The generation stage and completion stage shown in the mandala are common. In the Immaculate Union Tantra, it says that the mind of enlightenment is the wisdom inseparable from emptiness and compassion, and the present moment is great bliss. By taking, holding, and perfecting this essence, the true meaning of luminosity, illusion, and union is achieved in conjunction with the completion stage through the power of being taught in the mandala. The so-called "wheel" is the source of Dharma, the realm of space, for the generation stage; for the completion stage, it is the great bliss produced by the realm of space in accordance with the Dharma, and the manifestation of self-luminous nature. These encompass the above-mentioned internal and external objects referred to by terms such as impure realms, as well as the four joys and three appearances, and purify them. Third, from "Bolla" it says: "Will be known." Such meaning, with the Bolla of skillful means and, (435) the union of wisdom and Kakkola, the literal union is the above two empowerments, the non-literal union is the non-conceptual union of the wisdom of skillful means of ultimate meaning. The resulting contaminated bliss is the wisdom of wisdom, or the mandala wheel, and the uncontaminated fourth empowerment, realizing the co-emergent wisdom of meaning, and being able to directly realize it. Third, there are also three points regarding its vows: asking, the actual answer, and the explanation of the meaning. First, from Vajra it says: "Abide." This is the great Bodhisattva Vajrasattva asking the Bhagavan: After receiving the empowerment, by what precepts that prevent what is not in accordance with the Dharma, and by what vows that do not transgress what is in accordance with the Dharma, can the yogi abide? Second, the Bhagavan said: "Should practice." The Bhagavan taught: Vajrasattva, you yogis who are the chief, should kill those beings who cut off life and separate life, and should also speak false words that deceive beings, you should also take what belongs to others without being given, and you should also practice with other women. This is said with a non-literal, intentional meaning. Another explanation is that a special yogi who has attained the five superknowledges, for beings who commit the five heinous crimes, cannot be reversed by other methods.

Killing animals, lying in order to be freed from going astray, stealing wealth in order not to be reborn as a hungry ghost due to stinginess, and serving women in order not to fall into evil destinies due to attachment, these can also be done literally. The third is: "From one mind appears one's own beauty." It means that the fourth empowerment's vows are not necessarily to be done literally, but as said before, by the power of abiding in the vows of the dakinis, with the nature of co-emergent great bliss, body, speech, mind, and wisdom being inseparable. Thus, these four vows that should not be transgressed are practiced: by destroying all the (437) movements of the mind, and attaining purity in the nature of self-luminousness, that is one mind, which is the killing of sentient beings. Why? Because the life force of sentient beings is said to be the mind with discriminating thoughts, and cutting off this mind is cutting off birth. The so-called liberating worldly people from suffering is actually because in the ultimate truth, sentient beings and nirvana are indistinguishable, so it is said to be a false statement. The ultimate consort is the supreme Prajnaparamita, and its semen is non-dual wisdom, obtained through the method of practicing the noble path, which is taking what is not given. The conventional consort is the semen of the mudra, taken without being given through the power of the wind. Other women are mudras that do not match one's own lineage, such as a Vajra lineage woman with a Padma lineage woman. Or, matching one's own lineage, a Vajra lineage woman is beautifully (438) served like a maiden, or, so-called "Para," is a supreme or other woman, visualized as the same beauty as the self-luminous mudra, the selfless woman. This is the explanation of the intended meaning. Ultimately, it is stopping life between the crown of the head, and teaching the Dharma with the inexpressible Nada sound in the heart, and obtaining the precious jewel that is not given, residing in the eighth ground in the throat, and bringing other supreme women, the Mahamudra, to the lotus on the forehead, which is well explained in other tantras. Fourth, explaining the two truths has three parts: explaining the conventional truth, the ultimate truth and
