Yogis who abide in learning and non-learning are able to achieve it. If the mandala is combined with the wheel, then by striving in the innate yoga, the initial experience is like a cloud, wavering and unstable. When the innate is accomplished, it appears clear and without self-nature, like an illusion. Through habituation, meditation and post-meditation merge, so that the states of sleeping and waking cannot be distinguished, and at all times all phenomena become without self-nature, like the appearance of a dream. The characteristic of the great seal accomplishment, indivisible bliss and emptiness, is what the yogi who relies on action seal is able to accomplish. Thus it is said. The former is the view of the self-born father and sons, while the latter is the actual meaning to be explained in this context. Third, the order of mandala activities is fivefold: drawing the mandala and decorating it; placing lines below it, and on top of that, first performing recitation and ground rituals, etc.; drawing the inner mandala; entering oneself, accompanied by dance. The first is: from the teacher, "Give to the east," it is said. Because the teacher shows the way, this ritual of making a mandala with colored powders is spoken, namely: a square, with five rays of light burning perfectly, without inequality, with four doors and four horse heads, greatly glorious. From the four golden belts on the walls and eaves, to between the necklaces and half-necklaces hanging from the mouths of makaras, decorated with flower garlands, etc., possessing sun and moon, bells, mirrors, and whisks. Between the door lintels are pillars supporting the beams, or decorated with eight pillars of the cloister, and possessing equal vajra threads. Some explain it as lines in the four directions, some as vajra beams, and some explain it as five lines. But the former considers the vajra garland on the edge of the lotus to be like threads circling around. The outer cloister or platform is symbolized by various flowers, decorated with what emerges from the wish-fulfilling tree and the good vase, and on the cloth of desirable objects are black incense, red butter lamps, and similarly, yellow perfume, symbolizing the sixteen goddesses holding offerings and abiding. The eight vases are the cloths of the inner deities, with two decorations on each side.

and writing, etc., are included, and so on. It also shows the vase in the preparation stage, the number of which is as appropriate, and the mouth of the vase is decorated with branches of trees, etc., with fruits, and the neck is decorated with silk, covered with an intact necklace, (324) and tied with thread. Inside, five kinds of precious stones are placed, symbolizing the five medicines, five grains, five fragrances, and five essences, all of which are put in. The vase of complete victory is offered and placed outside the east gate. If there are other deity vases, they are placed in their respective directions, and the karma vase is placed in the northeast. The definite meaning of the mandala is: the square represents the equality of all dharmas, the five lights represent the five wisdoms, the four doors represent the four mindfulnesses, the radiance represents the suppression of the four maras, the necklace and half necklace represent the purification of the root afflictions and near afflictions, the flower garlands, etc., represent the seven branches of enlightenment, the fan represents the wisdom of the path, the eight pillars represent the eight liberations, the vajra thread represents the four immeasurables, and the steps represent the four miraculous legs. Flowers, etc., should be known as the nature of the completely pure mind of enlightenment. The second is, from "according to one's own wishes" to "to be placed." It is said that because the karma line comes first, so does the wisdom line, the master according to his own wishes, the main deity and, the companion maiden, from all forms, the mandala (325) a new thread that has not been used elsewhere, with five colors of silk thread, well, without tangles and evenly hung, extremely standard, the length is twice the mandala, the thickness is one-twentieth of the door width, with a beautiful thread that changes colors, by a wise person who is proficient in the ten essentials of the master, disciple, and thread work, etc., to be placed with the ritual. The third is, from "wheel" to "so here." It is said that at the beginning of the work of the mandala, when the master is practicing, the lord of the wheel, that is, the main deity, the father and mother, each reciting their heart mantras, etc., one million times, and those with the mandala, that is, the father has nine goddesses and the mother has fourteen, also like the former, each reciting their mantras ten million times, this is the practice of quantity. With the mantra oṃ rakṣa (藏文:ཨོཾ་རཀྵ,梵文天城体:ओṃ रक्षा,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ rakṣa,汉语字面意思:嗡 保护) mentioned in the chapter on mantras above, the master is proficient in the order of karma.
