Therefore, he/she will always purify defilements and will definitely go to the special places of realization. In this sentence, the word "ག་ཏ" (gata) applies to both understanding and going. The second part is divided into two parts: asking and answering. The first part is: from "Then" to "Please explain." This indicates that after the brief instruction, the great being Vajra Heart, as the master of the tantra, in order to cut off the interval between asking and answering, asked the yogini sisters for forgiveness, and then asked the Blessed One this question: How should one express the method of realizing the fourth empowerment, which is the mandala, the wheel, the generation stage, the completion stage, or what other meaning is there besides that? If it is said that the nature of all the qualities of the Buddhas of the three times or the five families, the city of the supreme liberation, is called the mandala, then, Blessed One, I am confused by doubt. Please explain what is the order and method to which you are referring. (433) Please explain." This is the question asked. The second part is: from "Blessed One" to "Completely purify." In response to this, the Blessed One said: Mandala (Sanskrit: Maṇḍala) refers to essence, and the word "lati" is used to mean obtaining essence, which is the meaning of the letters of the mandala. In the center of the aggregates, elements, etc., the essence is like a kunda. The conventional bodhicitta is the basis of great bliss, and it obtains and holds through the burning and dripping melting, so it is called the mandala, which is the secret meaning. Or, the center of all dharmas is the view of the Middle Way. The ultimate bodhicitta, which is free from elaboration, obtains and holds through meditating on the union of the great bliss of self-nature and compassion, thus revealing the meaning of the mandala. Therefore, the sound and meaning are combined or gathered together, and it is called the mandala. Furthermore, according to the meaning of the Indian commentaries, the teacher Bhava Bhadra said: How is it called the mandala because of the gathering? The gathering of the deities, that is, the aggregates, elements, places, (434) the five afflictions, the five families, the nature of the mothers and goddesses is the center. The wheel is the cutting off of their defilements. The support and the supported gather and assemble, and the gathering of the deities.

Taking the essence and displaying it in the mandala is common to both the generation and completion stages. From the 'Immaculate Union,' the mind of enlightenment is the wisdom inseparable from emptiness and compassion, and right now is great bliss. By the power of explaining in the mandala that taking, holding, and perfecting that essence, the definitive meaning of luminosity, illusion, and union is also accomplished by combining it with the completion stage. The so-called 'wheel' is, for the generation stage, the source of dharma, the realm of space; and for the completion stage, great bliss through the door of the harmony of the realm of space and dharma, and the self-luminous nature. These can purify all the inner and outer objects mentioned above, as well as the four joys and three appearances, by including them with the words of impure objects, etc. The third is, from 'Bolla,' it is said, 'Will be known.' Such a meaning is the method of Bolla, (435) The combination of wisdom and Kakkola, literally the two higher empowerments, and non-literally the root of the wisdom of ultimate method, through the non-conceptual combination, its contaminated bliss, the wisdom of wisdom, or the mandala wheel, and the uncontaminated fourth empowerment, will know and directly realize the co-emergent meaning. Third, there are also three aspects to its vows: asking, the actual answer, and the explanation of its meaning. The first is, from the Vajra, it is said, 'Please abide.' This is the great bodhisattva Vajragarbha asking the Bhagavan: After receiving empowerment, by what vows that prevent improper conduct, and by what vows that do not violate the rules, can the yogi abide? This is what was asked. The second is, the Bhagavan said, 'Please enjoy.' This is what the Bhagavan said: Vajragarbha, you yogis, with you as the main one, kill living beings by separating their lives from their roots, deceive sentient beings (436) Also speak false words, and you and others also take the possessions of others without permission, and please enjoy the women of others. This is said in a non-literal, intentional way. Alternatively, a distinguished yogi who has attained the five superknowledges, for sentient beings who commit the five heinous crimes, with other methods.

Killing to avoid being hindered by karma, speaking falsely to lead out of the wrong path, stealing wealth so as not to be reborn as a hungry ghost due to stinginess, and serving women so as not to fall into evil destinies due to attachment, these can be allowed in the literal sense. The third is: "From one mind, oneself is beautiful." Thus it is said, the fourth empowerment's vows are not to be done in the literal sense, but as said before, in the nature of coemergent great bliss, body, speech, and mind are inseparable from wisdom, by the power of abiding in the vows of the dakini, these four vows that should not be transgressed should be practiced in this way: Cutting off the mind's (437)all movements, attaining purity in the nature of self-luminous light, is one mind, and that is killing beings. Why? Because what becomes the life of beings is the mind connected with discriminating thoughts, cutting off that unborn mind. Liberating worldly people from sorrow is called the state of nirvana, but in reality, beings and nirvana are indistinguishable, so it is loudly proclaimed that these are false words. The consort of ultimate truth is the supreme Prajnaparamita, and its semen is non-dual wisdom, obtained through the method of practicing the noble path, which is taking what is not given. The consort of conventional truth is the semen of the mudra, drawn and taken without being given by the power of wind. Other women refer to mudras that do not match one's own lineage, for example, a Vajra lineage woman is like a Lotus lineage woman. Or, similar to one's own lineage, a Vajra lineage woman is served as beautifully as a young woman. (438)Or, "Para" refers to a supreme or other woman, the self-luminous mudra is the same as the selfless mother, beautifully visualized. This is the explanation of the intended meaning. Ultimately, life is blocked between the crown of the head, the inexpressible nada sound in the heart proclaims the Dharma, the precious jewel not given by others is obtained in the eighth ground of the throat, the supreme woman, the great mudra, is carried in the lotus of the forehead, which is well explained in other tantras. Fourth, explaining the two truths has three parts: explaining the conventional truth, the ultimate truth.
