཏཱི།, प्रकृतिी, prakṛtī, origin/birthplace), one must know that it applies to birthplaces etc., that is the universally applying gender. For example, (ཨུཙྪཻཿ, उच्चैः, uccaiḥ, loudly/high), for many word forms arising from the inexhaustible category (indeclinables), all declensions will be destroyed...

Due to transformation, there is no distinction of form, etc., leading to indistinct signs; thus, there are six types of nominal natures. 2. Second, [Suffixes]: Suffixes are those that make the root itself a root (like (san/nal, सन्/नल्, san/nal, literal meaning in Chinese: derivative root suffixes) etc.); From roots, they form verbs, which are the case endings of (tiṅ, तिङ्, tiṅ, literal meaning in Chinese: verb endings); From roots, they form nouns; (kṛt, कृत्, kṛt, literal meaning in Chinese: primary nominal suffixes) and so forth are all related to roots; When (kyac, क्यच्, kyac, literal meaning in Chinese: secondary nominal suffix) etc. are added to nouns, the noun itself becomes the root; When feminine suffixes are added, they make gender itself a gender; By adding “beneficial” (suffix), the noun itself becomes a noun, etc.; By adding (sup, सुप्, sup, literal meaning in Chinese: nominal case suffixes), nouns are made into verbs. Suffixes that form words expressing meaning from roots, although extremely numerous, can be condensed into seven types: suffixes that make the root itself a root again, and at its end other suffixes are added, such as (san/nal, सन्/नल्, san/nal, literal meaning in Chinese: derivative root suffixes) and so forth; from roots, they form verbs, which are the eighteen (tiṅ, तिङ्, तिङ्, literal meaning in Chinese: verb endings) suffixes mentioned in the Kālāpa (grammar), and the one hundred and eighty suffixes called (ti, ति, ti, literal meaning in Chinese: verbal suffixes ti) etc., which express the agent, action, and object; from roots, they form nouns, which are the (kṛt, कृत्, kṛt, literal meaning in Chinese: primary nominal suffixes) mentioned in the first chapter, two-thirds of a pāda, of the Candra (grammar), and those extensively explained in the fifth chapter of the Kālāpa (grammar) are exclusively related to roots; at the end of nouns, (kyac, क्यच्, kyac, literal meaning in Chinese: secondary nominal suffix) etc., and (kāmyac, काम्यच्, kāmyac, literal meaning in Chinese: desiderative suffix) and (ṇic, णिच्, ṇic, literal meaning in Chinese: causative suffix) etc., are suffixes that make the noun itself a root; at the end of nouns (112b), adding feminine suffixes like (ḍīṣ, ङीष्, ḍīṣ, literal meaning in Chinese: feminine suffix ḍīṣ), (ḍāp, डाप्, ḍāp, literal meaning in Chinese: feminine suffix ḍāp), (cāp, चाप्, cāp, literal meaning in Chinese: feminine suffix cāp) etc., are suffixes that make gender itself a gender; as extensively explained in approximately nine pādas of the Candra (grammar), primarily attached to nouns and sometimes also to the end of verbs, thereby benefiting the word to which it is attached, this is known as “beneficial” (taddhita) (suffix), which makes the noun itself a noun, and (within the scope of “etc.”) there are some that, though not actually verbal suffixes, act similarly; at the end of the three genders, by adding the twenty-one (sup, सुप्, sup, literal meaning in Chinese: nominal case suffixes) (7 cases x 3 numbers) to express meanings related to the six kārakas (agents) etc., these are the ones that form verbs from nouns. Words of class, quality, action, and essence; The four, or alternatively, can be subsumed under agent, substance, and action. The numerous words formed from roots by means of suffixes, also briefly...
