"english_translation": "(111) Furthermore, it should be explained in order. Thus it is. Secondly, the detailed explanation has two parts: the way dreams arise due to the condition of the place, and the way they arise due to the condition of the element. The first is: Going upwards, there is a doubtful appearance of necessity. It is said that the root place and element of the arising of dreams make the dreams different. The skill is that the mind and life-force, along with the wind, go upwards from the changes of the three places—above, below, and in between—such as wide and narrow. If dreams arise in the crown of the head, etc., there is an appearance of going to the realm of the gods and the sky, and of going upwards to high mountains, etc., and of climbing ladders and trees. If it goes into the root of the eye and arises, the forms of objects are seen clearly. Similarly, if it goes into the root of the ear and arises, there are sounds, etc. If it arises in the nose with smells, in the tongue with tastes, and in the place of the body's sense, there are tangible objects, so the appearances of the respective objects arise without being mixed. Similarly, dreams of going downwards from the heart center are due to the power of the three: in the anal passage, there is an appearance of hell; in the path of existence, there is an appearance of hungry ghosts; and in the water passage, there is an appearance of animals. Just going downwards, and going into the depths, going into caves and dense forests, and the appearance of darkness and all things being unclear, etc., arise. When the mind, generated by the life-force wind, goes to the root place in between the heart, etc., in general, the appearance of the four continents, etc., on the earth arises. Specifically, when going from the root place in the front, right, back, and left directions, the appearances of the east, south, west, and north directions arise in order. In a wide root place, the land appears wide, and in a narrow root place, the land appears very narrow, etc. Therefore, because the wind and mind move in the right death vein, when a sign of death arises, in dreams there is often an appearance of going to the south. This is illustrated by what is said in the Kalachakra. Secondly, the way dreams increase due to the condition of the element has three aspects: teaching, explanation, and summary. The first is: Likewise, even in that place. It is said that dreams arise differently due to the condition of the place, and likewise, even in that place, due to the condition of the element, the objects in dreams" }, { "original_tibetan": "(༡༡༢)པོ་མི་འདྲ་བ་དུ་མ་འབྱུང་སྟེ། རྒྱུད་ལས། སྲོད་ལ་བད", "chinese_translation": "(112)显现诸多不同。

Now, one should practice luminosity, for this is the only correct near path! Luminosity. (110) The way to practice these two luminosities is also to play and enjoy the union of emptiness, which is endowed with all kinds of excellence, the Great Seal. Furthermore, the luminosity of the four joys that arise from the practice of fierce fire yoga during the day, and the illusory body luminosity that arises from the spontaneous joy transforming into an illusory deity, and the luminosity of not falling asleep and dreams at night are also included in this. Here, Omniscient Chokyi Gyatso said, the emptiness that possesses all kinds of excellence and the essence of the Sugata are of the same meaning. The Sugata-garbha that possesses the sixty-four qualities of separation and maturation is the one that possesses all kinds of excellence. And that which is not established as an object of perception and a characteristic is considered to be the meaning of emptiness. Therefore, the practice of that which is clear and non-conceptual is considered to be the meditation of the Great Seal. Third, the stage of dreams is explained in detail, with three points: the nature of purity and impurity, the explanation of the expansion of dream appearances, and the binding of the key points together with the fruit. The first point is: starting from the second (sentence), "Abiding in emptiness." As it is said, the second stage, the consciousness of dreams, is when the seven consciousnesses and their retinues are gathered on the Alaya consciousness at the time of not falling asleep. From that, the sixth consciousness, together with its habitual tendencies, is generated by the afflicted mind-life wind, and arises together with actions. That passes through the various channels and is controlled by self-grasping, appearing as the duality of grasper and grasped, producing various illusions of dreams. Among those illusions, the Sambhogakaya is one of the four kayas, because the three of object, faculty, and consciousness are clear and unmixed, transcending the nature of particles, and appearance and emptiness abide inseparably. One's own nature abides in the nature of the two wisdoms, the sixth consciousness is pure, hence the discriminating wisdom, and the seventh consciousness is pure, hence the equality wisdom, which are both parts of the five wisdoms. Second, the explanation of the expansion of dream appearances has three points: general indication, detailed explanation, and summarizing the meaning. The first point is, "Impure," etc., one line is spoken, in that impure stage of dream illusion appearances, the illusion of dualistic grasping
