Also, all these: precious emerald, lapis lazuli, crystal, ruby, the nature of garnet, space, wind, fire, earth, water, and the all-pervading wisdom realm – these six coarse realms are assembled. From the opening's fissure, the five vajra horns: The outer layers are long, coiling and hanging. The width of the summit of Mount Meru is fifty thousand yojanas, and the width of its root where it meets the center of the earth is sixteen thousand yojanas. Like an inverted white bowl, from the edge of the upper fissure, five horns, both outer and inner, hang down like attached streamers, coiling in all directions. From the innermost, the outer horns gradually lengthen, and the outermost horn is level with the peak of the snowy mountain. Therefore, although the inner continents to be described do not receive sunlight or moonlight, the people dwelling there subsist by their own light. The glorious Pal Tsuglag Trengwa said that among the five horns of Mount Meru, the central one is in the form of the tree of life (or axis of life), and the other four, hanging downwards, are in the form of a five-pronged vajra. Although there appear to be many different opinions on how to measure the world, here it is explained according to the widely known accounts. At the base, surrounding the vajra platform (or vajra mandala). The outer edge of the base of Mount Meru is encircled by a vajra platform (or vajra mandala) with a circumference of one thousand yojanas. From there to the end of Mount Meru's edge, within a section of sixteen thousand yojanas, continents, oceans, and mountains exist alternately. J3 Third part [General explanation of mountains and continents] is: Moon Continent, White Continent, Supremely Excellent Continent, Kusha Continent, Kinnara Continent and Krauncha Continent, these six continents. Between them, oceans of honey, butter, yogurt, milk, Water, and wine surround. At the sea's edge, Blue Light (Aoda qing) Mountain, Mandara Mountain, Night Mountain, Jewel Light Mountain, Gre'o Mountain, encircled by Snowy Mountains. Outside Mount Meru, lying beneath the five horns, from innermost to outermost successively, there are six continents named: Moon, White, Supremely Excellent, Kusha, Kinnara, and Krauncha. Between these continents, from innermost successively, they are surrounded by oceans of honey, butter, yogurt, milk, water, and wine. At the end of each of these, they are surrounded by the Binding Mountain, Blue Light (Aoda qing), Mandara, Night, Jewel Light, Bre'o, and Snowy Mountain; these six mountains. The respective measurements of the continents, mountains, and oceans are, equally, eight hundred eighty-eight yojanas.

Three yojanas, one thousand one hundred eleven bows, ten fingers, five barleys, and one-third of a barley. These are lands of enjoyment, from the cool mountain (Mount Meru). Reaching the end of the salty ocean, the seventh continent. It is said to be the great Jambudvipa, the land of karma. The seventh mountain is the Vajra Perimeter (Chakravāla), Surrounded by the remnant fire and wind of the mandala. Beyond that is emptiness, devoid of qualities. Thus, from Mount Meru upwards, it is called the land of enjoyment. The land from the outer boundary of Mount Meru to the salty ocean is renowned as the seventh continent, the great Jambudvipa, the land of karma. Its width is twenty-five thousand yojanas. It is evenly divided into twelve sections in all directions, making it perfectly round. At its edge, it is surrounded by the salty ocean, which spans half a million yojanas, and beyond that is the great seventh mountain, the Vajra Perimeter (Chakravāla). It is surrounded by the remnants of the fire mandala, named the Horse-Headed Fire, and beyond that, by the remnants of the wind mandala. The extent of both (fire and wind) is also equal, half a million yojanas each. The four mandalas of wind, fire, water, and earth, one contained within the other, with their respective perimeters rising upwards. From above, the boundaries of all are level. Thus, from the summit of existence (Akaniṣṭha heaven) down to the wind mandala, the water and width are concealed within, and beyond that, there is only emptiness, devoid of the qualities of dust, darkness, or vigor. Section D4: [Explanation of the Twelve Divisions of the Land of Karma] The land of karma's twelve divisions, in the center of the four directions. Of wind, fire, water, earth nature, crescent-shaped, Triangular, circular, square great continents, Surrounded by minor continents, existing in lotus petal forms. On the seventh continent, the great Jambudvipa, the land of karma, which is divided into twelve sections, each section is surrounded by great rivers connected to the ocean. In the center of the four directions, to the east is the crescent-shaped continent of wind nature. To the south is the triangular continent of fire nature. To the north is the circular continent of water nature. To the west is the square continent of earth nature, and their sizes are, respectively, seven thousand yojanas, eight thousand yojanas, nine thousand yojanas, and ten thousand yojanas. Each great continent is surrounded by two minor continents, appearing like round lotus petals.
