Capable of destroying all enemies but not harming others, this is the seventh; or, the Jewel Householder (Jewel Manager) is able to obey the king's commands and fill the treasury with wealth, this is the seventh. Here, the wise say: The Golden Wheel-King has no general, because there is no need for battle formation. The treasurer (Householder Jewel) is one of the seven jewels, while the other three (such as elephant jewel, horse jewel, minister jewel) require battle formations, so the general (elephant jewel, horse jewel, general jewel) is also counted among the seven jewels. The seven proximate jewels are: 1. Jewel Sword: Whoever acts against the king, merely by going there, all will submit. 2. Jewel Hide: This hide is ten yojanas long and five yojanas wide. It is not dampened by rain and not moved by wind. When it is cold, it makes one warm; when it is hot, it makes one cool. Wherever one goes, it provides the functions of a home with attendants. It is said that a merchant offered it, and it originated from the hide of a Naga from the ocean (page 25). 3. Jewel House: Twelve yojanas long and seven yojanas wide. Warm when cold, cool when hot. Goddesses come to play music. Even if one desires to see the moon, constellations, jewels, etc., it can be realized. 4. Jewel Garment: Soft and undefiled, it is unharmed by cold, heat, hunger, thirst, fatigue, fire, and weapons. 5. Jewel Garden: When the king visits, divine sons, divine daughters, and birds come to enjoy sensual pleasures. 6. Jewel Bedding: When meditating, it leads to liberation and clear wisdom, and removes all afflictions. 7. Jewel Shoes: When worn, one does not sink in water and can travel a hundred yojanas in an instant without fatigue. 8. Furthermore, there will also appear a thousand sons (Jewel Sons) who have abandoned the ten non-virtuous actions, and a bow and arrow (Jewel Bow and Arrow) that subdue enemies. The seven kinds of jewels, in the commentary on the 'Prajnaparamita in Eight Thousand Verses,' state: (Tibetan: མུ་ས་གརྦྷ་བཻ་ཌཱུཪྱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: मुसागर्भ वैडूर्य, Sanskrit Romanization: Musāgarbha Vaiḍūrya, Chinese literal meaning: Musāgarbha Vaiḍūrya, a type of gemstone like emerald/sapphire, and lapis lazuli/cat's eye), Silver, gold, and crystal, Including red pearls, and all precious stones, For the sake of sustaining all beings, these are the seven jewels. As it is said. Furthermore, in the Sutra Requested by Akasagarbha, it is stated that there also exist Chakravartin kings who rule over this entire three-thousand-fold great thousand world system. In the Sutra on the Discrimination of Dharma and Meaning, it is also said: In the world system called 'Flower Origin,' there is a human ruler, a Chakravartin king, who governs the great three-thousand-fold world system...

Thus it is said that one who attains mastery and victory arises. Fourth, regarding other distinctions such as food: Food, hunger, thirst, clothing color, day, night, and so forth; The lower beings do not see the distinctions of the higher. When these beings abide, in the human continent (Jambudvipa) there are many kinds of food; in the Northern Continent (Uttarakuru) they subsist solely on uncultivated grains; the desire realm gods (25b) subsist on amrita (nectar); and the form realm beings subsist on the food of meditative absorption, and so forth, these are the distinctions of food. In the desire realm there is hunger and thirst, but not in the two higher realms (form and formless realms); in the human continent (Jambudvipa) there are clothes of various colors, in the Northern Continent (Uttarakuru) only white; in the six desire realm heavens there are white, yellow, blue, and red; in the form realm, white. The clothes in the human continent (Jambudvipa), such as silk, cotton, and wool, are heavy, while in the Northern Continent (Uttarakuru) and among the desire realm gods, they are thin, soft, and light, made from the bark of the wish-fulfilling tree. The clothes of the Northern Continent (Uttarakuru) weigh one srang (ounce), and there are distinctions in clothing from Akaniṣṭha (highest of form heavens) to other realms (without heavy clothes). In the four continents (Caturdvipa), day and night are distinguished by the light of the sun and moon; from the Yugandhara mountains upwards, because they rely on their own light, there is no distinction of light and darkness, thus day and night must be understood from the opening and closing of flowers, etc. In the three types of birth (womb, egg, moisture), there is a corpse at the time of death, but not for miraculous births; in the human continent (Jambudvipa) there are large and small rains, good and bad harvests, manifest attachments, and so forth, but in the Northern Continent (Uttarakuru) and among the gods, these are absent, and so forth, these are the many diverse distinguishing characteristics. Except for those who have attained miraculous powers or are led by the gods of the higher realms, the lower beings cannot go to or see the places of the higher realms. The higher beings, however, are the opposite: when the form realm gods, such as those of the Brahma's Retinue (Brahmapāriṣadya), come to Jambudvipa, their bodies do not move from their abode; instead, they come by means of a miraculously created form previously attained, which is congruent with their mind. As for the Parinirmita-vaśavartin (gods) and below, because they are congruent with the desire realm, they come with their own bodies. Third, explaining the destruction and emptiness (of worlds) has two parts: first, the main explanation, and second, the incidental explanation. First, the main explanation has two parts: first, explaining the beings (sentient beings), and second, explaining the vessel world (cosmos). First, explaining the beings: When destruction occurs, beginning from hell, the lower realms become empty. Gods and humans (26a) attain meditative absorption and are born in the form realm. When the lower transmigrate to the higher, and the beings become empty,
