Since the Buddhas have thoroughly examined and declared the vowels Āli and the consonants Kāli, the Bhagavan has correctly explained the speech of yogis, which is all mantra recitation, because they are pure in the suchness of mantra. The ultimate meaning is: Āli and Kāli are the nature of the purification of the right and left winds, this is the ultimate true Vajra recitation. The second is, starting from "foot," "should be said." The footprint of a yogi is a mandala because it takes the essence. Just like the colored powders of a mandala, it arises from the movement of limbs, therefore it should be said to be a mandala. (174) This is to say that it is the mandala of the essence of wisdom in which all forms appear. This is what Ḍaṃgadaśa said. The ultimate meaning is: the footprint of bodhicitta becomes the mandala of great bliss, because by rotating the wheel, the knots of the channels are kneaded and the samadhi of bliss-clarity-non-conceptuality is generated. The third is, starting from "hand," "it is the same." The transformation of the hand, and likewise the kneading of the fingers, all these extensions and contractions etc. are accomplishments, they are the binding and liberation of mudras. The ultimate meaning is: the suchness of the yogi's hand is the transformation of the dance of wisdom. The fourth is, because, "meditation." Because the suchness of the yogi thoroughly contemplates, and with a mind free from conceptual appearances, all thoughts become like unwavering stability, therefore everything that is thought appears only as clarity and emptiness, so it is the samadhi of meditation. The ultimate meaning is: (175) the yogi's mind and all mental events are shown to be the nature of wisdom. The fifth is, how, "say meditation." In the direct sense, just as one obtains experience from the father, that is, the guru, through the example of co-emergent bliss. The pleasure arising from the union of the yogi should also be experienced like tasting a delicious flavor, that is, eating it oneself. Ordinary people gather life into the central channel and die through the pleasure of wind and mind dissolving, but here, the yogi knows the suchness of co-emergence, his bodhicitta.

And the bliss of wind absorption is called meditation, because it is the suchness of wisdom. Or, to illustrate with the previously mentioned meditation, just as the bliss arises when father and mother unite, and the bliss obtained from it causes the wisdom realm of the fetus to arise, that bliss is also experienced by the child himself at the end of sixteen years, and becomes something to be enjoyed. (176) By what co-emergent clear light bliss, at this time of death, after the subtle and coarse elements have dissolved, its bliss is shown to be the same as the meditation that abides in the clear light of death. Ultimately, just as the cause of bliss, the bodhicitta, is obtained from the father, its bliss also becomes each one's own enjoyment, therefore, attachment to bliss becomes a bondage. Therefore, relying on the bliss of the karma mudra and the samaya mudra, meditating on the union of bliss and emptiness, this is said to be the supreme of meditation, a special path that transcends suffering. Thus it is said. Here, in other translations, "death" appears, but in Marpa's translation, "bondage" appears, and as it is clarified from the correct words of authority, Rongzom Chokyi Zangpo fully utilized the oral tradition of Marpa and Ngok, and explained it in detail with profound teachings and reasoning. The name of the third chapter is: From Suchness to the Fifth. Thus, (177) it is said, this is the explanation of the words and meaning of the fifth chapter, which shows the perfection stage of co-emergent suchness. The sixth chapter on conduct appears, the connection between the previous and subsequent chapters is: In order to enhance the perfection stage, one must practice the conduct of knowledge and asceticism. Therefore, this chapter is taught immediately after that. The connection between the brief and detailed explanation is: In the first chapter, "expressing many functions," etc., therefore, from here, the conduct of accomplishing the benefit of oneself and others, which was briefly expressed, is explained in detail. What is to be expressed here is: the conduct that enhances the perfection stage, and the expresser is the text of this chapter. Realization is: enhancing the perfection stage and making the qualities increase more and more. Other scholars
