When joy arises, liberation is the supreme, immutable bliss taught by glorious Naropa. To attain it, one should engage in various dance practices as taught by the Victorious Ones. At that time, with the feet of indestructible Vajra nature, one dances with the right leg extended, and so on. The yogi, that is, the practitioner, performs without wavering from the state of inseparable bliss and emptiness, keeping the mind in equipoise. The definitive meaning of this is, as Naropa said: When song encourages the generation of the four joys, the winds of karma are manifestly stirred. The wind flowing from the right nostril is the right extension; from the left, the left extension; from both, the equal breath is the equal posture. The sky wind is Saga. By combining these postures, the body is tamed, and the yogi's mind is brought to equipoise. This is the meaning of what was extensively taught. From Vajra Daughter to here

The key point of Bodhicitta is to bind the throat. The bracelet Vairochana (རྣམ་སྣང་) is to bind the winds of the body's limbs. The belt Amoghasiddhi (དོན་ཡོད་) is to thoroughly bind the downward-moving air, thereby accomplishing meaning. These are the stages for making Bodhicitta firm, which are explained in detail in the Great Commentary. These stages, outwardly, are dance, inwardly, are the key points of wind and inner heat, and recognizing that very nature as the seal of wisdom. Second, starting from the Khatvanga (ཁ་ཊྭཱཾ་), "the Cangte'u (ཅང་ཏེའུ་) itself," it is said. The form of the Khatvanga held during practice is a part of emptiness wisdom, symbolizing selflessness and being its pure aspect. The form of skillful means compassion itself is also symbolized by the form of the Cangte'u, and emits the sound of great bliss. Constantly holding the two, one should recognize it as the inseparable union of wisdom and skillful means. Their purity is the ultimate truth. Sixth, anger and so on, because one possesses the yoga of the deity, therefore, to show that one practices them. The purity of anger, practicing as the nature of glorious Heruka, the practicing yogi should practice those such as ornaments. Thus, one verse was said. In the ultimate truth, innate wisdom is the unity of bliss and emptiness, therefore, it is the nature of pure anger. Third, the non-elaborate conduct has four: song and dance with necessities, food and drink, the determination of ornaments, and tools with necessities. The first is, starting from "song is," "always does." Thus, it is said. For the practitioner who possesses the yoga of the deity, song is the expressive that saves the mind from conceptual thoughts, urging the Buddhas, abiding in the pure and indestructible sound mantra. Dance is the meditation on the forms of various deities, it is the practice of expanding and contracting the wheel of wisdom. Or, song is speech vajra, dance is body vajra, the realization of the union of the two is mind vajra, therefore, the three vajras are inseparable, therefore, such song and dance, the yogi, that is, the one abiding on the path, always, that is, repeating twice, shows that it is done continuously. In secret meaning, life force is saving the mind from conceptual appearances.

Therefore, by stimulating the ḍākinī, (these teachings) are spoken of as songs and mantras. Bodhisattvas are always moving and playing in the desire of great bliss, so it is taught to contemplate the form of the dancing deity. Second, it is said, "Medicine is... change." This is to show the eating and drinking behavior mentioned earlier. Medicine refers to the five ambrosias or various excrements, which should always be eaten, because they are self-arisen medicines. The middle urine should always be drunk, because it will not weaken the body's strength due to aging, and it can live longer than death, without being overwhelmed by its power, and can always be protected from diseases and (194) all evil spirits. The definitive meaning is: medicine is the essence of the five ambrosias, water is bodhicitta, relying on binding without leakage. In this way, the flow of air in the left and right channels stops and enters the central channel, thereby preventing aging and death. That is (its meaning). Third, it is said, "The thief's... held by behavior." This means that the behavioral yogi should also use the thread made of the hair of a killed or dead thief to make the rope of the bone ornament, and tie a jewel on the top of the hair bun on the head. Then, attach to it a bone wheel produced from (ཧཱུྃ, hūṃ, Hum, seed syllable). Slightly lower below it, hang various vajras and half moons. Below it, slightly above the hairline, the yogi should hold with behavior the five pure skulls representing the five Buddha families. Each Buddha has five wisdoms, as a symbol, and each of the five skulls should be five fingers wide, thus decorating and holding the headdress on the forehead. By completely purifying the nature of skillful means and wisdom, the belt made of the thief's hair should be wrapped around two circles, and then smeared with the nature of Vajrasattva's pure bodhicitta, that is, human ashes. In order to offer the purity of the mother, the offering strung with the thief's hair thread should be held, and the Brahmin thread necklace should be held by the yogi's behavior. The secret meaning is: the headdress is the happiness arising from the channels and airs. The production of (ཧཱུྃ, hūṃ, Hum, seed syllable) is the (ཧྃ, hūṃ, Hum, seed syllable) letter on the crown of the head. The five skulls are the five completely purified airs. The hair belt is red and white bodhicitta.
