Although samsara appears, it is the self-manifestation of the three kayas; although pure nirvana appears, it is also the self-manifestation of the three kayas. In short, this shows that everything does not go beyond the wheel of the non-dual three kayas. It is said in the Ornament of Clear Realization: Furthermore, all sentient beings in the three realms are not beyond body, speech, and mind. There is no need to seek the three kayas elsewhere. Even if you seek, there is no place to find them. In the place where there is no arising, it is very wonderful to see by looking. The play of great wonder is that there is no distinction between Buddhas and sentient beings, like clouds in the sky, self-arising and complete in oneself. It is said in the Kunjed Gyalpo Tantra: I am the essence of all arising. The five great elements and the six classes of the three realms are not other than my body, speech, and mind. My own nature is my own manifestation. It is said in the Vajra Fortress composed by the great teacher Garab Dorje: The Dharmakaya is unchanging, without place, all-pervading. The outer and inner realms of phenomena manifest as the Sambhogakaya. The Nirmanakaya appears like a reflection. The three kayas are complete as ornaments, without other dharmas. Everything arises from body, speech, and mind. The Sugata's pure lands are countless, but they arise from oneself, so mind itself is the space of the three kayas. The root of samsara, the city of the six realms, also arises from oneself, so habitual tendencies are the dangerous paths of the body. The suffering of appearing as birth and death is also liberated in the space of body and mind, so there is no change. Since the mind has no birth or death, it is like the sky. Since the body has no essence, it is like a bubble. Since body and mind are non-dual, it is like a vajra. Since everything is enlightened in the vajra essence, it is not harmed by opposing factors and cannot be destroyed. The unchanging and indestructible body of Vajradhara is like Jetsun, not recognized by everyone. So on and so forth. Showing the one root: The great, vast, unique space that no one has made, everything arises from this, all the remaining dharmas. Since cause and effect are reversed, the root's arising place is one. That itself is empty and clear, the vast dharmata, the sky without bias, clear and pure. Samsara and nirvana, negating and affirming everything, wherever and whatever arises, looking at it, awareness ultimately reaches emptiness and clarity. Transparent and unobstructed, dharma exhausted and naked, pure like the center of the vast sky. It is said in the Wordless Meaning: The nature of meaning is awareness itself. There is no creation, so where is the creator? There is no fabrication,

Not a lord of artificial modification. Not a view, separate from the dharma of the seer. Not what is seen, the seer is clearly manifest. Not the manifestor, separate from the side of manifestation. Not diminishing, unobstructed, pervading the ten directions. Not exertion, separate from the dharma of exertion and accomplishment. Not solitary, separate from the dharma of multiplicity. Not the seer, transcending the two extremes of permanence and annihilation. Thus it is said. Showing the single awareness in the realm of dharma: Although the single self-arisen one has done all of samsara and nirvana, the root awareness has not been done by anyone. Like the sky, it abides beyond action and effort. Because the example and meaning are in harmony, the single realm is the great expanse, and the exaggerations and slanders of multiplicity are pacified. Awareness, like the sky, creates samsara because the mind of enlightenment has not been realized. It appears as the container and its contents. Realization creates nirvana. It appears as body and wisdom. Although awareness creates everything, the single awareness is not created by anyone, but abides spontaneously from the beginning. The example is the sky. The meaning is awareness. The sign is that this unobstructed arising from the mind of enlightenment is known. As it says in the Kunjed Gyalpo Tantra: "I am the teacher, the all-creating bodhicitta. The bodhicitta is the king of all creation. The buddhas of the three times are made by the bodhicitta. The sentient beings of the three realms are made by the bodhicitta. Appearance and existence, the container and its contents, are made by the bodhicitta. Cause and effect, example and meaning, reason and logic are made to agree. In the time of cause, the five great elements are made. In the time of effect, the sentient beings of the three realms are made. In the time of example, the example of everything is made by the sky. In the time of meaning, the meaning of everything is made by the unborn. In the time of the sign, the all-creating bodhicitta is made. In the time of reason, the self-arisen wisdom is shown. Cause and effect, example and meaning, reason and logic are made to agree. The bodhicitta has made everything, but has not made one." Everything that is made is made by the nature of bodhicitta. Not making one means that there is no need to make. Without realizing the nature of the all-creating me, by making a definite investigation into the dharma that I have made, appearance is established by the power of greed and attachment. The nature of impermanence and illusion will perish. The nature is like that of a partless blind person. Thus it is said. Showing that the face of awareness is beyond thought and expression: Beyond existence and non-existence, in the essence of meaning, all dharmas are unobstructed, and whatever play arises spontaneously, the face itself is a realm beyond thought and expression, transcending all words and terms. Awareness.
