It should be done in the manner of enjoying food, making one's own mind merge into bliss, inseparable from it, thereby accomplishing the siddhi of the great union mudra that bestows unchanging bliss. Such realization of the great mudra, in the post-meditation period, should be practiced by expanding on all objects. The yogi should experience with self-awareness wisdom, transforming the objects of the six senses, namely form, sound, smell, taste, touch, and the realm of phenomena, as before, the nature of the elements is also the element of the earth, the place of origin of phenomena, experiencing all objects as the nature of great bliss. This is taking the Dharma mudra into the path. The third is, that which is co-emergent, possessing nature. It is said, the wisdom of self-awareness, possessing the nature of bliss and emptiness, that itself abides in the essence of many dharmas, the form of co-emergent joy, or rūpa (form), is the nature. The yogini who generates the excellent co-emergent great bliss, is considered by the Buddha himself as intelligence. Approaching this, the inner heat transforms into the mother of wisdom. That itself is the essence of incomparable great bliss, accomplishing the meaning of higher realms and definite goodness, therefore it is excellent. Existing in the manner of connecting the continuums of all sentient beings, therefore it is also a yogini. That itself is the one who takes the essence, therefore it is a mandala. The one who cuts off obstacles, therefore it is a wheel, that is, the wheel of the mandala with the support and the supported. It is also the nature of the five wisdoms, how is it? That is the image of all knowable things, appearing distinctly without confusion, therefore it is the form or nature of mirror-like wisdom. The wisdom of equality of existence and peace, possessing the essence of all things. Knowing all dharmas without confusion and as they are, is discriminating wisdom. Upon that, accomplishing the benefit and happiness of oneself and others, therefore it is accomplishing activity wisdom. The realm of all dharmas, without defilement, therefore it is the utterly pure Prajnaparamita. That wisdom itself is the great lord of the mandala of the stable and the moving, I am Hevajra. That itself is the nature of the wisdom of selflessness of wisdom,

It is also the nature of the indivisible Dharmadhatu. This is the definitive explanation combined with the order of the arising of the fruit. Third, to show the excellent distinction between outer and inner vows, there are two parts: the question and the answer. First, from Vajra, it says, "Please explain." This is the request made by Vajrasattva to the Bhagavan. In the first chapter, the Bhagavan has already spoken of the path of meditating on the four root chakras and how all the deities arise from the body. But in order to further ascertain this, whether it is explained separately in detail or summarized briefly, or the distinctions of vows are explained in the first chapter, please grant me the detailed explanation.

In the generation stage, after blessing the sense bases such as the eyes and the secret of the ḍākinīs, one meditates on oneself as Hevajra in union, father and mother, and performs rising and falling. This is the yoga of secret union, and there is no need to show the union with karma mudrā externally. This is the meaning of the Ye-ba tradition. Third, from the three kāyas, it is said, "Abides in the great place." The three kāyas that are spoken of externally are summarized within the impure body by the form of the chakras. So, how are the three kāyas related to the four chakras? Completely knowing that the three kāyas are inseparable is the great bliss kāya or the dharmakāya, even if such a name is given, it is not different from the three kāyas. It is summarized as the great bliss chakra. In reality, the dharmakāya, the sambhogakāya, (500) and the nirmāṇakāya, and likewise the great bliss kāya itself, are in order the basis for the arising and abiding of the winds of arising and entering, namely the navel, the heart, the throat, and the crown of the head. The three kāyas, such as the nirmāṇakāya, abide in this way. If the meaning is explained in detail, from the four chakras, the basis of birth for the body of all sentient beings, the aggregates, elements, sense bases, and four elements, is the navel. Why is it called the nirmāṇakāya? Because the navel chakra newly transforms and generates the body, and causes the born body to abide and be stable, therefore this chakra is called the nirmāṇakāya. What is the reason? Because the kāya that transforms and manifests various forms for the benefit of others is called the nirmāṇakāya, which is in accordance with this. The mind is the nature of arising of various dharmas, and the mind, intellect, and consciousness are all of the nature of expanding. The dharmakāya luminosity of these natures also abides in the heart, therefore the heart chakra becomes the support and the supported, so the heart chakra is called the dharmakāya. The form of the six tastes (501) of food and drink is definitely enjoyed in the throat, so it is called enjoyment. The throat chakra is called the sambhogakāya. The letter haṃ (藏文:ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), the support of great bliss, abides in the crown of the head.
