By focusing on the center of the sixteen-petaled wheel of emanation with Āḥ (ཨཱལ་,Devanagari: आः,IAST: āḥ,Meaning: Āḥ), and holding onto dreams, when dreams cease, the pure aspect of the secret empowerment arises, the realization of the enjoyment body, the speech vajra with three faces and six arms. By focusing on the center of the eight-petaled wheel of the heart with Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ་,Devanagari: हूँ,IAST: hūṃ,Meaning: Hūṃ), and meditating on luminosity, when deep sleep ceases, the pure aspect of the third empowerment arises, the mind vajra with one face and four arms, the realization of the dharma body. By focusing on the center of the sixty-four petals of the navel wheel with A-thung (ཨ་ཐུང་,Devanagari: अ थुं,IAST: a thuṃ,Meaning: A-thung), and meditating on the blazing and dripping tummo, when the state of wakefulness ceases, the pure aspect of the fourth empowerment arises, the wisdom vajra with one face and two arms, the realization of the co-emergent body. So, how are these four categories gathered into the three bodies? Because the indivisible wisdom vajra goes as the pervader of all. As it is said in this very text: "The three bodies also abide distinctly in the place of birth, heart, throat, and head." What is said is of the same meaning. This seems to be explained according to the common way, with the intention of the extensive tantras. And the direct instruction of this condensed tantra itself is: the place of the body vajra, the dharma body, is the heart; the speech vajra, the enjoyment body, is the throat; the mind vajra, the emanation body, is the navel; the essence body, the wisdom vajra, is explained as being in the crown of the head. Although this seems slightly different, the intention is the same, and each has its own necessity, so there is no contradiction in meaning. However, if one can distinguish the modes of explanation of the extensive and condensed tantras, it seems easier to explain. Therefore, this should also be understood in the context of the three deities, etc., above. This gathers all the three dharmas, such as the three doors, three poisons, three channels, the arising, abiding, and dissolving of the three winds, etc., and the common meaning of the three bodies, and explains the inner practice as the hidden meaning. The third is: starting from E-vaṃ (ཨེ་ཝཾ་,Devanagari: ए वां,IAST: e vāṃ,Meaning: E-vaṃ), it is referred to as Tara. If we explain the meaning as it is in the sound, the form of E (ཨེའི་,Devanagari: ए,IAST: e,Meaning: E) is the goddess of the pure nature of the earth element, she possesses unobstructed eyes, therefore she is called the Consort. The form of Vaṃ (བཾ་,Devanagari: वं,IAST: vaṃ,Meaning: Vaṃ) is Varuna, the pure nature of the water element, that is, Mamaqi, which in Tibetan is called "my mother." The syllable Mā (མཱ་,Devanagari: मा,IAST: mā,Meaning: Mā) is Maru, the pure nature of the fire element, the goddess holding a white garment, therefore she is called White-robed Mother. The form of Yā (ཡཱ་,Devanagari: या,IAST: yā,Meaning: Yā) is Vayu, the pure nature of the wind element, she is called Tara, who liberates beings from the suffering of samsara. If we explain these in the ultimate sense,

In the Samputa, the common explanatory tantra of Bliss and Delight, it says, "'E' (Tibetan: ཨེ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ऐ, Sanskrit Romanization: ai, Literal Chinese meaning: E) is the earth, know it as the action mudra and the eye." And so on. In the form of 'E' (Tibetan: ཨེ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ऐ, Sanskrit Romanization: ai, Literal Chinese meaning: E), it indicates the earth element of the navel chakra, the moments of various action mudras, which are the basis. Immeasurable compassion and skillful means, the two perfections, are the path. The goddess Eye Mother is the fruit. In the form of 'Bam' (Tibetan: བྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: बं, Sanskrit Romanization: bam, Literal Chinese meaning: Bang), it indicates the heart chakra, the water element, the moments of the Dharma mudra maturing, which are the basis. Loving-kindness and aspiration, the two perfections, are the path. Self-Mother Mamaki (Tibetan: མཱ་མ་ཀི, Sanskrit Devanagari: मामाकी, Sanskrit Romanization: mAmAkI, Literal Chinese meaning: Mamaki) is the fruit. 'Ma' (Tibetan: མཱ, Sanskrit Devanagari: मा, Sanskrit Romanization: mA, Literal Chinese meaning: Ma) is the throat chakra, the fire element, the moments of the great mudra maturing (56) which are the basis. Joy and strength, the two perfections, are the path. The goddess White-Clad Mother is the fruit. In the form of 'Ya' (Tibetan: ཡཱ, Sanskrit Devanagari: या, Sanskrit Romanization: yA, Literal Chinese meaning: Ya), it indicates the wind element of the crown chakra, the samaya mudra, the moments devoid of characteristics, which are the basis. Equanimity and wisdom, the two perfections, are the path. Tara is said to be the fruit. The former indicates the letter and the general meaning, the latter indicates the hidden meaning and the ultimate principle. This indicates all four dharmas, such as the four elements, four mudras, four immeasurables, four chakras, four families, etc. Fourthly, it is from the emanation chakra that it is distinctly established. Thus it is said, the body grows and serves as the basis for emanation. By binding the essential point of tummo and meditating, it is the wheel for cutting off ordinary conceptual thoughts. In the navel, there are sixty-four channels, the color is yellow. It serves as the basis for the Dharmakaya, the king of mind. By binding the essential point of clear light and meditating, it is the wheel for cutting off the delusion of deep sleep. In the heart, there are eight channels, the color is blue. The enjoyment of the six tastes (57) is the basis for perfect experience. By binding the essential point of dreams and meditating, it is the wheel for cutting off subtle delusional conceptual thoughts. In the throat, there are sixteen channels, the color is red. It serves as the basis for great bliss. By binding the essential point of bodhicitta and meditating, it is the wheel for cutting off the delusion of absorption. In the crown, there are thirty-two channels, the color is white. These are distinctly established from the numerical order of the four chakras, the fruit is the body.
