Ra. Dust pervades body, speech, and mind. Offering is for understanding the meaning of luminosity and non-conceptuality. These are the pure ones who have just spoken of the ultimate definitive meaning. Fourthly, it is said from the hand drum, "It is meditation." As it is said. The definitive meaning of the khatvanga and so on mentioned earlier is what is said here. The sound of the hand drum, being satisfied by the sound of Kripati, is therefore the recitation that breathes the three realms with great bliss (196), which is the nature of skillful means. The khatvanga is a symbol of the Perfection of Wisdom, so it is the meaning of meditating on non-dual wisdom. The essence of these two is the vajra emptiness and the skull protecting bliss, so with the practice of inseparable bliss and emptiness, these two, the khatvanga and the hand drum, are the meaning of recitation and meditation. It is also said in the Buddha Skull Sutra, "Vajra Buddha," the skull abides perfectly in the secret place. Thus, with the practice of inseparable emptiness and compassion, one will abide in non-proliferation. Fourth, there are seven practices that do not transgress vows and commitments: abandoning perversion, the preliminary practice of conduct is non-conceptual conduct, the cause of accomplishment is to pay homage to the guru, showing liberation from the vows of karma, fearless conduct, and the conduct of great compassion. The first is, starting from greed, "One must practice." As it is said. The yogi who begins to practice asceticism (197), who has only attained three kinds of slight warmth, has great attachment to the enjoyment of the five desirable qualities of outer and inner, is completely deluded by the ignorance of the objects of pleasure, pain, and equanimity, is threatened and frightened by non-humans and others because of not abandoning the view of inferiority, is disturbed by anger towards undesirable objects, and discriminates against the appearance of shame merely by worldly clinging, and its result is discouragement and concealment, or temporary worldly happiness, abandoning the desire for the fruit of common accomplishment. Here, Master Shantipa says, "Sleep is a great obstacle for yogis, and dependence on sustaining the body is also the root of obstacles for yogis." As it is said.

Just like the retinue of delusion, even sleep is abandoned. Regardless of doubts such as success or failure, various actions are practiced without interruption. (198) This should be done. These symbolize that drowsiness or dullness that cannot be clearly visualized, as well as the retinue of desire, the agitation of the mind not being calmed by joyful recollection, and the regret arising from doing unwholesome deeds, should also be abandoned. The second is, starting from the body, do not give. It is said that this is also the beginning of entering into action, at dawn, visualizing the Lama, Buddha, and Bodhisattva in the sky in front, offering the body and then entering into action. Furthermore, in the Sambhuta Tantra, it says, "In order to gather sentient beings, one should practice the actions of a great hero. For sentient beings, one should wear the armor of limbs, and practice happiness for the sake of benefit." Thus, abandoning the attachment to the body, dedicating it to accomplish the benefit of all sentient beings equal to space, giving the body as a gift, and then abiding in the discipline of the Bodhicitta without degeneration, wearing the armor of patience. (199) After that, diligently practice the action of exertion. The meaning of the latter half of the sentence can be divided into three points. First, if someone actually begs for the body, should it be given? If oneself and the beggar have the power of truthful words to restore it to its original state, and can discern whether obstacles caused by demons will occur, then give it; otherwise, do not give it. Second, relying on the power of meditation, being able to discern whether one has the ability to restore it or not, and being able to understand the minds of others, therefore, for a capable vessel, give the Dharma as a gift and do meaningful things; for an incapable vessel, do not give the Dharma as a gift. Third, there are also cases where the mudra of conventional Bodhicitta can be given and cannot be given, so this should also be well understood. If so, why not give it to those who are not qualified? If you give it to them, it will become a fundamental downfall. Therefore, the vows of action must never be accompanied by downfalls. The third is, starting from food, do not do it yourself. (200) It is said that, therefore, the yogis who practice action must keep their vows.
