If the five elements are each divided into five parts, the types will become numerous, becoming twenty-five types. If these types are further distinguished by means of skillful means and wisdom, they become fifty types. If they are further distinguished by body and mind, or by the supported and the supporter, the types become one hundred types. If these one hundred types are again divided into one hundred parts as before, they become hundreds of thousands of great types. If they are again divided into one hundred parts as before, they become millions of types. If they are divided as before, the types become uncountable. If they are further divided, they become as numerous as the sands of ten Ganges rivers. If these types are summarized, countless types are contained within one type.

The first chapter is the distinction of vows, the tenth is empowerment, the sixth is conduct, the ninth is sense bases, and the seventh is the expression of speech. These five are supplemented and explained, which is said to give certainty to them. This has three parts: connecting passage, extensive explanation of the chapter's text, and the chapter title. The first is: from "Then" to "bestowed," it is said that immediately after explaining the second chapter, the Bhagavan, the Vajradhara of inseparable union wisdom, specially spoke and bestowed this method of realizing ཨེ་ཝྃ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Chinese literal meaning) union, which is called the basis, the cause or root of the collection of objects and expressions of all the tantras of the ground, path, and fruit for yoginis such as the Selfless Mother, without being requested. (412) The second has two parts: summary and detailed explanation. The first is: from "Vows" to "etc.," it is said that the distinction of vows of all dharmas in the great bliss wisdom of ཨེ་ཝྃ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Chinese literal meaning), and the four empowerments as a method to manifest it, and also the expression of speech that considers other special meanings in the same way with the word "also," and the distinction from the four joys and four moments that follow, and the way to practice the non-elaborate conduct that has not been explicitly mentioned before. The word "also" shows the purity of the sense bases such as the eyes, and it is intended that secret words are included as appropriate in the category of relying on the five meats and five elixirs, and he promised to explain them. The second, the detailed explanation, has seven parts: determining the vows, the distinction of joys, etc., the order of empowerment, the truth (413) two teachings, the way of practicing non-elaboration, the purity of the sense bases such as the eyes, and the teaching of secret symbols. The first has two parts: what is the nature of the vows, and explaining it in detail through questions and answers. The first is: from "That" to "will know," it is said that among the meanings of the summary, first, the vows of ཨེ་ཝྃ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Chinese literal meaning) are taught together with the means of realizing its own nature. The wisdom of all the Buddhas who realize the suchness of all dharmas as they are, the vows without outflows in the nature of great bliss and emptiness inseparable, or from the definition of Samvara, the supreme bliss of all dharmas.

Is the nature of all Buddhas, the vows in which all Buddhas are perfectly gathered. Abiding in its meaning in the form of wisdom E (藏文:ཨེ་,梵文天城体:ए,梵文罗马拟音:e,汉语字面意思:诶) and method Vam (藏文:ཝྃ་,梵文天城体:वं,梵文罗马拟音:vaṃ,汉语字面意思:瓦姆). That great innate bliss, the meaning of the letters E (藏文:ཨེ་,梵文天城体:ए,梵文罗马拟音:e,汉语字面意思:诶) and Vam (藏文:ཝྃ་,梵文天城体:वं,梵文罗马拟音:vaṃ,汉语字面意思:瓦姆) or their forms, will be truly known and realized without error only through the empowerment of experiencing the wisdom of example and meaning. The second part has two parts: the question and the answer. The first part is: From "Then" to "Please explain." (414) In order to dispel doubts after hearing the method of realizing the nature of the vows, then the yoginis, with the selflessness mother as the main one, prayed to the Bhagavan mandala lord Vajrasattva, saying: Destroying the unfavorable side, possessing immeasurable qualities, showing the tantra, praising and calling him as the guru of all sentient beings, please explain in order. What is the order? It is the state of universally traveling everywhere in the sky at once with the miraculous power of manifestation, or the dakini who freely walks and plays in the realm of dharma. In terms of its name, what exactly is the vow of the yogini tantra? How should the meaning and reason of the form or letters of E (藏文:ཨེ་,梵文天城体:ए,梵文罗马拟音:e,汉语字面意思:诶) Vam (藏文:ཝྃ་,梵文天城体:वं,梵文罗马拟音:vaṃ,汉语字面意思:瓦姆) be expressed? So asked. In this regard, the Mind Commentary says that the father tantra is called the vows of all Buddhas, and the mother tantra is called the vows of dakinis, using different terms. The yoginis are in accordance with the mother tantra, so they prayed to explain the vows of the dakinis. (415) Although this tantra and the Sambuta are mother tantras, the term vows of all Buddhas also appears. The second part is: From "Bhagavan" to "Zamtog." The Bhagavan said to the dakinis: The E (藏文:ཨེ་,梵文天城体:ए,梵文罗马拟音:e,汉语字面意思:诶) Vam (藏文:ཝྃ་,梵文天城体:वं,梵文罗马拟音:vaṃ,汉语字面意思:瓦姆) of meaning, the E (藏文:ཨེ་,梵文天城体:ए,梵文罗马拟音:e,汉语字面意思:诶) Vam (藏文:ཝྃ་,梵文天城体:वं,梵文罗马拟音:vaṃ,汉语字面意思:瓦姆) of the symbol of the place of birth, is the shape of the letter E (藏文:ཨེ་,梵文天城体:ए,梵文罗马拟音:e,汉语字面意思:诶) of the lotus of wisdom, that is, in the center of the beautiful triangular shape, there is the image of the letter Vam (藏文:ཝྃ་,梵文天城体:वं,梵文罗马拟音:vaṃ,汉语字面意思:瓦姆) on the stamen, decorated with grass huts or skillful vajras, which is the source of all great bliss, residing like a precious jewel blooming in the heart, like a precious vessel Zamtog. This is the meaning of the letters.
