Ḍa. Touching the ground and liberation, supreme enlightenment. There is no going, the Dharma-nature is the supreme enlightenment. If you want to go, wisdom is far away. Without accumulating, the two accumulations are complete from the beginning. Without training, the two obscurations are purified from the beginning. Thus it is said. All dharmas are of one essence, in the state of self-born wisdom. All dharmas are completely pure, of one taste. The meaning of establishing in non-duality and oneness. This precious commentary explains the fourth explanation. The victorious ones who reside in the ten directions and three times, as well as the dakinis, accomplished ones, vidyadharas, and protectors. All fortunate beings who are blessed with the supreme Dharma, may you be pleased by this profound and vast manner. From the treasury of the precious nature of reality, the root of all dharmas, established solely in the wisdom of awareness, which is the explanation of the fourth Vajra position. The fifth position. The explanation of establishing the vessel of the individual in whom the teachings are placed. Now, from the instructions on the position of the individual who holds it, among the five: to whom to instruct, by whom to instruct, what to instruct, how to instruct, and the praise of the benefits of instructing. First, from showing the vessel to whom to instruct, among the two: what is to be abandoned and what is to be adopted. In general, the vessel to be abandoned is: Thus, this essence of the profound vehicle, apart from an individual who is intelligent, fortunate, and certain, to those of inferior vehicles, those with attachment to cause and effect, and those with small intelligence and little merit, it should not be taught. Those with little merit will not understand even if profound teachings are taught, those with small intelligence will abandon the Dharma because their minds cannot contain it, those of inferior vehicles will be attached to their own tenets and have wrong views, and those attached to the Dharma of cause and effect will always measure everything by karma and cause and effect. Therefore, even if teachings like the sky are taught, they will argue and see it as a place of slander. Therefore, since it is not a vessel, this unsurpassed Dharma should be kept secret and taught. In the *Kunje Gyalpo Tantra* it is said: "Alas! Great Bodhisattva, if this meaning is taught to those of the cause and effect vehicle, like the Dharma of cause and effect in the world, it should not be said that the effect arises from the cause." Thus it is said. To those of the vehicle of cause and effect, do not teach this prophecy of me, *Kunje Gyalpo*. If you definitely teach this prophecy of me, saying that there is cause and effect in virtuous and non-virtuous actions, thereby slandering me, you will never meet me.

And also, from the accumulation of precious jewels, etc.: These words, do not even mention them slightly among the Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas, etc. Why is that? Because they have small minds. When those people hear all these words, they will become frightened, alarmed, and faint. They will not believe in the secret mantras, and their minds will turn away. Due to this maturation, sentient beings will experience the great suffering of hell. What need is there to mention teaching and hearing? Do not even mention it in the direction of the wind. Like this, etc., as previously stated. Specifically, the vessel to be avoided is: one who reviles the guru and is angry with fellow practitioners; one who divulges secrets and proclaims them to everyone; one who is without faith, is miserly, and has a bad disposition; and one who is attached to this life, keep it secret from them. Do not teach those who are disrespectful and have wrong views towards the guru and fellow practitioners; those who proclaim secrets and show them to everyone; those who are without faith and are very miserly; those who have a bad disposition and hold the illusions of this life as true, etc., those who have defects that make them unsuitable as vessels, because this will turn the essence of the teachings and the body of the guru into enemies. As it is said in Rigpa Rangshar: Not showing respect and reverence, using secret mantras carelessly, without lineage and without a tamed mind, becoming small in wisdom, despising kindness, speaking of one's own lineage, adorning the body with fine ornaments, becoming meaningless chatter, not examining the disciple, the guru becomes an enemy, do not speak of the meaning of Dzogchen to a person who does not practice. And in the Kunje it says: Teaching to a person who is not a vessel and has wrong views is: liking fame and worldly dharma, being arrogant, not respecting the holy ones, turning the mind away, not possessing wisdom, wealth, and faith, liking to argue, desiring to force practice, increasing and disagreeing with all the teachings, slandering, meditating on harming oneself and others, do not teach these people, keep it extremely secret. Teaching the vessel to be taken is: fortunate, supreme, a vessel for the Great Perfection, respectful to the guru, having great wisdom, being broad-minded, patient, generous, having small conceptual thoughts, small attachment, abandoning this life, practicing enlightenment.
