At the time of dancing, for gods and sentient beings, (476) Not without following attachment, but with the mind of generating Bodhicitta, and with the mind of generating pride, being accustomed to and integrated into the continuum, one should dance, and with the mind of great bliss nature and desire image, one should meditate on subduing the desirous. As the Vajra Tentra says: "For those who are extremely attached to songs and dances, in order to gather all sentient beings, the Buddha dancer plays, the Buddha dancer is Vajra, the desirous attain enlightenment." This is explained. If singing with skillful means, one should do it in the form of Vajra Dharma Amitabha, and if dancing, one should do it in the form of Buddha Vairochana; if singing with wisdom woman, one should do it with Yogini White-Clothed Mother, and if dancing, one should do it with Mama Buddha Eye Mother. The singing mentioned here and the dancing widely proclaimed in the tantras are all done by singing well with the respective deities' yogas of skillful means and wisdom, and also dancing the eight steps and other dances related to meaning with a joyful mind. The definitive meaning here, Naropa said: "Vajra Dharma" refers to the song that clearly expresses the nature of speech Vajra with unspeakable meaning. "Buddha" refers to the dance of perfect enjoyment that thoroughly realizes the meaning of the illusory body of the marks and signs in the stainless realms of the world. (477) This is explained. The second is the benefit, from "This itself is recitation" it is said, doing singing and dancing like this can protect the practitioner's retinue from harm, and similarly, it can also protect the yogi himself from fear. As the Vajra Tentra says: "At the time of death or famine, or the harm of attacks from others, empowerment mandala fire offering and, no rain and obtaining peace." As it says, one can protect oneself and others from those faults, and with this, one can control the worldly gods and humans with joy, and with this, one can inspire the continuums of heroes and yoginis or relieve their minds, or all the lyrics are completely purified by the recitation of mantras, so that itself will also become supreme. The third is, from "Where" to "characteristic" it is said, the ritual of the mandala ground and the Tsokhorlo etc.
