The body of manifest enlightenment that ultimately attains peace. The immutable vajra body that does not transfer from the realm of original purity (Ka Dag). Dharmakaya. Sambhogakaya. Nirmanakaya, and the like, are the five bodies. In 'Spontaneous Perfection' it says: The five bodies are the five wisdoms. Also, in 'Self-Emergence' it says: The five bodies of immutable meaning abide. These and other classifications of bodies are immeasurable, so it is sufficient to not elaborate. Second, to explain the nature of the three bodies in detail, there are two parts: establishing the connection of the meaning and explaining the meaning of the occasion. The first has three parts: generally explaining how to obtain them, specifically explaining that they are the result, and refuting the contradiction with explaining them as path appearances. First: The appearance of the three bodies from the basis of the essence's manifestation is also explained as being obtained by the power of purifying the three doors of what is to be purified. As it says in 'Contradiction': Furthermore, the order of the results is: the Dharmakaya is obtained by the action of the mind, the Sambhogakaya is obtained by the form of speech, and the Nirmanakaya is obtained by action. So it is said. These are called the cause and effect of what is to be purified. Because it is spontaneously perfect in nature, it should be known that it is impossible to obtain it by arising from causes and conditions. Second: In 'String of Pearls' it says: The result is the three bodies and the five wisdoms. Also, in 'Vajrasattva's Mirror of the Heart' it says: Know that all the dharmas of the result are the three bodies, so do not regress. Third: If someone says that the three bodies contradict being explained as path appearances. The earlier lamas said: Saying that it is not the result is intended to separate from the extreme clinging to the result's three bodies, or it is intended to refute the idea that the inner three wheels of the three wheels are ultimate. After refuting the contradiction in this way, it is actually established as the result, because it is a manifestation of not understanding the essence of the inner realm of original purity, so it is very wrong and not good. Here, as promised before, it is considered to be both a path appearance and a result, and there is no contradiction. First, it is a path appearance, because the spontaneously perfect inner chamber, the great original purity, is like a house of results. Entering into it, and then emanating from it, must appear as an external appearance from the basis of original purity. The way of appearing is that it appears from the essence abiding in the body. There are two types of path appearances: the path of one's own attainment of Buddhahood, which is the prelude to the result.

And so on, and after one has become a Buddha, the path body that appears to guide sentient beings accomplishes the purpose. Therefore, here it is intended as the appearance of the path of no learning, so the three bodies are the appearance of the path, and it is not contradictory that they are the fruit, which is the meaning of establishing the connection. From the inner realm of the Dharmakaya of liberation, the three bodies appear outwardly as the path, and the manifestation of the body and wisdom also appears. The Dharmakaya is the mind of wisdom, the Sambhogakaya is its body, and the Nirmanakaya appears as activity, so it is for the sake of accomplishing the purpose. Moreover, the body of the inner clear foundation and the wisdom that is inseparable are the Dharmata of Vajrasattva. From that, the path appearance of the three bodies that appear outwardly as self-appearance, although the two are the same in the state of awareness, the difference between inside and outside should be distinguished. From the aspect of self-appearance, the Sambhogakaya and Nirmanakaya appear in the appearance of the beings to be tamed, thus accomplishing the purpose, and it is also a play of awareness, although it is one, the beings to be tamed cannot see the self-appearance, but what appears from that can be seen, because there is such a difference, the distinction between similarity and difference is also shown. In the "Lion's Complete Power" it says: "The Dharmata of Vajrasattva, the pure self-appearance mandala, the basis of similarity is one and the mistake is large." Thus it is said. Thus, without distinguishing between the inner realm and the outward clear path appearance, if one considers the three bodies as the fruit of self-appearance, then just as the Nirmanakaya appears to the beings to be tamed, the Dharmakaya of original purity, the place of liberation, should also appear to the beings to be tamed. Because the essence of the three bodies is one. The Dharmakaya should appear as rays and colors. Because the Sambhogakaya and Nirmanakaya, which are one in essence with you, have that appearance. Or the Nirmanakaya should not appear to the beings to be tamed. Because the Dharmakaya does not appear. Therefore, although the essence of the three bodies is one in awareness, it does not accept such an image of one essence, the Nirmanakaya is a part of compassion, therefore the appearance of manifestation is an image manifestation, not a real Nirmanakaya, because it is not compassion. The difference between the tenets is also very subtle, and those with wisdom should discern and understand it. This is an important point. Secondly, there are three parts to explaining the meaning of the context: a general indication of the place of the three bodies, a separate explanation of the place of wisdom, and a summary of the meaning of the five places of body, speech, mind, qualities, and activity. The first part has the Dharmakaya, the Sambhogakaya, and the Nirmanakaya.
