Then, in "The Golden Garuda" it says: Because of purifying the aggregates of the body, the very posture of the Nirmāṇakāya, whoever understands and practices according to this point, will be liberated from it and attain Buddhahood. Thus it is said. The posture of the Sambhogakāya is like an elephant lying down, lying face down, which is the key to suppressing the Dharma that gathers the body; the knees and chest are close together, which is the key to subduing the heat of the elements; the toes are stretched outwards, which is the key to controlling the moving karma winds; the elbows are propped on the ground, which is the key to drawing awareness into the Dharmadhātu; the neck is raised upwards, which is the key to the non-separation of awareness and Dharmadhātu. In the Abhisamayalankara it says: The posture of the Sambhogakāya, relying on the elephant lying down, enjoying all Dharmatā, one will be able to see with lotus eyes. Thus it is said. The definition is: Enjoyment means purifying the five objects of desire and introducing them into the path of Dharmatā's unborn nature, and enjoying the key point of Dharmatā's manifestation with the eye faculty. Perfection is the method of liberating the Dharma that gathers the body into luminosity. Body means those who are matured and liberated from samsara. By practicing according to this key point, that person can constantly enjoy the manifestation of Dharmatā, therefore it is called Sambhogakāya. Sitting posture means abiding in samādhi. Posture means the key point of transcending the three realms. In "The Golden Garuda" it says: In order to enjoy the Dharmadhātu, by following the posture of the Sambhogakāya, one can enjoy the fields of the three bodies, therefore the key point of the body is most excellent, being the chief of the great yoga. Thus it is said. The posture of the Dharmakāya is like a lion entering its den, with both soles of the feet on the ground, which is the key to balancing the heat of the elements; sitting upright, which is the key to suppressing the karma winds by the force of the wisdom winds; bending the fingers and propping them on the ground, which is the key to averting the scattering karma winds; relaxing the upper body, which is the key to quickly arising experiences; relaxing the neck, which is the key to the non-separation of awareness and Dharmadhātu at all times. In the Abhisamayalankara it says: The posture of the Dharmakāya is like a lion, free from all fears of delusion, one will be able to see with vajra eyes. Thus it is said. The definition is: Dharma means the body

It liberates from the collection of sufferings. The body is the illusory body that always abides in the purity of those. Abiding is not deviating from the state of meditative absorption. The posture liberates from samsara. The Golden Garuda says: "Who knows the manner of abiding of the Dharmakaya? Which person knows the key points of the body? Who knows in accordance with that? This one makes the Dharmakaya abide in great bliss, becoming a true yogi." Thus, by assuming the postures of the three kayas, one does not deviate from the intention of the three kayas. Furthermore, the Nirmanakaya squatting is a sign of liberation through asceticism in the future. The Sambhogakaya elephant is a sign of liberation in the spontaneously accomplished state of detachment in the future. The Dharmakaya lion is a sign of liberation without fear or hesitation in the future. If one wonders what it means to transform the posture of the elemental body into the posture of the three kayas, it is because the luminous nature of the three kayas resides in the heart. By adopting these postures, one manifests the three intentions that one inherently possesses. Since the three kayas are intrinsic, one's own posture becomes the posture of the three kayas. The body's element is predominantly cold, so if it corresponds to the Nirmanakaya, it balances cold and heat. If it is predominantly hot, it corresponds to the Dharmakaya. If it is balanced, it corresponds to the Sambhogakaya, which is most auspicious. In particular, the growth of appearances is rapid. If the body's posture is not restrained, the inherent radiance of wisdom in the body's channels will not be awakened. If it is not awakened, the appearance of wisdom will not arise in the outer space, so posture is precious. Sitting like an ordinary person, wisdom cannot truly arise. If one sits like an ordinary person when it arises, it will not increase but will decrease, so posture is precious. Just as the legs of a snake exist in the body but are not visible, and restraining it makes it visible, so too, the arising of wisdom from the key points of posture is the same. So, are only three postures definite? What if one, two, three, or a hundred, a thousand, etc., arise? Because beings are led into the three realms by the three poisons, and to liberate from them, it is definite as three. Also, because from the three poisons, the three of body, speech, and mind mature, it is also definite as three. Furthermore, the initial wheel of existence
