This is the seed of (seed syllable). For whom existence and nirvana alternate, it bestows the fruit of desires. I prostrate to the mind like a wish-fulfilling jewel. That's the first point. The second point is that, due to not understanding the reality of such a basis, various beings are deluded by the power of karma in the three realms, experiencing various kinds of happiness and suffering. In the 'Wordless Tantra,' it says: 'All sentient beings of the three realms are deluded from a basis of nothing whatsoever.' In the 'Guhyagarbha Tantra,' it says: 'Emaho! From the Sugata-garbha, from the self-arising conceptual thoughts, various bodies, enjoyments, places, and sufferings, etc., arise. They grasp at them separately as self and mine.' That's the second point. The third point is that, when thus deluded in the six realms, one is deluded in the forms of body, speech, and mind. Although the wisdom of body, speech, and mind does not appear, it is not non-existent. The body relies on the channels, the channels rely on the winds and essences. The essence of that, in the center of the four chakras, is the palace of self-arising wisdom. In the heart, in the palace of the Dharma, the luminous essence of self-arising wisdom, together with the assembly of the ocean of wisdom, remains firm. As it says in the 'Ornamental Array of Jewels': 'The great self-arising wisdom is in the palace of Citta-ratna.' Also, at the very beginning of the formation of the body, when the material cause of the parents, the conventional white and red bindus, are mixed, and wind and mind become inseparable, the bindu is extremely subtle, like one-tenth of a mustard seed, and two extremely clear small eyes form from the navel channel knot. From the time the body is formed until it is born and exists, the vajra body has three channels, four chakras, etc., similar to others, but there is a difference in the self-arising wisdom channels and bindus. As it says in the 'Burning Lamp Tantra': 'At the beginning, when one's own body is produced, when entering the mother's womb, in the essence of all bodies, from the great navel channel knot, also in the three central syllables, from the essence of the material causes of the parents, the fruit of the eye is formed. That is also from the elements of the parents, in a state of mixed black and white.' And, in the center of the bodies of all sentient beings, in the palace of Citta-ratna, although there are thousands of channels, there are four particularly important channels: the great kati crystal channel, like white silk thread, thin and coiled, and with a crystal tube. Among these four

Especially, abiding and riding the horse of wind, arising and entering, as well as self-arising manifestation, are the nature of manifestation. Originally without elaboration, it is also the excellent bindu of the basis, and the bindu of the path is likewise excellent. It is the pinnacle of the excellent ones, and also possesses the adornment of excellence, and also abides within the channels. Thus it is said. Slightly differentiating the meaning of these: it is held that the three channels abide in the center of the body, which is also at the junction of the vertebrae. On the right is the white Roma channel, on the left is the red Kyangma channel, and in the center is the bluish-green Uma channel. In the center of that, abides the great channel of unchanging supreme luminosity, called the Kati golden channel. Within those, on the right is the white essence, on the left is the red essence, and in the center, wind flows, becoming a rain of non-conceptuality. That is also naturally, from the three channels, the three winds of male, female, and neuter flow, but the two channels, Roma and Kyangma, partially flow with the non-conceptual neuter wind, therefore it is said that wind flows from the center. There, when essence and wind enter, the three experiences of bliss, clarity, and non-conceptuality, and the three luminosities arise. That is also because the essence merges into the light channel, therefore it is said that inconceivable luminosity arises. This key point is a secret meaning, a place difficult to understand. In the center of that Uma channel, within the light channel, abides the spontaneously accomplished bindu of light of the basis. The four chakras: the crown chakra, the great bliss wheel, has thirty-two channel petals; the throat chakra, the enjoyment wheel, has sixteen channel petals; the heart chakra, the Dharma wheel, has eight channel petals; and the navel chakra, the emanation wheel, has sixty-four channel petals. From those also, those branching from the Roma channel all flow into white essence, those branching from the Kyangma channel all flow out red and blood, those branching from the Uma channel all flow wind, and those branching from the light channel, in the center of the four chakras, on the subtle light channel, are the bindu of light and rays. The subtle branches are seventy-two thousand, as stated in the Hevajra Tantra: The types of the seventy-two thousand channels have been explained. Thus it is said. That is also because luminosity abides, therefore there are four special channels: the Kati golden great channel in the center of the Uma channel, and from that, connected to the center of the heart, therefore it abides filled with the Samantabhadra ground bindu. Like a white silk thread, it is from the light channel upward to the Brahmarandra.
