Now, the flesh and bones, etc., of a sentient being in the womb belong to the earth element, and they arise from that (earth element) due to the power of a moment of joy. From the melting of the parents' bodhicitta semen, the blood and so forth of that (semen) belong to the water element, and they arise from supreme joy. From movement and crevices, the warmth of the fire element arises, which is special joy. From the bodhicitta running and moving through the channels, the wind element of that (bodhicitta)'s body is widely renowned and accomplished as a producer. The coemergent bliss with outflows, not formed into a form aggregate, is the very element of space, and through its power, the nine apertures and internal emptiness, as well as the channels and so forth, arise. Thus, the five elements completely surround, and from that, the aggregates are formed. Because the great elements and bliss are the basis of the aggregates, and are compounded and changing, therefore, the bliss arising from melting bliss is not the ultimate reality itself. (333) Sixth, the characteristic of coemergence is: From coemergence, it is said, "One totality." Because it is coemergent in the nature of indivisibility of skillful means and wisdom at the ground stage, at the path stage, whatever arises as the essence of the nature of reality itself is what is called the coemergence of meaning, and that is what should be said. Because unbornness is the nature of reality, it does not depend on other proximate causes. At the result stage, the coemergent wisdom of union is also spoken of. Therefore, all aspects of samsara and nirvana are one in the very totality of coemergence. So it is said. Some scholars and siddhas say that the stainless wisdom that arises through familiarizing oneself with the coemergence of the example of melting bliss is called the coemergence of meaning. And because that (coemergence) is inseparable from the emptiness of the nature of all dharmas, it is also called the coemergence of nature. And the various kinds of dharmas are gathered into the emptiness of dharmata and become one taste, and so on. There are many different ways of explaining it. This is also explained according to the definitive meaning. (334) Seventh, explaining the ultimate bodhicitta: From the Mudra, it is said, "Having form." So it is said. Although the mudra of wisdom emptiness that is applied to all dharmas is free from the causes of the karma mudra or the characteristics of conceptualization, the yogi, that is,

Unchanging great bliss, the compassion without characteristics, which unites inseparably with wisdom, becomes the means. Thus, from the union of wisdom emptiness and means compassion without separation, one attains the non-dual wisdom of ultimate enlightenment, and the nature of mind like illusion, although there is no nature of object to be attained and the attainer, the Buddhas have proclaimed that it should be generated by the power of meditating on the connection of the two truths. If so, one might wonder whether the aspects of the means generation stage are needed here. The answer is that all means are completely contained in this completion stage, so there is no need to practice them separately. There is no recitation of mantras such as heart essence, near heart essence, etc. Similarly, there is no asceticism of abandoning faults, exchanging the three places, fasting, etc., and there is no fire offering of substances such as ghee for offering to the deities, and there is no meditation on the mandala with the main deity and retinue, and there is no meditation on the palace that is the basis of the mandala. However, the ultimate innate one is the mantra recitation that protects beings from the mind's conceptual thoughts, and that itself is the asceticism of being free from faults by meditation and uncontaminated discipline, and that is the fire offering by burning the afflictive thoughts with the fire of non-elaboration wisdom, and that is the mandala by dwelling in the great bliss of means, and that is the nature of deity and wisdom emptiness itself, so in order to take the essence of all dharmas, that itself is the mandala. In short, in the ultimate bodhicitta, all dharmas are of the nature or form of being united into one taste. Thus, the ultimate meaning of the completion stage is explained. The ultimate meanings of these empowerments are explained in the fifth of the Hundred Thousand Sections and the Empowerment Excellent Tantra, etc. What is said in the later examination will be explained at that time. Although there are various explanations in the Indian commentaries, the glorious Self-Arisen Vajra did not elaborate on them here. The title of the third chapter is: From the Empowerment... Tenth. That is, the chapter that explains the order of the activities of the mandala ritual for empowering disciples, and the general and specific meanings of the four empowerments, especially the determination of the fourth empowerment, which is the tenth chapter.
