It is not well seen to explain the order of how things arise and how the deities arise, based on the fifteen goddesses, as a general summary of the generation stage. Because it is said that the symbols of the Dharma are not as literal as they sound. Moreover, immediately after explaining the symbols, the meaning of the words is stretched far away. Thus it is said. Second, from "wheel" to "wheel itself," it is said that the "wheel" mentioned above as a symbol of the Dharma, (242) is the mandala of earth, arising from ལྃ་ (Tibetan, lam, Devanagari, laṃ, Romanized Sanskrit, laṃ, seed syllable), marked by a square vajra. Above it is the mandala of water, indicated by "before," arising from བྃ་ (Tibetan, bam, Devanagari, baṃ, Romanized Sanskrit, baṃ, seed syllable), which is round, marked by a vase. Above it, "how" or "how appropriate" indicates the mandala of blessed fire, arising from རྃ་ (Tibetan, ram, Devanagari, raṃ, Romanized Sanskrit, raṃ, seed syllable), which is triangular, marked by burning flames. Above it, "of the deities" indicates the mandala of great wind, arising from ཡྃ་ (Tibetan, yam, Devanagari, yaṃ, Romanized Sanskrit, yaṃ, seed syllable), which is bow-shaped, marked by banners. Above it, one should also contemplate the white wheel arising from བྷྲཱུྃ་ (Tibetan, bhrum, Devanagari, bhrūṃ, Romanized Sanskrit, bhrūṃ, seed syllable), which is the nature of Vairochana. What is indicated by "how" above is that the meditator contemplates the nature of emptiness, the appearance of mind-only, with the light of Nada. What is indicated by "arising" above also arises from the source of Dharma and is propelled by the light of Nada, from the wheel of dependence arising from the melting of the generation order and the wheel, which is the palace itself, this is the meaning of contemplation, which is not a literal explanation. Regarding the symbols of the four elements above, Shantipa explains with reason: "The wheel refers to earth, (243) because it is said to be the mandala of the great powerful one. Water is indicated by 'before,' because before the golden mandala is the mandala of water. 'How appropriate' indicates blessed fire, wisdom here is correct wisdom, because it and fire itself are in accordance with the nature of clarity. 'Of the deities' indicates wind, because when the parents of the lower desire realm deities copulate, semen does not arise, but only wind arises, and these deities are born from the wind." Thus it is said. Internally, the four wheels are explained in order as the four elements, earth, etc., or, the touch of combining skillful means and wisdom is hard, the moisture of bodhicitta is water,

Warmth is said to be fire, and movement is said to be wind. The experience of these is the meditator. The Self-Originated Foot also said, why meditate in that order? It is explained in accordance with the order of the formation of the inner world. That is, the inner world also forms in that way. In the time when it is accomplished by previous karma as the cause, etc., by the two syllables "pham gnyis", first, the tangible solidity is earth, the liquid is water, the warmth is fire, the movement is wind, and the comfort is experienced as the space element. In the time of abiding, the square mandala of earth is measured, the round belly is water, the triangular chest is fire, the crescent forehead is wind, and the crown of the head is a wheel. Otherwise, it is in accordance with the formation of the outer world: the feet, the intersection, the navel, the heart. These four are wind, fire, water, and earth. It is said. Here, there are many different interpretations in the Indian texts. Most Tibetans follow Mituk Zla-wa and Manjushri. Some repeat the view of Tso-kye Zhab. This is as explained by the teacher Shantipa, because the tantric words can be understood directly and do not need to be twisted, so it is very good. Third, from the chakra, contemplate. It is said. So, what is the support chakra like? In the center of the palace, a four-petaled or eight-petaled lotus, adorned with a vajra chain, is the inner chakra. Its outer courtyard is the place of Gauri, etc., which is the outer chakra, that is, the second chakra. It is in perfect union with the purity of the bhaga of the mother, and has a square shape, four doors, a stable, etc. All the characteristics are complete and without defects. So, which two are pure? From the purity of the pistil inside the bhaga, one chakra arises, becoming the inner chakra. The outer triangular shape is called the outer chakra. In the center of the palace, that is, inside, the deities abide on their respective corpses, that is, the nature of the seats of the fifteen corpses, abiding on the sun or the moon, which is the meaning of contemplation. On this, Shantipa and Manjushri consider it to be the moon seat, while the followers of Mituk Zla-wa consider it to be the sun seat. According to the inner view, the inner chakra is the pistil, that is, the central channel. The outer chakra is the triangular shape, which is said to be the source of great bliss. The Self-Originated Foot says, the pistil in the center of the lotus is the chakra.
