This shows that what is unsuitable for those who are diligent and striving is very suitable for yogis. In "The Self-Liberation of Signs" by Master Garab Dorje, it says: The Dharmata that is liberated in non-duality! For lower beings, it is a Dharma that cannot happen, yet happens. Like a goat easily climbing a rock, it is impossible for other creatures, but possible for it. That awareness is liberated in the space of non-action. It is impossible for Hinayana practitioners who are diligent and striving, but it is blissful for yogis on the path of equality with space, free from action. The primordial enlightened awareness is without location. Wandering in samsara is an impossible event that happens. To think of an object as substantial is an inferior mind. Liberate in the sky, liberate in the space without support. The single thigle without corners, the appearance of duality is an impossible event that happens. Grasping at one and different is a deluded mind. Liberate in one, liberate in the space of Dharmata. Self-born wisdom without cause or condition, the arising of the five poisons is an impossible event that happens. To think of the path of samsara as an obstacle to enlightenment. Self-born liberation, liberate in the space of wisdom. Spontaneously accomplished, without bias, free from extremes, partiality and limitation are impossible events that happen. Attachment to the extreme of biased views is the Mara of equality. Liberate without bias, liberate in the space of spontaneous accomplishment. The emptiness without things or signs, without obstruction, the appearance of phenomena is an impossible event that happens. Liberate in phenomena, liberate in the space of uncertainty. There is no distinction, liberate in the space of spontaneous accomplishment. There is no gathering or separation, liberate in the space of thigle. Appear as anything, liberate in the space of uncertainty. Appear as form, in the self-liberation of appearance. Sound as sound, liberate in the self-liberation of hearing. Appearance, sound, seeing, hearing, whatever arises from the five senses, seeing one's own face with one's own face, there is no other object. There is no duality, object and mind are equally liberated. From the single equality, anything arises, therefore it is the realm. It causes all qualities to arise, therefore it is the basis. Everything is liberated without action, therefore it is space. So it is said. Showing the essence of the meaning of non-existence is: The mind-nature without permanence or annihilation is enlightenment, the wisdom without grasping naturally abides. In the naked awareness without cause and effect, the single thigle without virtue or sin abides. The awareness without beginning or end is transparent, the intention of Samantabhadra's Dharmakaya naturally abides. The essence of non-existence is self-awareness enlightenment, object

The stainless purity clarifies the enlightened intent of the Buddhas. Awareness is empty and clear, the self-nature of impermanence and non-cessation, transcending the grasping and the grasped, both internal and external. Its very essence is free from cause and effect, virtue and vice, without karmic residue or habitual tendencies, thus it is the sole intent of the utterly pure Samantabhadra. As the Great Garuda Khyungchen soars in the sky, it says: There is nothing to see in the mind, who sees its cause? Therefore, there is no sin, what virtue is there in this? The origin of one's own tradition is combined with the very beginning. Thus it is. The meaning of realizing "non-existence" is shown as follows: The illusory yoga of awareness, self-appearing, the phenomena of non-existence arise unceasingly. From the moment of arising, it is decided that they are non-existent, therefore there is no acceptance or rejection, no activity. The mind is vast, easeful, abiding in great equanimity. For the yogi who realizes that all phenomena are self-appearing illusions, the play of what appears without appearance arises, therefore the meaning of equanimity is attained, the original wakefulness is realized, and all existence and non-existence are entrusted to the sharp awareness. This is the cause of the yogi's ease, surpassing the ordinary self-satisfied person. As the Great Garuda says: Entrusting everything to the sharp mind does not transcend the three realms. Unfabricated, foolish appearances, who can relax in them? This neither abides in samsara nor in nirvana. Thus it is. The inferior faults of not realizing "non-existence" are shown as follows: Like children and wild animals deceived by "non-existence," they pursue the water of mirages out of thirst. Hoping for meaning in the words of worldly delusion, each of their own philosophical tenets binds themselves with the Dharma. Because the eight stages of delusion are not cut off, the true essence of meaning is not seen. Just as wild animals are tormented by mistaking mirages for water, so too are childish beings tormented by the Dharma of grasping. The eight lower vehicles all cling to their own Dharma, therefore they are tormented, and they have no connection with the essence of meaning, they are the same. Among them, the ego of sentient beings is the delusion that arises in the mind that grasps, clings to, and is attached to grasping and aversion. The ego of phenomena is what does not exist in the external world, but is fabricated by the mind, that is, all the defilements of clinging to the ultimate of one's own beliefs, views, meditation, conduct, and results. These ordinary people, heretics, and the eight lower vehicles are all the same in not realizing the true nature. As the Great Garuda says: Without a foundation, who desires the path and fruit? Therefore, this obscures the state of liberation. Emptiness, darkness, clarity, and the nature of existence and non-existence, permanence and annihilation, cause and effect, these four are eight.
