It is said that this is related to both stages. The hidden meaning explanation is: The co-emergent support, the Bodhicitta moving and arising is the practice. (178) Its meaning, or rather, is to realize it. The necessity is: not violating the teachings, walking in the twelve places, that is, walking in the twelve bhumis, being blessed by the Dakinis, approaching the Buddha, and attaining the accomplishment of Hevajra. This is what Lord Marpa said. Before this practice of intellectual asceticism, secret practice is necessary, which has been said in the second chapter of the lower tantra, and will be explained there. Therefore, here is the actual demonstration of the practice of asceticism, which has three points: connection, chapter text, chapter name. The first point is: from "Then" to "Supreme", it says, from explaining suchness, furthermore, in order to enhance the power of the completion stage, by practicing inseparably with skillful means and wisdom, the supreme nature that surpasses other perfections will be thoroughly explained. The second part has two types: teaching and explanation. The first part has five points: the necessity of practice, the ornaments and clothing of the time, food, deity yoga, companions. The first point is: from "Who by" to "Cause of accomplishment", it says, by what practice, a fortunate one in one lifetime and one body, transcends mantras or worldly accomplishments, and goes to the ultimate, that is, proceeds, the self-nature of the Bhagavan's four bodies, the supreme accomplishment of Hevajra is quickly obtained through the cause of practice. The second point is: from "Practitioner" to "Leather", it says, a practitioner of union who abides in the two stages of the path, and whose realization has become stable, and who wants to practice, the special ornaments and clothing needed at the beginning of practice should be prepared, and the ornaments on the body during practice are: beautiful earrings to be worn on the ears, that is, beautiful and gorgeous in shape; the wheel below the jewel of the crown of the head, with various shapes such as center, outline, and spokes. (180) should be worn, two suitable bracelets should be worn on both wrists, and a belt should also be tied around the waist, also called Lower Bag.

也就是从梵文 अमृita(梵文天城体,amṛita,梵文罗马拟音,不死)这个词而来。

That place is decorated with hanging and swaying ornaments, and there are two strings of bracelets at the ankles, so there are also two anklets. There are two armlets at the base of the elbows, and a necklace of bones around the neck. The materials of these ornaments, as indicated in the final explanation, are made of bones of humans and so on. The lower part of the body is wrapped with a complete tiger skin, which also needs to be prepared. The detailed meaning of the ornaments will be explained below, so it will not be repeated here. Earrings represent patience, the Dharma wheel represents meditation, the belt represents diligence, bracelets represent discipline, and the necklace represents the nature of generosity, which are explained in detail in the root tantra. The tiger skin symbolizes that all beings in the three realms are devoured by the tiger of afflictions. Naropa explained that the tiger skin represents the destruction of afflictions. (181) Self-Arisen Vajra considers that the tiger skin also symbolizes fearlessness and non-discrimination. Third, regarding food, the scripture says, "Eat five-tenths of the immortal," only one sentence is said here. That is, it comes from the Sanskrit word अमृita (Sanskrit Devanagari, amṛita, Sanskrit Roman transliteration, immortal). "मृita (Sanskrit Devanagari, mṛita, Sanskrit Roman transliteration, death)" means death, and adding "अ (Sanskrit Devanagari, a, Sanskrit Roman transliteration, not)" in front of it indicates negation, meaning immortal, which is synonymous with nectar. Five-tenths is five, so it means eating five nectars as food. These foods must be blessed with a vajra skull before they can be eaten. Its meaning is to symbolize reliance on the five wisdoms. Fourth, Heruka said, "Abiding in." It means that the practitioner should integrate any of the four actions of Heruka into focused meditation, and the practitioner should not be disturbed by the four actions. The word "वर्ण (Sanskrit Devanagari, varṇa, Sanskrit Roman transliteration, color)" can refer to both caste and color. Here it is translated as color, but other translations and commentators consistently consider it to be caste. Therefore, the five aggregates and other five things abide in the form of five castes. (182) Its nature is practice. Fifth, the Five Families say, "Do not distinguish." It means that whether the yogi is a Brahmin, king, commoner, or outcaste, they should realize that the five castes are equal and of one taste. Therefore, the co-emergent caste of Vajrasattva should be regarded as one, and the castes of the grasper and the grasped should not be distinguished.
