Distilled into essence by the renowned. Concerning the Anuttarayoga Tantra collections, they were initially compiled by the supplicant of the tantra and the one to whom the tantra was entrusted. For example, the root tantra of Kalachakra was compiled by King Chandrabhadra, and there are many such cases. In the Glorious Guhyasamaja Accomplishment Tantra, it states: “The compiler of this, Is not another, But only I myself declare it.” As it is said. From what is said, such as that the teacher of the tantra (page 111) also compiled it. Specifically, some Mother Tantras, such as those of Vajravarahi and other Yoginis, were established in Vajra places in the form of questions and answers, as described in the Dakini Ocean. The root tantra of Hevajra, the second chapter, was compiled and commented upon by Vajragarbha, the lord of the ten bhumis. The Kalachakra root tantra, consisting of twelve thousand verses, was compiled by King Chandrabhadra, who also composed the sixty thousand verse great commentary. The abridged tantra, on the other hand, was compiled by Jampal Drakpa (Manjushri Glorious), an emanation of the noble Manjushri and a holder of the Vajra family, by extracting the essence from the root tantra and composing it into five chapters in a metrical arrangement, and so on, which are countless. All are emanations of the Lord of Secrets, The compiler is one, and the great secret teachings, Enduring and unique, the Mother Tantras have never vanished. Because those teachers are merely the actual Lord of Secrets or his emanations appearing under other names. Therefore, all compilers are singularly the Lord of Secrets himself. Taking Father Tantras as an example, in the Guhyasamaja, it is said that the tantra was entrusted to Vajradharma. Vajradharma entrusted the tantra to Vajrapani and bestowed empowerments under names such as Chandrabhadra. And it is stated that he was also the compiler. It is said that most Mother Tantras were compiled by the Lord of Secrets himself. Because Indrabhuti, Vajragarbha, Chandrabhadra, and others are also definitely only emanations of the Lord of Secrets. Thus, the teachings of the Great Secret Mantra, even if they vanish in one place, will appear in another. Even if not widely known, they will appear before fortunate individuals, thus enduring for a long time.

Tree. Especially the Tantras of the Yogini (or Dakini) are said to remain imperishable forever. (111b) From the Ocean of Dakinis: The Prajna (wisdom) Tantra is self-arisen, Its inherent nature eternally abides. Among the factors conducive to enlightenment, It follows the imperishable state. Even at the time of kalpa-fire's burning, It departs elsewhere and truly remains. Thus it is said. Chapter 2: The Second Council (or Second Dharma Compilation): One hundred and ten years after the Teacher (Buddha) passed away, To refute the ten unlawful grounds, Seven hundred Arhats, led by Yasas (or glorious one), Assembled in the monastery of Kusumapura. The seven hundred (Arhats) compiled the section called "Vimukta Prajñapti" (or "Perfect Exposition"). This means that one hundred and ten years after the Teacher (Buddha) passed into peace (nirvana), the bhikshus of Vaishali (Yangs-pa-can) practiced ten unlawful things. As it is said: "Hulu hulu" and rejoicing, Conduct, vessel, and salt, Path, two fingers, stirring, and cushion, The permissibility of gold, these ten. This means: doing unlawful deeds, then clapping hands in the middle saying "hulu hulu", or causing the rest of the monastic community to rejoice (approve), thereby considering it purified. And: "This ground is permissible for everyone to use, so there is no fault," this refers to digging the ground like a layperson; If one falls ill, to drink wine by sucking from a wine vessel, like a worm sucking from a lotus, is considered permissible; If salt is added, since the taste of the food is altered, it is permissible to eat food at an improper time (after noon); After having abstained from food, if one travels about half a yojana on the road, it is permissible to eat again; After having abstained from food, without needing to make it a leftover, by touching it again with two fingers, it is permissible to eat; Mixing one bre (measure) each of milk and curd, and stirring them, it is permissible to drink in the afternoon (or evening); From an old sitting mat, there is no need to cut off one cubit's length (equal to a Buddha's cubit); Placing a stool on the head of a novice monk, and on top of that, placing an alms-bowl adorned with a garland of flowers (112a), if offerings such as gold and silver are thrown into it, the bhikshu himself may later touch them. This notion, including the practice of the forty unlawful things, was held. "This is Dharma, this is Vinaya, this is the Teacher's..."
