The thirty-two goddesses of the wheel lineage, headed by Rabtu Sema and including Lhaso, the powerful wheel-possessing mother, and Dorje Ngenma, all with three faces and six arms, are extensively described in the Vajra Garland, all being of the nature of channels and elements. Fourthly, from "Those etc." to "are channels and winds." As mentioned before, from the single hero onwards, all the different mandalas with the part of that direction, the second and third main retinues, etc., are all, as shown in the eighth chapter before, based on the purification of the body's channels, winds, bindus, etc., and are gathered here. For example, the mandala of the nine deities of Hevajra is the sole means of purifying the heart wheel, and similarly, all the deities of the mandala are established based on the body's channels, winds, etc. Similarly, all the assemblies of deities of the Eight Commands of Accomplishment are also spoken of as parts of the body's channels, winds, and bodhicitta, from the Nyingma tantras and instructions, etc. Thirdly, summarizing the meaning, from "In short" to "spoken by seeing." In short, if we summarize the meaning of this chapter, all the channels are the hair of the deities, therefore it is the generation stage; all the winds are the nature of speech, mantras and letters, therefore it is recitation; all the bindus are the non-dual wisdom of the mind, the perfection stage of subtle yoga. Similarly, the activities of fire offerings and wheels, etc., are all shown as means of purifying the inner objects of purification, the channels, winds, and bindus, so it should be understood as explained above. Here, only a few aspects are mentioned for the sake of showing the supreme accomplishment of activity. Just as the deities are integrated internally, similarly, all the wisdom spoken of in the Paramita Vehicle, in the mandala of the Dharmadhatu, the twelve grounds and the twelve perfections, and the ten (150) two dharanis and the countless samadhis, etc., are all spoken of by the Buddha, who sees the meaning of everything based on the inner distinctions of the appearance of body and mind, in the order of deities and mantras. Secondly, the name of the chapter is: In the word-by-word explanation that makes manifest the profound inner meaning, all dharmas are the objects of purification and the means of purification.
