With various views and practices of different schools, as well as the practice to expand activities, such as the mandala of Yamantaka and other deities, and the asceticism of other Kriya Tantras, one will not attain the siddhi of Mahamudra, which purifies existence from its root. If existence is not purified, one will be born endlessly from the peak of existence, and will wander in samsara. Even if one is born in this way, one will not attain the siddhi of Mahamudra because there is no co-emergent wisdom that arises together with this world and the other world, and no method to realize it. Therefore, if one does not understand Hevajra, the union of emptiness and compassion, the pervasive nature of Anuttarayoga Tantra and all of Mahayana, and only relies on and strives for separate means and wisdom, then one's efforts will be meaningless. By understanding this from the implication of these words, one will quickly attain the unsurpassed Buddhahood. (289) Thus it is taught. The definitive meaning is: By completely abandoning karma mudra, and by uniting with samaya mudra, if one can manifest the Mahamudra of the inseparability of emptiness and compassion, one will attain the supreme siddhi. Otherwise, the effort will be meaningless. The fifth is: The flow of a river. Meditative absorption. Thus it is said. Therefore, those who wish to quickly attain the supreme siddhi should continuously practice that wisdom. For example, just as the flow of a river continuously flows forward and backward without interruption, practitioners should always rejoice in union. The wick of a lamp connected to oil, with its tip tightly bound, is called "Prabandha," and just as it burns continuously, one should always maintain a one-pointed meditative absorption on the co-emergent nature of yoga, day and night, in a manner that is connected with respectful union on the path of union of yoga. The definitive meaning is: The flow of a river is bodhicitta, and the tip of the lamp (290) is the fire of tummo. Yogis meditate day and night on the union of these two, the practice of burning and dripping, thereby co-emerging.

Will realize the arisen wisdom. Thus, it shows the karma and dharma, as well as the Great Seal, the Samaya Seal, and the fourfold completion stage. Third, the title of this chapter is: Yogini's... Eighth. Thus it is said, the mandala wheel called the union of skillful means and wisdom of the Yogini, the way in which it gathers externally in the palace and internally in the wheel of co-emergent completion stage, is the explanation of the words and meanings of the eighth chapter which is extensively explained. Ninth, the chapter on purification arises, the connection of the chapter is: Because it is also necessary to know purification well in order to practice the generation stage, therefore this chapter is spoken immediately after that, this is the connection. The connection of the teaching is: In the brief teaching, the wisdom and consciousness that are spoken of, as well as the purity of wisdom and consciousness, etc. (291) will be explained in detail from this chapter. What is said is the purity of the conventional and ultimate, and what is said is the language that shows it. In the Abhisamaya and the session intervals, the purity of the conventional and ultimate is remembered. The hidden meaning is: The opposing side of co-emergence, ordinary conceptualization and the conceptualization of grasping at deity, are also purified in their nature, that is, the nature of great bliss. This has three: connection, the actual text of the chapter, the title of the chapter. The first is: From "Then" to "should be done." Thus it is said, after the gathering of the Yogini's mandala has been spoken of, after that, in order to show that the objects of grasping and being grasped become the most pure deity and ultimate reality, this chapter will be explained. Thus. The second has two: Briefly showing purification, and extensively explaining it. The first is: From "certainly" to "should be said." Thus it is said, for the truly certain meaning, all external and internal objects such as form, the general purity is the nature of all dharmas, that is, the abiding of suchness (292) is what should be said. And the non-excellent purity, is from the external object to be purified and the purifier, each with its own distinctions, the purity of the conventional deities is what should be said. The second has two: The ultimate excellent purity, and the purity of the conventional deities. The first has three: The common purity of suchness, the uncommon purity of self-awareness.
